Pros: An incredible place, almost faultless.
Pros: They have surfing instructions facility run by Tropic Surf managed by a Gentleman Ben Stokes. these guys are amazing, do come to see them for the best experience in surfing and instructions. they make surfing fun and easy. they made this a special vacation for me and my family
Cons: The service for such a beautiful facility is very poor. expect delays for any order you make whether in a restaurant or room service even for a simple Coffee!!!
Pros: A truly amazing place. Do it! You won’t regret it!
Cons: Absolutely nothing!!!
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic, also food in the evening especially the Leaf restaurant lunch good in Chill bar and Sip Sip, The staff was very kind . The water Villa was very nice . Bed was good
Cons: The Prices are High in the Maldives in general on food and Wine . Also the Spa prices were very High as well as other activities. Long waiting time in Male to get the local flight
Located in Gan, Reveries Diving Village is by the ocean, a 3-minute drive from Gan Regional Hospital and 5 minutes from Masjudhul Zikraa. Featured amenities include limo/town car service, express check-in, and express check-out. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: The staff were wonderful and did their utmost to make our stay an absolute pleasure, doing everything with a smile. The hotel, private beach and garden are kept immaculately clean. All transfers were efficiently conducted from a warm welcome to departure.
Cons: Sadly the islands isolation makes rubbish disposal a problem and away from this hotel beach litter is very prevalent although we can blame the whole world for this. Perhaps the locals don't appreciate the beauty of their island as I feel they could compact rubbish and incinerate or export for recycling. Eating in or out the hotel is not cheap, even local fruit is UK price.
Pros: Very nice stay, everything was excellent. I recommend Reveries Diving Village for everyone that want a luxury holiday on a tropical genuine island at a affordable price.
Pros: The personel is very very nice. They are doing everything to make you feel welcome. They are always happy to help and solve any request one might have. A big plus from our side and a sincere "thank you". (They also organized a very nice New Year' s Eve worh local songs and dancing.) Also they provide many activities ( kayak, SUP, diving, snorkel, fishing) and considering this is a local island and not a turistic one, that is a big plus as well, because otherwise there would be nothing to do around...
Cons: I will mention from the begining that this negative comment has nothing to do with the hotel. Just put it here so people have the complete feedback on our holiday. Although the garbage issue has been raised many times, one can not really picture the true impact unless one sees it. The island is for locals and the only activity locals have especially during holiday brake is to go picnic from one island to another leaving huge amount of garbage behind. The only clean place is Reveries, but if you stay longer than 3 - 4 days and you want to explore the island you will be very disapointed to see how a paradise on earth is destroyed by people. Lots and lots of plastic bottles and garbage left behind on every single beach....Was it worth it? The people from the Reveries made it worth it. And the fact that we stayed only 4 days and we did lots of activities. Otherwise, it is trully overrated until the people will understand the beauty they 'sit on' and will respect it as such. Ps: there are no other shops, restaurants, bars or whatever you may expect. Just the very small, basic local ones. At the pharmacy we could not even find mosquito repelent...
Pros: Great staff that were smiling from start to finish. Good sized breakfast. Picnic island trip to deserted island was amazing. Had a umbrella and chairs with lunch and amazing breach to ourselves along with great reef to snorkel. Private beach is right outside the door. Staff can book flights for you at cheaper prices that found on the Maldivian website.
Cons: Nothing really!
Pros: My wife and I spent 7 nights here, and loved every moment. It was hard to leave! The staff are outstanding. Very friendly and helpful without being over the top. The hotel is very quiet but it feels good to be a part of the village. It is unpretentious- unlike many resorts. The rooms are spacious and clean. The rain shower is large and powerful. We loved the restaurant. The Maldivian breakfast is highly recommended! The diving centre attached to the hotel is excellent. I did my open water PADI here. The guys are great. Very professional, but fun too. We saw dolphins and went sunset fishing. Simply wonderful.
Pros: first of all, not very one can discover this amazing place, because it is far away from Male, but it will abslute value for your money and time. secondly, the staff are very friendly and sincerity. the restaurant is cozy. they do their best to make the delicious food which they can cook. honestly, the staff are very impressive me. thirdly, this island deseverd you and your family or friends to explore. except beautiful beach and sea water, this island has the primitive cluture and humanities of Maldives.
Cons: hardware facilities are not very modern
