Pros: Very convenient, 5 minutes drive away from FCO airport. Very kind owner Mr. Costantino picks me up at the meeting point, where easy to find out, and drives me to his property. There is a super market within 3 minutes walking and near by the river goes to the sea. Even close to airport caused a lot of traffic in the air, it’s very quiet and comfortable.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The free Airport Shuttle was amazing. Cristina was always in time and prepared everything for us. The breakfast was also really good. The furniture and the decoration of the B&B were chosen with love for details. Would definitely recommend this B&B to friends and family and go there again.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Just a very lovely BnB with a wonderful host
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This little B&B is great if you are needing to stay close to FCO airport. The owner of B&B provides free shuttle service and pick up from the airport. Make sure your flight in the AM is not too early as I believe her shuttle service begins around 6am. Owner helps you get a taxi for the morning if you have a very early morning flight but cost of taxi is a little higher. Also, she has snacks, coffee, water and pastries available for guests to eat.
Cons: no complaints.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly good value! Comfy bed and huge bath with jacuzzi - large and varied breakfast on the terrace, with cappuccino made to order - just two rooms, so we had the house to ourselves...best of all, Cristina sweetly picked us up at the airport and brought us back for our flight the next morning right on time, all included in the price of the room!
Cons: Loved everything about it - we’ll never stay anywhere else in Fiumicino!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Flawless service by the host, beautiful location, clean and tidy rooms. Close to the airport and includes free shuttle. This is a great option for the night before an early flight.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I expected that being so close to the airport might mean that it would be noisy and not in a good location. Neither of these things were true. I was able to walk a short distance and had a lovely meal and Cristina runs the property beautifully.
Rome Airport Inn - Fiumicino - Building
4
9.6 Excellent (848 reviews)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This place is absolutely fabulous. The building, the room, the bathroom. Modern chic with some element of Roman experience. Well done. The terrace is just spectacular. Every touch was done perfectly. The breakfast.. don’t even think about its 5 Euro cost... it was delicious, plenty and presentation was amazing. We stayed for one night between flights. If you are in the same situation, don’t miss the opportunity to experience this private hotel. Alessandra speaks English very well and both, she and Marco were very kind. The property has a van with its own logo, so just call them for airport pick up. Best place we ever stayed in.
Cons: can't think of anything else, it was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent choice for the Rome airport! Beautiful clean rooms and excellent breakfast! Within walking distance of some excellent seafood restaurants. Thanks Alessandra and Marco!!

Pros: Breakfast was amazing
Cons: No soap a stove but no plates ect opposite carnival very noisy
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the host kind attitude. Overall very pleasant experience.
Cons: Check in is strict. Even if you are coming half an hour before check in time you need to let them know in advance. Otherwise you will stay behind close door. Not a big problem though.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property, spotlessly clean, great bed, and amenities. The breakfast was excellent. Marco, Alessandra, and Enrico were welcoming and helpful. Great B &B close to the airport. I would stay here for more than one day while traveling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So comfy and hospitable. It looks like i find my home in Italy
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Rome Airport in is a guest house rather than a hotel and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The rooms, although small, were beautifully finished and decorated. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked very well, and everything was immaculate. The property includes an outdoor gazebo, also beautifully appointed with comfortable furniture, where guests can gather for drinks or a visit. The owners provide bar service as well. Of special note is the amazing breakfast which only costs 5 euros per person. Unlike other hotels where breakfast is included and usually offered as a buffet, the Rome Airport Inn sets a table for your group and provides an amazing selection of foods at the table. The owners personally prepare and serve whatever coffee or tea guests prefer. Another nice touch is the availability of a van and driver (the owner) who will take guests to the main street in Fiumicino, near the marina, in the evening. We had two hours to enjoy an nice dinner on the last night of our holiday. The owners also provide an airport shuttle for 7 euros per person. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay near the airport or near Fiumicino beach.
Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the check-in time. The Inn opens for check-in at 4:30, so if you arrive before that you have to keep your luggage with you and find somewhere to go until 4:30. Even having the option to drop off bags would be nice.

Very convenient to airport with shuttle service available. Highly secure property with super personal service.

What a cute and lively town with amazing restaurants and bars! Lucca also accommodated our flight time and allowed us to stay in our room a little longer.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The B&B is very close to Fiumicino airport, still it is close to several facilities like bars and restaurants. It is super safe, even for women who travel alone. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast, plenty of choice.
Cons: You hear the planes from the airport because of its proximity. However, if you keep the window closed it's ok.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts, Lucas and his father, were extremely kind and attentive to our every need. Lucas suggested places for us to eat and walk. The remodeled bedroom and bathroom we stayed in was huge and accommodated all of our luggage. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The next morning we were treated to a delicious continental breakfast and later given a free shuttle ride to the airport at 7 a.m. I forgot to mention the lovely balcony off of our bedroom. We enjoyed relaxing in our private area before our long trip home!
Cons: We prefer to stay at smaller family hotels because they tend to be friendly and suit our needs better as opposed to a chain hotel. We loved everything about Sleep And Fly Rome Airport. It is unique and has character!
10.0 Excellent

Acquaviva B&B - Fregene - Bedroom

9.7 Excellent (111 reviews)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a beautiful property, immaculate and well designed. Jovana was incredibly accommodating, having arrived early, we were given a delightful room to change in and leave our luggage until our room was ready later. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with freshly baked cakes and homemade jam both days, yum. Jovana booked our taxi in advance which gave us peace of mind for our journey back to the airport. We used the bicycles to tour around the area, which was amazing, and found some excellent beach club type bars along the beach (Singita was our fave!). Fragene is a beautiful peaceful beach resort, untouched or spoilt by the usual commercial factors in busy resorts, just simply a lovely long beach with some amazing fish restaurants and beach clubs. We loved it and will return to stay here again for sure. Thanks for everything Jovana.
Cons: Nothing... property was very high class. Taxi's are typically expensive in Italy, but this is a small thing when everything else is amazing. We will definitely return.

Pros: Very nice, spotless clean, beautiful B&B.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was fabulous. Location just across from the beach, spotlessly clean, stylish property and top class facilities. The best thing about the place was the lovely owner who went out of her way to accommodate us. We arrived late with our 1 year old and she allowed us to park at the gate, took our baby while we sorted our luggage and had a lovely made up cot for the baby. The breakfast in the morning was full of her home made goodies and she even had home made sweets. Exceptional service for the price.
Cons: I couldn’t fault a thing.
10.0 Excellent

The owners were lovely. Friendly and helpful. The shower is amazing! And the breakfast in the morning was just perfect ;) we loved it here. .... please contact the owner to warn of arrival so she can meet you there.
Cons: We loved everything about this property! But I will warn that the stairs are spiral. So please bear in mind if you have difficulty with stairs. A little fridge in the room would have useful ;)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Your wonderful and gorgeous host, Dominga. Smiles and tactile, nothing too much trouble. The quirky accommodation set in the open countryside. Spotlessly clean. Just three en suite rooms with ground floor taken up by Dominga's kitchen for catering. We had room on the second floor (that's the third to Americans) con balcony. Parking. You are a 15 minute walk to the delightful village of Maccarese where you will find excellent restaurants and bars in the square by the castle walls. We were staying on a Friday and Saturday night. Local villagers enjoying themselves. Live music. The pizzeria, Emelia Romagna will serve and deliver to the wine bar along the road in the square if you wish, con plate, utensils and condiments. Wonderful. There was also a BBQ on the go in the square. Why go further!? The beach is a 40 minute walk where you will find a bar to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Perfect. Whilst the simplest B & B during our three week tour, it was our favourite.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. Having to leave.
7.5 Good
Pros: Quaint unusual accommodation in a converted silo. Private parking. Country location
Cons: Restaurants were very limited and required driving. Even though the silo included a kitchen, guests were not allowed to use these facilities for personal use (but some did). Overpiced. Wifi did not reach the top room.

Pros: + They offer a round trip ride from/to airport; + Family run business; + The BnB is clean; + Breakfast is varied; + Staff extremely friendly; + They answer to WhatsApp immediately; + They speak basic English enough to assist you.
Cons: - You need a car to access the location, as for pedestrians this is quite risky to walk on the fast way from airport; - The extra charge after 23:00 is a way too expensive. They charge you 20 euros an hour. They made it 15 euros an hour for me. I paid 30 euros on the top of the booking as my flight was delayed; - Not providing lunch or dinner; - Breakfast stops at 09:30 am; - Not convenient for disabled people. Stairs only.

Pros: Everything was great. The place is clean and very nice and the hosts have been kind and helpful way over our expectations.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to public beach area and airport with walkable restaurants and supermarket. Nice host who arranged airport shuttle for early morning flight and offered restaurant suggestions.
Cons: Bedding/decor outdated. Room had a slightly musty smell. Comfortable but a bit pricey for what you get, more expensive than our central Rome 1-bedroom apartment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was just what we needed, Andrea very nice and accommodating, perfect location to airport.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and helpful, friendly staff
Cons: Surrounding town not terribly clean
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Warm hospitality, and well organized for ease for quick stay near airport. Immaculate spacious room, nice linens, excellent air conditioning. Although a bit discreet on a narrow street, we found free parking close by. Elevator for luggage helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location to the airport in Rome is excellent. The little harbor village is a perfect place to wrap up a long trip to Italy. It is 10 mins to the airport, but you also get to explore a harbor town, which was an unexpected bonus. The fish and gelato here are delicious. The parking is on the street, but it's very easy to find. The room was spacious and the dining room for the superb breakfast was incredible - view of the harbor. Watch the fishing boats come in, stroll the pier, eat one last meal all while knowing you are going to make it to that airport with plenty of time to spare.
Cons: My husband (Mr. Safety) noticed that the hotel did not have a sprinkler system. With candles all around, some people may think this place was unsafe (I did not). There are some stairs before the elevator which might make it hard for some people. The shower was so ridiculously small with a wall of glass missing on one side, water went all over the bathroom. NO usb outlets in this room. Everywhere else we stayed in Italy had many.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big room, all updated bath, clean, nice local area with many cafes and restaurants. Nice breakfast area on top floor with great views of the seaport. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: All was perfect!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, beautiful property. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also delicious! We would stay again for sure.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: we spent a lot of money on taxis
Cons: maybe a lift from the airport and back
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Its proximity to the airport. Cleanliness.
Cons: The breakfast could use some improvement (there were only prepackaged products)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Well organised. Communication was great. Room was very big. Gave great recommendations for restaurants. Sparkling clean. Transfer to airport was €20 and easy to organise. Shower gel provided.
Cons: Difficult to get to from the airport. The MyTaxi app won’t take people to this location. When you queue for a regular taxi outside the airport they have to get a “local taxi” which is not official and they invent a price (started at €30 and ended up at €25). Would be easier if the B&b could organise transfer to the b&b but they said it wasn’t possible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We bookended a trip to Tuscany with stays @ B&B 87. The place is a gem, with great, clean rooms, wonderful staff & a nice breakfast to start your day.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was exactly what we had expected. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, late check-in was provided without additional extra payment. I recommend this place to everyone who want to stay the night near the airport.
Cons: I can't say that something was inappropriate or bad for the price. It is really good price/value offer.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, clean, comfortable, self serve breakfast. Especially appreciated the late night check in. Not all places will accommodate late arrivals (11 pm).
Cons: Better signage to identify the property--a little hard to find, especially at 11 p.m.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly host, wonderful room, and breakfast area. Very close and convient access from the airport. There was no parking at the facility, but street parking was available. There was also a great restaurant only a short walk away..

Pros: the lady owner is such a nice person, she treated really good- room is clean, big enough and she served us breakfast very early in the morning, absolutely recommended
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean room, but very simple.
Cons: Poor breakfast. No kettle in the room and also in the kitchen. Plastic cups and plates. Very loud airplanes even if window closed
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner is very kind an flexible. Great minibar.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very nice family and they're very helpful. Property is very nice and everything is new.
Cons: Didn't realise the property was located in a straight line to the airport. The airplanes fly right over the house with a lot of noise. And no taxis from the train station in Maccarese at night so we got stuck there :P But Antonella said we should've called her so she would've picked us up.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room is very clean and the host is fantastic. Once the booking is confirm she personally text me and ask me about the arriving time and make arrangement to also wait for me at the entrance. I will stay again if I come again to Rome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place to stay and such lovely hosts. The coffee and cake in the morning were delicious and very kind of them to provide me with transfers at good local rate. Thank you. I will stay again, no questions.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice host and delicious breakfast
Cons: Everything was ok
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly hosts. Great location in an cool seaside suburb close to the airport. Clean and comfortable place! Would happily return.
7.0 Good
Pros: Antonella is a nice host, she picked me up from the train station and brought me back there. The room was nice, newly renovated and clean. I also really liked the mattress. There is a small kitchen in the hallway, where the breakfast prepared and that can also be used by the guests. Softdrinks cost 1 Euro.
Cons: The rooms are in the basement and therfore the windows are small with no view. As other guest already mentioned, the house is directly located under the approach corridor of the nerby airport. So, for people that like to stay a bit longer in the bed in the morning, it's maybe not the best option. Also you can hear the other guests and the preparation of the breakfast easily through the the walls. The time for the breakfast can freely be chosen by the guests. The breakfast was basically coffee, juice and homemade cake. The B&B provides some bicycles but they are really in bad condition.

Cons: Nothing at all, fantastic stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: definitely the best thing about this place is the owners. The most friendly people I've met in a long time. So warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem. We arrived very tired, the airline lost our bags, and we were hungry. Andrea dropped us to a lovely little local restaurant for some late dinner, and also picked us up again, exactly what we needed after the stress of lost luggage. He also dropped us to airport in the morning. Such lovely people. We stayed for one night as we were travelling again the next day. Great place, lovely comfy beds and nice coffee and continental breakfast in the morning. A real home from home. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I stayed at BB Fly and Beach for one night before heading home to NYC from Fiumicino airport. This B&B was the perfect location (only 15 minutes from the airport) and *surprise* just steps away from a beautiful beach where we watched the sun set on our last night in Rome! Andrea and his family were very welcoming and helped us bring all of our luggage upstairs to a perfectly clean room. I highly recommend this B&B if you have an early flight out of Fiumicino- because the trains do not run early enough to get you directly there from the center of Rome. Andrea even gave us a ride to the airport at 6AM, which was extremely helpful! Highly recommend! Thank you Andrea!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The B&B was very close to the airport and right across the road from the beach. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. They had breakfast ready for us in the morning and the husband drove us to the airport which was VERY helpful!!
Cons: Everything was ok. Having a window in the room would have been nice but not necessary. Just a thought.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful relaxed family atmosphere. The entire family was very friendly. It was easy to get to the fabulous beach.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Andrea and his wife are excellent hosts. Andrea helped us with transport from and to airport and also to and from train station during stay. House is 100m from the beach, what you appreciate after city trips. Room is air conditioned and comfy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The minute we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed. Anything we needed was provided and at the same time our privacy was respected.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were two beers in the fridge which we eventually drank at the beach although it was dark and cold outside. The people were extremely friendly. The coffe in the morning was really good, I did not have such a great coffee in a while. Transportation to the airport in the morning was also included.
Cons: Their English was a bit poorer, but they were very nice and sweet. We were able to understand eachother.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Andrea was very warm & welcoming. Check in was fast, the room was spacious, clean and well appointed. They have a mini fridge in the room with free water and beer which was a nice extra. The B&B is right across from the beach, we were there on the off season but it was nice to have a view of the ocean. The free ride to the airport for your morning flight is also a big plus!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Check in was a breeze and the owner, Andrea was very nice and gave us good suggestions about the beaches and dining options. The bedroom we stayed in had a balcony and we could see the ocean. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. The beach is across the street, so an easy walk to relax and enjoy!! We would stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean. Nice options for breakfast in the morning. Quiet neighborhood and appeared safe with parking in front of the Relais. We were not able to provide an exact time that we would be there, just a general time, but after pushing the button to the gate, Alberto ? let us in the gate and was there within 10 minutes to let us in the building. Very hot day and we were very tired. Room cooled down to comfortable with the air conditioning on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very clean and spacious. Quiet location.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: A little far away from restaurants
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owner of the property was very quick to reply and get to the property to let us in. He even picked us up at 3 am to go to the airport. The place is very clean, comfortable with nice porch and patio. We even ordered pizza delivery from a local spot and he let us use the land line to call. The place was very accommodating.
Cons: We were only there to be close to the airport for one night stay. If you want to get around without a car it might be a little out of the way. However, everything else was great. Sounded like there were two restaurants close if you needed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean & nice person to deal with
Cons: The location description on google is not exactly correct, it took us time to find the place

Pros: - great commual lounge area for other guests to converse with each other during their stay. - fantastic pool, however no obvious access to hot tub which was a little dissappointing. - Comfortable and very clean room. The bed was very comfy and very plump pillows....luxury! - good overall facilities (hairdryer, toiletries etc) - great smell throughout hotel during our stay (spa like smell) - lovely decor inside and out - lovely hot shower - great transportation links organised through hotel directly....fantastic! - felt very calm and relaxed throughout our stay. - Lovely balacony overlooking the pool area and enough space to sit out in the sun (lounges).
Cons: There's nothing that we can think of now but we weren't at the Itca Hotel long enough to comment on any dislikes (less than a 24 hour stay).

Pros: Very nice villa, quiet , close to the beach We had a pleasant stay there
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The young woman I dealt with at the desk was outstanding and responsive to every request.
Cons: Minor quibble, but it would have been nice to have access to a kitchen. Once I packed my bike, it was a bit far to the main street establishments. If traveling by car, not an issue.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hostess is a delightful young woman who familiarized us with the town and provided us with an excellent suggestion for dinner.
Cons: Nothing. We had a wonderful experience.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: we enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the very quiet vibe of the house. the pool is a nice touch. would stay again.
Cons: the beds were not the most comfortable and the blinds don't do great job keeping the light out, but overall it was decent. i hink the overall experience could hugely be improved by providing 24hour access to a coffee machine and rental bikes.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is very nice, close to the beach and the main street. Alice was very helpful and helped us to get a ride to the airport in the morning. The pool looked really nice, however, it was too cold to swim.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alice is the manager and she is so nice to make arrangements. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. You also can enjoy a good breakfast and a pool.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The cleaning was excellent and the service from the manager was fantastic.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast was basic, but enjoyable. Rooms recently refurbished are nice and clean and beds comfortable. Great balcony area Close to beach, nice pool and Jacuzzi area.
Cons: No one was there to let us in when we arrived, and had to call to make arrangements to be let in. Despite not being full would not accommodate a 1 hr late check out to 12:00pm from 11am. Traveling with a child is challenging enough. So requested called out transfer and arranged for an earlier pick up and moved onto next location who accommodated us 1 hrs early.!! Restaurants in the area heavily impacted by weather. Poor weather everything is closed.

The view from our window was stunning. If I come back to Ostia, definitely will come to this host again.
Cons: You can hear the neighbors coming in and out their rooms. But as far as I’ve noticed it’s normal for all apartments in Italy
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Superb location, though noise might be an issue in open-window months. All very clean and fresh. Excellent value for off-season money.
Cons: Room smallish, bed smallish.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was my second stay at Maison 6, and it was just as lovely and comfortable as last year. Noemi is an absolute sweetheart, I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Ostia.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pretty much simple but nice and comfortable room , with more space than expected to be honest and a great bed! Location it’s just perfect walking distance of the beach and easy accommodations. 10 min walk from Lido Centro train station to Rome. 100% satisfaction guarantee if looking for a nice place to stay near by the Lido Di Ostia beach. Special comments on the host, Naomi: There are no words to describe how easy-going, friendly and welcoming Naomi is where there is no room left for doubts in generating trust and confidence with a guest, she wait for us late at after midnight hours, gave us an awesome transportation app suggestion, leaved us some fresh and recently baked croissants for breakfast , and even suggested me the restaurant for my marriage proposal! All that with always a great smile :) Do not hesitate to book with Naomi! If she opens a new b&b I’ll book there for sure.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Noemi, the host, was very kind and helpful! The location is great, close to the beach and in the centre of action with lots of restaurants.
Cons: Breakfast - for those who are used to ham, cheese and eggs, this breakfast might come short. But there was a good selection of fruits and tasty fresh pie.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The manager, Noemi, was extremely nice and helpful. She gave me useful tips on where to eat and what to visit. Everything in the apartment and the room is very pretty and clean. All bathroom appliances are in great condition. The WiFi works great as well. You can use all kitchen appliances (water kettle, coffee maker, fridge) to your convenience and make your own breakfast from the food provided.
Cons: The only two tiny details I would improve on are the soap in the bathroom and the quality of the toilet paper. But these are very minor things.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The furnishings were very attractive and create a lovely ambience. .The view from our window was great and it opened right up which was lovely and fresh as it overlooked the street and the sea ,out to the right. The room was spacious with the most comfortable bed ever..and the room was scrupulously clean.Excellent bathroom with good hairdryer and hair products. The kitchen / dining area has french doors opening on to a small balcony and the offer of snacks and food was most appropriate and there was even a delicious tart waiting on the table for everyone to enjoy.Fresh croissants were delivered for breakfast along with fresh ham and cheese. Our hostess greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm and her English was perfect. Our car was able to be secured in a adjacent parking area at a small cost..
Cons: The building is very plain and gives a very austere impression. However do not be alarmed .The lift [small] will take you easily to the third floor where your wee boutique hotel awaits.

Featured amenities include a computer station, express check-in, and a 24-hour front desk. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: A great stop over
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with big rooms, close to the see and airport with an excellent selection of restaurants within walking distance.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: - Good breakfast - Clean and spacious Rooms - Close to Fiumicino Airport - Good airport shuttle bus - Reliable WiFi - English speaking front desk staff - Friendly staff - Overall well presented Hotel
Cons: - I wouldn't say this is strictly a fault of the hotel, as the airport shuttle service from what I gathered is another company. Airport shuttle finishes at 12pm, which can be frustrating if you have a late flight and then at the mercy of the Italian taxi drivers who are known for cheating people.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was a good location to the airport.
Cons: The pillows were not soft. The bathroom had toiletries that were already used.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ten minutes from Fiumicino airport and a few blocks from the waterfront. Everything about the place felt brand new. Great Room. Big bathroom. HUGE patio with a hot tub on it. (Room #400) Decent Wifi. Perfect spot to spend our last night in Europe and have a stress-free shuttle to the airport in the morning. Next time we're going to book at least two nights, though. The place is too charming not to hang out a little longer.
Cons: This is a little nit-picky, but the breakfast was a little weak. A few more cold meat, cheese, and fruit options would make a big difference. Don't get me wrong, though, I'd return to this hotel in a heartbeat. Fabulous place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The two young men I had dealings with were most helpful and one drove us to the airport for roughly the same price as the shuttle would have been. Our room was very quiet.
Cons: The advertised shuttle to and from the airport was a mystery. I had read from reviews that other travellers had trouble finding it so I contacted the guesthouse to clarify. They gave me detailed instructions which meant I was easily able to find where to pick it up. So on arrival I searched for an hour without finding the vehicle. I then phoned and was assured the shuttle was at the pickup point. After another hour of searching and asking everyone I could I gave up and caught a taxi. On arrival I was told that it was not at the airport and didn't even run at that time! I never discovered who I had spoken to on the phone.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We felt the hotel was very well appointed and quite comfortable. We would definitely recommend it to others
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Mosquitoes everywhere do not stay in the roomed outside the main building
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy, convenient
Cons: Staff was extremely helpful first class
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All around great stay! One night before flying home from Rome. Shuttle service worked great. Clean, friendly and reasonable price!
Cons: It's an "airport" hotel. They can't help that, but the area around the hotel is not developed for tourism. More industrial.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, near the airport and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Room was clean and spacious and staff was nice. Breakfast was very good. Perfect for a one night stay if you are flying out of Fiumicino. The hotel can organise taxis to the airport with a good company they work with, that has a very good flat rate.
Cons: It's a small thing but some of furniture was a bit old and run down, for example the leather on the sofa bed was peeling off. I just wouldn't normally expect to see this in a hotel on this price range.
