Lack of elevators. Not convenient parking. Unclean hallways.
Comfy bed and clean
stairs and more stairs
Next to a lot of restaurants
It was hard to find! The free parking is 3 blocks away! There is no handicap accepted! :( Only stairs
Location was very convenient with multiple restaurants walking distance away.
No elevator. Air conditioner did not work very well.

Very nice rooms and bed. Location was good too. but see notes on what I did not like.
Hotel is above Jax Bar and Grill, You have to walk up about 30 steps to get to the lobby. I asked where to park and they gave me a pass to park in the B of A lot in back of the hotel, which meant up and down the stairs. Good that parking was free but I ha

The location is great. Plenty of food choices on the street. Commute is quite easy.
This is a beautiful historical building. The room is relatively small and full size of beds only. There is very little counter space in the bathroom.
We went on a mini vacation and when we checked in we had just 1 queen bed for myself, husband , and two kids. I asked to get a room with 2 beds and was accommodated but had to pay $50 extra a night, so $150 more than expected for 2 double beds.
nice room overall
no elevator. no parking for my van. I had to pay on street
room was nice. lots of tv premium channels
no elevator. 3rd floor room. no parking for my van. Had to park on street and pay.
Very good hotel room - quality bed and furniture - spotlessly clean - nice bathroom with quality shampoo and soap. Included typical mini coffee machine and Wolfgang Puck Coffee which I did not use. Breakfast cafes on street outside. Ample parking in rear
Central city location in clean business district. Drawback in hotel is located on second floor above a business. Front stairs is a little steep and there is NO ELEVATOR. Back stairs entry from parking is even worse - told me they plan to add elevator!
Clean rooms and high beds. Quiet.
Practically no lobby. Stairs! Wow. Never would have expected those stairs. A/C not powerful enough.
location was excellent .. staff very friendly
listing said it had a business centre but apparently after renovation it no longer does
Location was good for our needs.
The 52 stairs up to my room.
Location to central Glendale CA was excellent, close to many restaurants and shopping. Free hotel parking.
No elevator, required 32 stairs up to hotel from street. Located over a club that had loud live music in the evenings. Old shower was not very clean. Sound control and isolation poor, most sounds carried between rooms including the sound of bath exhaust
the room is very clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Great location.
the smell of bed sheet was strong. But I got use to it on the second night.
The hotel was in a area close to everything needed
lots of stairs and no elevator so not easy to take luggage to room
This is NOT a family friendly hotel. You have to take a steep flight of stairs to get to the hotel - there is no elevator. Do NOT pick this hotel if you are travelling with elderly folks, infants or with lots of luggage. Parking is also a pain.
The bed was super comfortable, linens were great
Lots of stairs, we had a lot of luggage
I loved the location. It was in a nice neighborhood, surrounded by amazing restaurants. If you walked down a little further there was a beautiful park with a fountain and a great movie theater. It was magical stumbling upon it at night.
Minor, but the bathroom was small.
clean. close to everything
There is no elevator. There is one bed the rooms
I booked room for two adults/two children. I confirmed my room would have two beds. However, I was later notified that my room with two beds would only be available for only part of my stay. Our family of 4 would have to share one bed for the remainder.
not handicap accessible at all. A very long staircase to get to front desk. And dangerous steps from the parking garage. In the 4 nights we were there, the room was never vacuumed.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
It is in a bad location. You have to park across from an alley next to the hotel. Then you have to carry your own luggage up 2 flights of steep stairs. It is definitely not handicapped accessible. The shower is very small, as is the bathroom.
Character, Charm, History, Location, staff very friendly, helpful
no elevators; staff did help with luggage.
The styles in the room, the entrance, the decor, the corridor, the ac very good, the restroom clean and very nice.
The bed to high.
This quaint hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. It has been renovated but still retains the old charm. Small rooms but nicely appointed.
There is no lobby. You enter a single door from the street and are greeted with a steep set of stairs. No elevator. It is an older building but the interior has been renovated.
Great location near lots of eating places all within a two block radius of the hotel.
A really old hotel with accessibility problems - no elevator and very steep stairs. Not recommended for disabled or seniors. If we had heavy suitcases, we would never have made it up the stairs. Room was small but comfortable. Very noisy on Friday nite.
Probably very best mattress I've ever head and I travel dozens of time each year, often staying in 4 to 5 star hotels. Location was good, but poor signage made it hard to see. Free wi-fi worked very well. Free parking. Lots of restaurants on same block.
No elevator! Staff will help tote luggage to and from car but you have to walk up one very, very steep flight of stairs to even get to the lobby. Parking is through dark alley, then walk up un-lit flight of un-lit stairs to un-lit lot. Tiny room.
