the location was excellent. the hotel was beautiful. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. the bathroom was luxurious. The staff was not very friendly.

Beautiful rooms

Huge room, super comfortable bed, 5 min walk to tram stop and -10min journey to Guggenheim

The staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. An article of clothing was left behind and we contacted the hotel an hour after check out with the specific location of the garment, and they were not able to recover it. (No lost and found ect.)

Large, comfortable room. Great variety of food at breakfast. Handy for motorway and old part of city. Parking available under the hotel.

Facilities as they stand we're terrific. Clean, contemporary. Business luxury. Staff– a bit disorganized and not super helpful. Individually, they were polite and kind. But I expected more from a 4* hotel. Looked at me like I had three heads every time I asked for a restaurant number or a taxi. Their answer to everything was giving me a map. LOCATION. This is BARELY in Bilbao in my opinion. The hotel is literally located on the exit ramp leaving the city. It barely fit on the map of center city. If you're going for business, it's perfect. But if you plan on exploring the city, get ready to walk, take trains, take buses, etc. I would highly recommend that tourists DO NOT stay in this hotel. It's at least a 45 minute walk from the Guggenheim & most of the tourist attractions. It is KIND OF close to the Old Part, but still a 15 minute walk.

The room was very big and clean, the big shower was fantastic I would like to have the same in my house. We could sleep well even if all the city was celebrating a festival. Last but not least the parking was really huge for our van Everything was fantastic

The breakfast is great and even it is relatively far from the city center, it is very easy to reach public transportation from it. No charges is invoiced in case of no-show when you book with "free cancelation" condition.

The location was brilliant. Food really good. When our TV wasn't working, prompt service. When it still didn't work, they swaps rooms for us. Excellent. One of the waiters was a bit unattentive. Rest of staff were excellent.

The hotel was well-located (10 min walk to the Guggenheim and short walk to metro). The suite was large (we were four people) and comfortable. We were very happy with the room. Reception was friendly and helpful. We had requested a baby cot at the time of booking and it wasn't there when we arrived. However, reception was very helpful and provided one after we asked. Getting into the parking garage was a little scary!

We enjoy the fact that the Hotel was so close to downtown Bilbao and close to so many atractions. The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke many laguages ( Spanish, French, english etc.)

Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Also very quiet. I had a really enjoyable stay there.

High tech design and decor + close to Guggenheim and casco viejo Should have had free internet access not just WiFi for those with laptops

The room is luxurious The food is awful - pretentious, way overpriced, duck was undercooked and rice dish was swimming in chicken fat; there was nothing extra on the "main dish" plate except one item - duck for the duck plate, rice for the rice plate. Stay out of the restaurant!!!

Good hotel in excellent location

Rooms are big, with big nice bathrooms. Very comfortable! There is WIFI available at the rooms but you have to pay per hour or day. I would prefer it to be included in the price, even if it is a little more expensive
