They reason i chose this hotel, because when I looking thru websites it offer a shuttle to the cruise ship, it didn’t. Outside our window was a cemetery that was obviously not kept up ( probably because it was a Black Cemetery.) Do better!
The people at the check in counters were brisk and polite but not friendly. The cleaning crews were very nice and they worked all the time.
Pros. Excellent location near the beach, restaurants and shopping

Pros. Overall very satisfied. "Oceanfront" rooms do not have a great view of the ocean, as the hotel is about a block away from the waterfront (the "strand"). The walk to the strand is very short, though, so taking an inner room was fine with me.

Cons. The only small thing is that it's hard to get into and out of the hotel parking lot due to traffic and the way the streets are arranged. Not the hotels fault, bust something to be aware of.
Pros. Room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was extremely nice. The TV/appliances in the room was well maintained and nearly new. Would use again for vacationing.
Cons. Internet wifi was worthless, I had difficulty even staying connected, even to get email I had to switch to my phones hotspot. The only other issues was that around the tub there was mold, which I thought was a bit gross. Everywhere else in the hotel room was extremely clean and well kept.

Cons. It was okay, and fairly nice. Would have given it maybe 4 stars if it hadn't had been for the leak in bathroom. We arrived and my wife had to go to the bathroom, we found out after the fact that there was crappy water dripping from the vent above the toilet onto our toilet seat as well as the floor. When I mentioned it to the front desk that it was leaking from the toilet on the third floor onto our toilet, all I got was "that is nasty sir, we will get the maintenance man to look into it". THAT'S IT!! No we're sorry would you like a complementary "something " or we'll take some off your bill or we'll refund some of your money for the inconvenience. That's a health violation and fourtantly I took some pictures
