Cons (-) Personnel unavailable most of the time. Both mornings, no one at the front desk for over 15 minutes. First morning, key would not open the fitness room. Waited 20 minutes for staff to open door. Turns out no guest key would open door. Then, equipment in room horrible. Equipment worn out. Treadmill would not work at all---safety key missing. Checked out without any employees around at 4 AM.
Pros (+) It was quiet, despite the freeway being next to the hotel. Pool and jacuzzi were good. The breakfast was good. The staff was responsive to our concern
