View of the Gulf was incredible .. Staff was incredible 95% of our stay, but they also could not find proof that my room had already been prepaid through Kayak. That was resolved at checkout, but was still worrisome during our stay.
Cons. The service
Pros. Large rooms and balconies, separate pools for adults and children. Water sports.
Cons. Pool didn't open until about 9. Far from the action but I appreciated that so no bar noise.
Pros. The hotel is away from all the bustle of the "main drag" on Estero Island, and relatively quiet. Clean, comfortable room with a great view of the Gulf. The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had about good restaurants, etc. Elevator in my building, good since I was on the top floor.
Cons. Pool closed at dusk; would have liked it to be open until later as it would have been nice to have been able to relax poolside in the evenings. Stove top in the room but no oven, no breakfast or even coffee provided in the mornings.
