Cons:
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told that they had no vehicles available it would be at least two days before they had any. They blamed it on a glitch in their computer system and that they had had this problem before. It seems to me that’s a pretty massive problem they should work out, because I created a major disruption in my schedule and my plans, and Enterprise did nothing but say “sorry, try somewhere else.”10.0 Wonderful

The process for both pick-up and drop-off were super quick and easy, despite obvious limitations with covid.Cons:
They left me in the dark about my refund for my deposit for using a debit card at pick-up. Still unsure if and when I’ll be receiving it back.10.0 Wonderful

The staff there were super friendly and accommodating. The representative I dealt with, Cora, was brand new to the job but handled the whole transaction seamlessly. The return was super easy as well. They even upgraded my vehicle, for no extra charge. I would definitely rent again.Easirent

Car had handling problems that made it hard to keep car on road evenly. Also we brought car back with way more gas than we left with and there was no recourse for a refund.2.0 Poor

Cons:
The staff was completely rude and unprofessional. The car was filthy-there were even used tissues in the glove box!! We switched out one car for another and it was even more disgusting inside. Also, they made us pay to fill up the tank twice even though they gave it to us with way less than a full tank both times! I will never EVER rent a car through Hertz again.Budget
