Pros. Nothing!
Cons. I booked it being a dollar cheaper than the next place up the street. When I arrived to check in, the price was different than listed online. It was a fight to get it at the price listed, and I tried to cancel but was still going to be charged. This was all before seeing the clientele was full of druggies and hookers. I didn't sleep a wink as I stared out the window at my truck all night to make sure no tools went missing.

Cons. we left as soon as we got there. The room was filthy and smelled like marijuana, none of the appliances worked. We couldn't bring ourselves to stay there with our 11month old.
