Pros: Nice and clean hotel
9.5 Excellent
Pros: very up to date ... liked the 2 ottomans in the room. Loved the microwave and refrigerator.. A/C very quiet... Breakfast was perfect ... Great staff ... Problem with toilet when arriving but it was taken care of immediately.
Cons: As I have expressed in the passed ... although the multi-shower head is very nice ... I think one with the hose attachment (removable) would be great. Other than that it was perfect. Elevators made some sparking / cracking noise ... needs to be checked out ASAP !

The staff was welcoming and helpful.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good, and the hotel was located right next to a large gas station/store. This was a great overnight stop for our road trip. I didn't see many restaurants nearby, so you may want to look at other exits prior to this one.

Charlie's Motel - Frostburg - Building
4
9.0 Excellent (148 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Charlie's Motel in Frostburg, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Palace Theater and Frostburg Library. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Small motel, but clean, comfortable and just what I needed for the night. Staff was very friendly!
Cons: My only complaint would be the shower head - it was not adjustable. not sure if it was only my room, or if they are all the same. The shower head was angled at the wall, so I wasn't completely under the water, which made it a little hard to shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The man that runs the motel was very friendly and helpful. The motel itself was in a perfect location for my needs, convenient to pretty much everything. Very clean, very quiet.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Mattress was OK type.
Cons: Homely atmosphere John the owner. Manager very good and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In general the property was nice I had a comfortable stay here and the staff and the residents in the area are amazing I love the Hurry Back tavern
Cons: I think the bathrooms are too small but for the room size I guess it's appropriate
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Inexpensive, comfortable, clean room. (Don't let the outside fool you.) Small rooms, good for a one night stay. There is a bar in the parking lot for those so inclined and lots of TV stations for those not looking for night life. Good for a couple, not for a family.
Cons: Had to pick up the key in the bar, which is also owned by the hotel owner.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is perfect if you are looking for a nice motel at a great rate and a place to get a good night's rest.
Cons: The only complaint I would have is that I like a long hot shower. The water didn't stay hot for a long time. But, I am nitpicking at this point.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and clean room!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The GPS directions were a little weird but still easy to find. I booked it less than 30 minutes before. They guy who did the check in was super! Very nice, funny and pleasant! I really liked the way they have a closed walkway along the front of all the rooms. There's a bar and grill in the same location so it could get very noisy but it was pretty quiet, smart move!
Cons: The room was a little small, had 2 double beds, a chair, dresser, fridge and microwave. It was a bit cramped, but it was just me and I just wanted to sleep. The top drawer of the dresser, the front was missing so that took away a little of the 'atmosphere'. Would have been nice to have a little table but honestly, there isn't room for it so I used the space of the top drawer of the dresser since it didn't have a front, as my 'table'.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent! They were very accommodating as we arrived late. It was extremely clean. Better than expected. Bed was comfy. Everything was great for the price we paid. We got more than our monies worth.
Cons: I really loved everything. It's was nice and quiet, clean and comfy, etc. Shower was a tad small, however worked nicely. It was a little ways away from our destination, but this had nothing to do with the choice. Wish we could have stayed longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked everything .....this place is perfect. Just that simple.
Cons: Can't say they're was anything we didn't like.

Savage River Lodge - Frostburg - Building
7
8.8 Excellent (146 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Tucked away in the middle of Savage River State Forest, the Savage River Lodge provides the much-needed peace and quiet guests come to enjoy on its 40 acres of private land. The cabins - or eighteen "mini" lodges – were handcrafted from white pine. The interlocking timber and authentic chinking are meant to inspire guests' reflection on their relationship with nature and those who tread the paths before them. Blending the tradition and nostalgia of tent camping with the comforts of the Lodge's cabins, the yurts came to be. Designed and constructed by Pacific Yurts, these one-of-a-kind accommodations are some of the most luxurious glamping opportunities east of the Mississippi, equipped with radiant floor heat, gas fireplaces and full bathrooms. Enjoy a gourmet meal at the on-site American restaurant, hit the slopes for a fun day of skiing or take some fly-fishing lessons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a yurt and the experience was wonderful. We enjoyed staying close to nature and the peace and quiet. Yurts are actually luxurious camping!
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Everything was Perfect, nothing negative
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the yurt very cozy and designed beautifully . The grounds are breathtaking with beautiful views. Staff was excellent love this resort great relaxing get away!
Cons: Service was excellent our complaint was food! Issue lunch burger asked for medium and burger was well done, burger was redone still well done. Dinner second night had Wild boar riblets and grits were crunchy and dry. Meatloaf was charred around edges &dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Two wonderful meals at the Lodge
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The overall stay is great! WE stayed in a Yurt for 3 nights, the first night was nice and comfy, possibly because there were not many visitors at that time. Upon other visitors arriving it became a little noisy, with the slamming of car doors and Yurt doors. For the most part it was nice, quiet, and peaceful. inside the yurt everything was great and in nice shape, this is the best glamping experience I've ever had. The Yurt was clean, sheets and bed were nice and comfy. We didn't attempt the heated floors (instructions would be nice), because the weather was pretty warm. If your short like me the shower water will hit you straight in the face, no escaping it because the shower head doesn't move. The fridge is awesome and cold. Coffee in the room could be better -folgers would have got the job done. Good thing we bought along a lot of our own things. :) The front desk service seems a little weird and unorganized - maybe outdated system. Along with the cabin restaurant. The food gives you an upscale feel. But its definitely a hit or miss depending on the chef. We ate there for all meals and at times ordered the same thing and got different renditions or sides. Not to mention there was a miss on the most important night for us, NO more dessert on our anniversary - HOW THEY??! I would highly recommend upgrading the morning breakfast baskets -those were horrible. The muffins were not a hit at all for us on 3 morning occasions. Good thing we requested the hard boiled eggs and bagels. Overall I would say I would stay here again, I would just accept that somethings aren't really amenities if their not properly executed (muffins)! :)
Cons: The shower head, the muffins, and no dessert!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful peaceful (no tv!) setting in woods teeming with wildlife - deer on the front lawn in the evening and plenty of hummingbirds at the feeders. Excellent dinners though a minor drawback if you plan a long stay is that there is little change in the very adequate menu - try the roast duck!! Prime!!
Cons: They forgot the muffins on our first morning!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The baskets are such a cute addition!
Cons: It is great to be disconnected but when on a business trip, the WiFi is a little dodgy as it is only at the Lodge. That being said, they are up front about that and the pros far outweigh the Internet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet and wonderful staff and restaurant.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very very nice surroundings. Very big and comfortable room. Very nice to only hear forest noises in your room. Super friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast was supposed to be included but it was instead only a glass of orange juice and a muffin delivered to the room. The actual breakfast was additional charge.
The Casselman Inn - Grantsville - Building

9.0 Excellent (39 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at The Casselman Inn in Grantsville, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Casselman River Bridge State Park and Spruce Forest Artisan Village. Free self parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Cons: Hard bed. Could not regulate tempature see
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Guests receive a $5 voucher for breakfast and the food was excellent. If you plan on eating breakfast Saturday morning get there early because it gets really crowded with guests and locals.
Cons: I did not realize the rooms were not part of the actual inn building but were situated across the street; however the room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location and the price. The only complaint I have is that the lighting was not sufficient for reading or putting on makeup.
Cons: The lighting. Maybe different types of lighting and set up around the mirror a different way. Also, maybe a different arrangement of shelves in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint little off the beaten path location. The room was comfortable and clean with beautiful quilts on the bed and Amish bentwood rocking chairs to relax in. Breakfast was great, the homemade bread was to die for and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!
Cons: We didn't get to spend more time there.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. We really enjoyed this little town and especially the playground in town and the artisan village. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful Very clean, and comfortable room and beds.
Cons: I wish they had more options for special dietary needs at the restaurant but I figure they don't get many people who are dairy free or gluten free. Still, the oatmeal was good! Their restaurant's bathroom could use some updating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient and Simple luxury in a quiet neighborhood.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Casselman Inn was located in a beautiful little town in Maryland. The room was spotless and bedding fresh and clean. The Casselman Restaurant, located in the historic Inn, has amazing food at an amazing price! I will definitely book this place again - can’t wait to go back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yes
Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: I'm in Grantsville every year for a one-of-a-kind healthcare conference, have stayed at both the Casselman and the Comfort Inn each time. The Casselman has some unique charm, with its historic main building - the rooms themselves are in another building that's pretty typical "nice motor inn" style. Breakfast in the restaurant is hearty and well prepared, service is fast and friendly.
Cons: Not much, other than having coffee on the "restaurant is closed" Sunday morning drill AFTER 9am. I get it's a small town. On the upside, not having coffee after 9am on Sunday just means you have to go down the hill to the Cornucopia Cafe, which has outstanding coffee and brunch, so that's a win.

Pros: Clean, new facilities, nice pool, helpful staff, good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There was a snafu with Booking.com when we checked in, but the lady at the front desk worked with us to get it straightened out. She was great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast area
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location for area dining and close to interstate check in was easy and hotel employee was very nice to give me a room on 1st floor when I requested a lower floor.
Cons: Made this hotel reservation so we could use hot tub and pool but they were out of order for both days that we booked. Very disappointed since this was the soul purpose for this hotel. Never notified it didn't work before check in grrr
9.3 Excellent
Cons: The people upstairs kept throwing heavy things in the floor all night
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We are locals that rented a room to be able to take the kids swimming and enjoy relaxing in hot tub. Hot was broke and did not work. No pool towels two different times we went and then I asked for towels they said they were out
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of common space for family to gather (visiting for a funeral). Breakfast was surprisingly nice with a great variety.
Cons: No
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazingly comfortable
Cons: Juice machine didn’t work and you don’t sweep floors in and around breakfast area while people are eating. Don’t know why employees feel this is necessary to do at this time. Happens all over. Brings up the floor dust in their food. Wait till after breakfast when everyone’s done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pet friendly, pool, breakfast room size
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were 2 ladies who checked us in on Friday evening, they helped us get signed up for the rewards system. They gave us an AWESOME room since we drove here from Ohio to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed many amenities at the rocky Gap resort but glad we chose here. The ladies knew exactly where to point us to, where to eat, how to get where we were going, and very honest. So glad we chose to stay here! I am not sure of their names but it was an older lady, and possibly her daughter but they are excellent employees and deserve to be praised. Maybe even a bonus, a trip, some free stays somewhere or a raise. They both said they used to work at Rocky Mountain resort if that helps. The breakfast lady was also a very good worker, kept it clean, stocked & was nice to all guests coming in and out.
Cons: The hot tub jets were not working & the water was way to hot to relax in. We had to sit on the edge. We chose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub.

7.0 Good
Pros: Not much.
Cons: Price
5.5 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the place was quiet
Cons: Door cards did not work. The front desk was un responsive to the complaint. The bathroom still had hair from previous occupant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love the whirlpool bathtub. I know the rooms need updated but it works fine. The staff is always really nice.
Cons: The tub needs to be caulked again. I feel like a room with a large soaker tub should be stocked with more body towels. I always use an extra towel for the floor than just the bath mat. I asked for extra towels when I booked the room and forgot to ask for them when I checked in. I really needed the 2 extra towels. The walls are kind of thin. I expect those things in a hotel stay but I wouldn't consider it a great romantic stay when I can hear people talk going up and down the hall. The closet doors didn't open in our room. I don't know if it was because we had the first room in the hall but I always like to put my bags in the closet at night so I don't trip over them and I couldnt use the closet here.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel for the price.
Cons: The facility needs an upgrade. The card machines that let you into the hotel and into the room do not work. It takes a full 20 mins to get into the building and 10 to get into the room because you have to wait for the card reader to want to work.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Liked the bed, room, bathroom, tub, shower, linens, parking lot. Did not like breakfast....no waffles, even though there was a picture of the breakfast with waffles. Would have liked hard-boiled eggs. Did not like the coffee.
Cons: See above answer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Breakfast was okay, the coffee was very good. They had fresh fruit & yogurt options. Bagels & toast. THERE IS A PANCAKE machine. That is great for kids. There is a selection of pastry.
Cons: If i had any constructive criticism it would be to just spruce up the breakfast as far as the quality of the breads & pastry in the morning. Tweak it just a bit.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Hotel is dated and halls smelled musty.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location to frostburg state university.
Cons: Hallways was stuffy.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Shower was very nice. Space

5.0 Okay
Pros: location was best feature of this hotel
Cons: Same amenities as the $-- dollar hotel in town just less traffic outside.
6.8 Good
Pros: Close to conference
Cons: One of our key cards didn’t work, so I took it back, but the desk clerk said she couldn’t issue us another because she was only allowed four per suite. Consequently we had three for four people. We were charged more for the room than our confirmation said.

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness of bathtub. Room and bathroom need thorough dusting and edges need to be vacuumed. Dust is a hazard for people with allergies and lung problems such as asthma. Desk chair needs to be replaced.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: convenience to location
Cons: Needs upgrade - walls and flooring is old and could be cleaner
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. Close to decent food options.
Cons: Carpet could be replaced. Hotel needs an update.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was wonderful -- one of the best!
Cons: I like my bed a little more firmer than what we had.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a good selection and the bed very comfortable and loved the pillows. My bathroom towels, coffee packs and toiletries always refreshed everyday. I needed an extra outlet for my cpap machine and maintenance was right on it with an adapter.
Cons: Wifi wasn't the best. Or it could of been me.
6.3 Good
Pros: standard but overseer did excellent job. sausage and real eggs
Cons: placement of butter.
7.5 Good
Pros: Place was relatively clean, a bit dated. As others have mentioned slight smell, musty, or something like that. Beds were great and comfortable. Very quiet and AC unit was quiet as well, something you don't see too often....
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: The WiFi didn't work very well and we had to re-enter every time we weren't on the computer for a while.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was pleasant. Room was clean.
Cons: Bathroom too small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean, the breakfast was good for a free Hotel breakfast and the location was excellent for the wedding we were attending in grantsville.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Poor breakfast. Requested handicap room in October, none reserved at arrival. Told all baths had tub showers. How is that handicap accessible? Mold in bathroom. No luggage carts available at checkout. Only 2 for the whole hotel!!??
7.5 Good
Pros: Located right on 68. Has a few gas stations nearby that were having cheapest gas prices in that area. Fast food chains like Burger King, Arby's, Subway, Little Ceaser and so on, are in close proximity. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Felt like Break fast timing could have been from 7AM to 10AM on weekends.

Pros: Great location! Near downtown historic district and Maryland Scenic Railroad station. Helpful staff!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was amazing. Checker board was nice touch. Tv was good. Access to downtown was perfect.
Cons: Condition of shower. Cleanliness of bathroom. Cannot control heat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic accommodations, great value, wonderful staff. Located in downtown Cumberland, by Historic area. Easy walk to area, great place to stay with a “historical home” flavor!
Cons: No complaints at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is unique. It is within walking distance to anything I wanted to do. Great trip at a great place.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Not a hotel, motel chain, an older house converted to hotel rooms. Many areas that you could use, lounge area with TV, coffee and reading materials. Also an area that was set up as an eating area, microwave and refrigerator with two tables . Off street parking. The location was good for walking to Baltimore St. This was the location of many restaurants. The Western Maryland RR station was a short walk if you are taking the scenic trip to Frostburg. Overall the price of the room was what I would expect for the area and rooms.
Cons: This is my view, our reservations was for a suite. When we arrived we were taken to our room on the upper floor, room #9. My understanding was it was a suite, I thought this would be a setting room and bed room, my mistake. The suite was a two bedroom arrangement, oh well, we made the best of that. My second issue was the room didn't have a ensuite restroom. The toilet, bathroom was down the hall, it was ours and keyed the same as our room. As we are seniors this means getting up and putting on something to make that trip. Our room faced Greene St, there was a large volume of traffic and the trash truck arrived early 5:30AM on Monday, so there is a noise issue.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great place has that at home filling great for groups and for people that want to getaway and meet people .has a very nice lounge area with leather couches TV and board games my room was very nice and comfortable they have a large frigid you have to share in kitchen .location is excellent 1 min walk to liquor store 3 min from gas station and 10 min walk from down town where all the restaurants and bars are I recommend uncle Jack's . The Inn is rite of exit and close to the c&o canal .wifi was good TV nice .I love this place i would recommend .will be my favorite place to stay in Cumberland as long as the price stays lower than other hotels
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location close to centre of town.
Cons: Absence of staff onsite. Apparently making up of room is not included unless specifically requested!. Although a deluxe room was booked the room allocated was definitely deluxe, when queried I was offered opportunity to vacate hotel with a full refund and go elsewhere! - in the end a 50% refund was agreed. Not very good customer service experience I'm afraid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was a very nice place for an overnight stay,
Cons: milk for coffee would have been nice, half and half was funky, lol the little ones that need no refrigeration.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A lovely old home, very comfortable, excellent staff. Close to historic attractions.

Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Gunter in Frostburg, you'll be 0.7 mi (1.1 km) from Frostburg State University and 9.7 mi (15.7 km) from Dan's Mountain State Park. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This hotel has 3 meeting rooms available for events. Free self parking is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this classic hotel. The location in the heart of downtown is perfect for enjoying Frostburg.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice people. Terrific location. The bed was comfortable and everything worked. The adjoining restaurant was great!
Cons: Carpet stains. Decor needs a complete update. But its a relatively new owner, and that's not going to happen instantly. If you are cycling the GAP trail, be aware that there is a lot of uphill involved in getting to the place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s right on Main St. so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The lobby has been beautifully restored and the beds are comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Go down into the basement for a little history.
Cons: I got a little lost walking from the parking area to the lobby.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel is right in the middle of an interesting little mountain town.
Cons: This is a pretty shabby hotel-- it is not really renovated. The bathroom door was a folding screen that didn't quite close, and the rooms made us feel like we were visiting someone's grandmother.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is a beautiful old building with a lot of history. The location could not be more perfect. I had a wonderful quiet stay and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: It was wonderful to stay in a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Frostburg however I felt it was a little overpriced considering the hotel is still undergoing some renovations.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A great historical hotel with cool features.
Cons: Well, it's an old historical hotel so the building isn't 100% level in spots but that comes with the history!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast not included. Nice, comfortable rooms.
Cons: TV didn't work so manager opened adjoining room for us to go in to watch TV. Room would have been nicer if there was some type of dresser to put out personal items.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All good! Friendly and attentive.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast menu was not family friendly. Children's menu was not designed for a child's appetite. Adult menu gave way too much food. Grits were very odd. They were mixed with something I could not identify. We waited for an hour for our food. When we ordered we were the only ones in the restaurant. The room was large and comfortable, including the cot. We were traveling with three of our grandchildren (boys - 11 and twin 8 year olds). We liked showing them the uniqueness of an older, restored hotel.
Cons: Other than the long wait at the restaurant our stay at the hotel was very nice.

Pros: Pet friendly
Cons: Renovated older hotel. Awkward parking and no elevators.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Yes. The worker at night was very rude to my mother and me. I had called months earlier making sure it was okay that we checked in around 2am. The original lady I spoke to said yes. When we got to the hotel the lady belittled us and told us we were wrong.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The concierge upgraded us at no charge when we complained about our "standard" room, which fell far short of 2/5 star standards.
Cons: WORST: Signs noting that one cereal was "Gluten Friendly" but upon requesting to see the packaging, the cereal contained wheat. BREAKFAST ATTENDANT DID NOTHING TO AMEND THE SITUATION, AND LEFT THE SIGNAGE IN PLACE! Dangerous.
6.0 Good

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great and staff was very nice and accomadating.

Motel 6 La Vale, MD is conveniently located off of I-68 East. Enjoy a trip to the Appalachian Orchard Gardens, or a round of golf at the Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club. Free Wi-Fi available in all guest rooms. Truck parking available on-site.
7.0 Good
Pros: The central location.
Cons: There were very noisey people above my room this visit. I did not get much sleep.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Good price and location
Cons: Very out dated, bed has lived its life a long time ago
4.5 Okay
Pros: Price
Cons: Smelled bad and it felt dirty. Room was better didn’t smell as bad as hallway and lobby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all this was a shoe string budget trip. From the time we walked in the office, we were treated like we were treated like V.I.P.s. Nancy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I booked three rooms and she made the process quick and painless. It is an older motel, but our rooms had been updated and the carpet had been replaced with vinyl flooring, which I really liked. It gives the room a cleaner look, because hotel carpets are usually dirty and hold smells. We had a larger refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was clean and I never ran out of hot water.
Cons: The only thing that could possibly be an issue for some is you needed to request an iron and ironing board, which wasn’t full size. Our rooms did not have a coffee maker or blow dryer. This is not a deal breaker for me as I always bring my own anyway. I would like to have had a better chair in the room. Other than what I see as minor issues, the room was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, friendly staff in a convenient shopping and restaurant area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I had to reschedule because of family emergency. However, Nancy was awesome. I emailed her the circumstances and she replied quickly. I would stay again and recommend Motel 6 without hesitation.
Cons: My last stay, I didn't like the idea of the cleaning people entering the room when I was not there. They should wait until checkout or call the room an ask if you need clean towels or anything. A guest could say items they never had were stolen. Waiting protects staff and guests. Just my thoughts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room, had everything we needed, close to everything we wanted to see, nice view, easy parking, very affordable, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nancy was great! Definitely would stop here again!
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk lady that checked me in was great. Her name was Amy, she was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very adiquate for what I needed. Close to everything.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast, only coffee
9.0 Excellent
Pros: House keeping was always willing to help and very accsesable
Cons: Only thing I would complain about is the small coffee cups for the coffee in the morning being on 3rd floor my coffee was empty before getting back to my room lol but its not a big deal. To me any way its great place with good people

Pros: My stay here was better than expected, the property is near from restaurants and other places of interest, the price was affordable and the hotel in general was pretty clean. The lady in the front desk was really nice, always had a smile for me and my family. The hotel has a partnership with the YMCA Fitness Center which is 9 minutes driving, this is a great facility with a lot of stuff to do at no additional cost, for me and my family this was a plus. I highly recomend this place.

Pros: Location
1.0 Poor
Pros: Close to the highway.
Cons: Very outdated, dirty linens, bugs.
4.0 Okay
Pros: It’s close to stores and restaurants
Cons: Very old amities. Smelly rooms (we changed to two different rooms and they were either smelled like cigarettes or sweat odor)
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location was convenient.
Cons: The breakfast was poor --- no fruit, oatmeal with nothing to put on it, limited selection of other items. The options were heavy on the carbs and slim on the taste! The mattress was not very firm. The hallways and room were rather dingy, not particularly bright/cheery.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent to the downtown area. The staff does a good job accommodating the guests. Keep up the good work!
Cons: Although the breakfast was quite good, I enjoy raisins and nuts with my oatmeal - none were available.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was located just minutes from our event.
Cons: No, it needs a little facelift but it is adequate and deserves a little better than a 6.5 rating. We travel extensively for business.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: breakfast, was there a little after seven when you started serving and eggs were cold
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff... we had an issue with our A/C and they moved us to different room in 10 mins
Cons: no longer has bar or restaurant
6.3 Good
Pros: It's in downtown Cumberland close to what action there is here
Cons: Definitely did not feel like a $160 room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: First room stank of smoke.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Hotel is very old and should not be rated at 2.5 stars. More like 1.5 stars. Breakfast was not good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: NO
6.0 Good
Pros: The front desk clerk was wonderful, she did all she could do to help us. I had forgotten my phone charger and sent one up to my room. Also she changed our room when we had a problem with it. She was great and the breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy.
Cons: We were given a room on by the side of the train tracks. They were running all night long. At midnight I asked for a room change and they put us on the other side of the hotel. Be aware of this when you book here. Ask for the side away from the trains.
5.0 Okay
Pros: People tried to be accommodating.
Cons: No Pool. :( That's the number 1 reason we chose to stay there. Traveling in hot weather, we need a pool. It was down for repairs. They said they listed that on their website. But that still says they have a pool.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a good time there, quiet, good breakfast and great deal. Swimming Pool was out of service but other than that everything was good.
