A/C Didn't work properly and was not fixed No shampoo or conditioner in shower dispenser. No accessible plug for computer at work "desk" and I had to use the stand between the beds. EXTREMELY cramped and difficult to maneuver wheelchair.
I should have not booked through kayak or expedia (both third party links), I had no recourse but to take the losses - no refunds. They book you and you can kiss the whole amount gone! My husband got sick, due to the poor conditions, and when we told them we were going to fly home early, they said "so sorry". That and the $500 they kept would have helped. As it is, I will never book with a third party agency when I travel. I will either use a travel agent or make the reservations myself with the option to cancel and receive a refund. I always used expedia or kayak to find great rates and accommodations, but it cost me more than if I paid more each night using other discounts. Never again!
Pros. Rooms were clean and staff was very pleasant.
Cons. Phone chargers, etc. often did not make a good connection in the electrical outlets. Many electrical outlets need to be replaced. Adequate selection for breakfast food and drink, but some items were bland.

Cons. There was no place to park! People were parking where ever they could along the hotel. Older hotel, which is ok, but I felt like the beds sheets were not changed before us. I did check for bed bugs and found no evidence of them.
