When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was told that they had no vehicles available it would be at least two days before they had any. They blamed it on a glitch in their computer system and that they had had this problem before. It seems to me that’s a pretty massive problem they should work out, because I created a major disruption in my schedule and my plans, and Enterprise did nothing but say “sorry, try somewhere else.”10.0 Wonderful

The staff was completely rude and unprofessional. The car was filthy-there were even used tissues in the glove box!! We switched out one car for another and it was even more disgusting inside. Also, they made us pay to fill up the tank twice even though they gave it to us with way less than a full tank both times! I will never EVER rent a car through Hertz again.Budget
