Cons:Clear station at the airport. No signs indicating where Fox was
Pros:Yes they where friendly and helpful
Cons:the length of time to stand in line at the counter to do your paper work was about 32 mins with only 1 other person in front of me at the counter

Cons:Car drove like an old car, shook when went above 60mph. Also the back seat was dirty, and it smelled like deodorant so strongly that I had to leave the windows down overnight just to be able to use it the next day.

Cons:I reserved my rental weeks in advance. I prepaid. I called to confirm. I verified the pick up time. We flew into SAT airport. When we arrived with 3 kids NO CARS!!! There was a guy in front of us in line and he did the same thing and prepaid. They didn't have his car either! All the other rentals were closed due to the time of night. Not one car on their lot. The employee said all he could do was refund our money. DO NOT USE them!!!
Overall pickup and drop off was good. However, the agent at time of pick up stated that it was mandatory for me to acquire supplemental liability protection. When I questioned it and stated that it wasn’t disclosed in the price, she rebutted that it was in the fine print. I just flew a red eye and was fairly tired so acquiesced. After getting some rest, l looked further into their policies and chatted with Fox customer service which both confirmed that SLP was optional. Unfortunately, the customer service rep stated the only way to rectify it was to return to the Fox counter at the airport. So later that evening, I did just that and the mgr didn’t even question it as she removed the charge further affirming this unethical practice of the agent at the counter during pick up. She didn’t offer an apology for the action of her agent but only to tell me that I was responsible if anything happen to the car. Less of an issue, but nonetheless detracted from the experience was they gave me a pretty beat up car with a hole in the carpet and exterior that had several dents and scrapes.
Pros:They didn't physically assualt me when they stole my money
Cons:They came up with a $400 deposit fee on the fly after I prepaid $300 and I lost my $300. I didn't kill them but I would've been justified in doing so.
Pros:Drop off was quick and easy
Cons:Car needs to be cleaned better. Smelt of urine and had stains. No bluetooth connection. Available cars wasn't available.
Cons:A bit more concerned of a customers time. After making a reservation and then waiting to get the keys for 30 minutes is frustrating. Using COVID as an excuse to do a mediocre job at best and moving the key pickup to the drop off is ridiculous and confusing. Car was filthy. Smelled like cigarettes or pot. Upon arrival they had some silly return spot “due to COVID”.
Pros:Drop off was easy and the price was worth the other issues.
Cons:Picked up car at 10:30pm. The only person working departed as we walked up, telling us she had to use the bathroom. She was gone for 30 min while people started to line up. It was cold in San Antonio that night, and many didn’t have cold weather clothes. We stood there in the parking garage where there are no seats, freezing, waiting for a rude worker to return from her break. The vehicle I received was barely cleaned, had deep scratches all over it, and smelled like a wet dog. Wasn’t impressed at all with the “deep COVID cleaning” that was supposedly performed.
