The rooms, the food, the sourrounding. The red win which is supplied in the hotelrrooms is pretty awful. They have a good selection in the restaurant though.
nicely located, clean, good service Laut! Too much noise from the other balconies late in the night
very freindly. first class service halfboard only offered 3 course menu for 29€. would be better as buffet
staff efficent and friendly very poor air con. Beds were small. Not five star rooms
The atmosphere in the hotel is of high standards. The countryside is delightful with the many castles and cosy villages around the many lakes of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Biking, playing golf, horseriding, visiting the castle of Schwerin is a pleasure. It is a pity that this 5* castle-like resort does not attract enough international visitors - all German. :-)
Ok hotel, mostly forngolf players, nice surroundings, however their own spa is nothingnspecial, we went to the spa center in the village, which was great. Unless younplay golf, this is not the cheapest option for this money.
Large modern room, well eqipped. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Heated swimming pool all for ourselves, good selection of bikes. No tea/coffee making facility in room. tv programs not as indicated in description, no beautician available on either day of stay.
There was no internet access in the hotel, which is quite amacing! No air condition on the rooms. The swiming pool was free to use in morning , but we had to pay for the use of it in the evening
The time willingly given by staff to explain regional menu/customs.
Web description of the rooms do not reflect the reality. The "standard" double-bed room is relatively poorly equipped. The services were not what was expected. Be d day careful with the cancellation policy. After having cancelled our second day at our arrival (at around 4 p.m.), 80% of the secon night had to be paid. to conclude, an advice: avoid this hotel.
