Cons: Pot pourri on bed, over use of air freshener, poor value for money compared with other hotels on trip

Pros: Everything!. Marvellous views. Staff really polite. Beds very confortable and cleaness
Pros: The views. The location. It’s fairly close to the most popular ski stations
Cons: They had two individual beds put together, instead of a long or queen size bed. It makes sleeping a little uncomfortable for a couple.
Pros: The staff, the hotel location, the hotel itself was beyond amazing I would come back here every time I can
Pros: the location was very calm and the view is great, the staff was good to us, the food was really good and affortable, the only thing was to get to the ski places you need to get a cab and it costs 20 euros each way.
Pros: The views were amazing
Cons: You don't have room service. You can't eat in the terrace of your room.
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room and facilities.
Cons: Bear in mind that if you do not have a car, then accessing the hotel from the pueblo of Navacerrada involves going up a steep hill for approx. 10 mins and then navigating a couple somewhat hard to navigate dirt tracks. Doing so with luggage is not super easy. Other than that a great hotel.
Pros: Location was fantastic, great views to the Navacerrada dam, comfortable room, short walk to town center and dam, good breakfast and dinner. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing I can think of, our experience in general was very god

Pros: Second time here and even though I don't speak Spanish and satff have very little English everything was easy and so friendly.
Pros: It was a lovely place above a café, clean, spacious with newly furbished rooms. Very peaceful.
Cons: It was a bit of a walk from the town centre, but right by the train station and bus stop. It was also on the Camino for crossing the Guadarrama.
Pros: Big, comfortable room. Heating worked great. Very nice views of the mountains.
Cons: The walls are very thin so you hear everything. No hairdryer in the room.
Pros: The hostel was perfect for a short stay for a little outdoor adventure. About a 20 second walk to the train station up into the mountains! The room and bathroom were comfy and clean!
Cons: Not any vegan/vegetarian options nearby.
Pros: Very nice, cosy room with a waredrobe kind of 'little Narnia adventure'...
Cons: No breakfast possible. Pity.
Pros: The staff were helpful and kind, breakfast in the bar downstairs - Iberico ham and tomato toast, yummy! - and the location, really close to the train station. Good size room and bed, comfortable and warm.
Cons: A bit too noisy in the room that we got and the bathroom door was seethrough glass, not very good for privacy.
Pros: Location, parking on site, warm, clean and comfortable
Cons: Room at top and not made for tall people
Pros: So very clean, excellent rooms on 3rd floor, perfect location next to train station, short walk to town.
Pros: Great heating, it was a very cold and windy day with hail styles and snow. We were walking all day so just wanted to get dry and warm. Could get all our clothes dry in an hour! Nice room big enough and quiet. 1min firm rail station.
Cons: No food at the bar, shared bathroom but super clean. Right at the other end of town.
Pros: The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful, location was great as its so close to town center and trekking roads, immaculately clean and very confy/cozy
Cons: Everything was just perfect, couldnt ask for more!!
Located in Alpedrete, OYO Hostal Rural El Caño is within a 15-minute drive of Monumento al Cantero and Canto del Peso. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: The hostel has got a friendly atmosphere and the host is really friendly. Also the accomodation is really central. All in all a hostel I would recommend.
Cons: WIFi connection did not work and breakfast was not included.
Pros: The location of the property was really good and easy enough to find. It's very close to the centre of a pretty and pleasant town with plenty of shops, bars and places to eat. The staff we met were really helpful and obliging and the breakfast was quite decent as well. The hostel/hotel is located directly above a bar so very handy for a drink. There is reasonably 'secure' bike parking for a few euros a very short walk down the road as well.
Cons: Just a couple of minor points to mention. 1. The property is located on a main road and unfortunately the bins (directly opposite) were emptied the morning we were there - it's worth being aware of this as it is quite noisy, additionally there was a fair amount of traffic noise on the road outside until quite late - although to be fair that is outside the control of the hotel. 2. The room itself (which was fine) was fairly noisy with noise seemingly from other guests romantic exertions and finally for the benefit of motorcyclists 3. Although there was 'secure' parking for our motorbike it wasn't the most secure, in so much as the bike remained visible from the street and could have been removed despite there being entry/exit barriers for cars - BUT it did seem a reasonable area and the car park is covered by video cameras and we had no problems at all.
Pros: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location and value for money.
Cons: WiFi was very weak
Pros: Clean hotel
Cons: As it is a hostal it did not offer breakfast
Cons: there was no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases but just one floor gladly
El Colorín is in Los Molinos, 20 minutes’ drive from San Lorenzo de El Escorial Monastery and Valle de los Caídos. The hotel’s rustic-style rooms feature free WiFi and satellite TV. Each one has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some offer great views. Located in the covered courtyard, El Colorín’s charming restaurant serves a range of local food. There is also a bar and a drinks machine on site. Navacerrada and Valdesquí Ski Resorts are within just 15 minutes’ drive of El Colorín, and ski storage is available on site. Central Madrid is 45 minutes’ drive away, and you can drive to Barajas Airport in around 50 minutes.
Pros: Room was very clean, towels were white and new, bathroom is very spacious and clean.
Cons: We lived in the upper floor with inclined roof, room seems big but due to the roof there is not enough space for 3 people.
Pros: The staff, the location
Pros: The room and bathrooms were sharp clean.
Cons: Room reserved smell at smoke, although property was meant to be smoking free. Some people smoke at rooms, for sure. Room was changed at checkin but instead of double bed plus single bed room, the new was a triple single room at last floor. Felt like a downgrade...
Pros: Clean beautiful bathroom. Great countryside all around.
Cons: Food average
Pros: The location was quaint, the staff were very accommodating, Javier was excellent - thank you. As a regular business traveller I find it difficult to sleep well in a 'new' bed, however, the bed was awesome!!!
Cons: The wifi could have been better, the neighbouring bar was very noisy.
Pros: Basic clean room, very good shower, ideal for overnight stay, suited us for the price. Friendly helpful staff, not much English spoken but then it is Spain and I don't speak a lot of Spanish, you get by. Menu del dia good value.
Pros: It had all we needed and stuff was fine.
Cons: Everything was OK and as expected.
With a stay at Hotel Rural Spa Hacienda Los Robles in Navacerrada, you'll be in a national park, within a 10-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and De Pino a Pino Navacerrada. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Welness/Spa is poorly equiped and expensive. Missing refreshments (tea), 69C sauna with allowed swimsuits as bedsheets were missing, not so warm pool with some spa functions. Dissapointment as we wanted to enjoy wellness at Madrid countryside and this hotel looked as the best one in area.
Pros: Quiet location not much noise in the hotel and the rooms were very clean.
Cons: Nothing special and we paid 170 for the room. Expensive for what it is.
With a stay at Hostal La Maya in Cercedilla, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and Church of San Sebastian. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
Pros: The restaurant. Helpful cleaning staff. Rooms nice and dark when you close the shutters.
Cons: Breakfast availability.
Pros: Great location in town. Friendly and helpful staff Very clean room with balcony and good view. Good bar and restaurant on premises.A very enjoyable stay.
Pros: Beautiful location with a balcony overlooking the town and the mountains. Restaurant downstairs. Gorgeous.
Pros: Very central location, everything you need for a confortable stay. Homely and quaint
Cons: village concerts are held across the street ocasionally. We were unfortunate that it coincided with our stay but the owners daughter refunded our money and apologised profusely
Pros: Very comfy beds, very clean and in the centre of the town. The rooms were nice and warm. The restaurant terrace downstairs is very nice and served great pinchos with our drinks.
Pros: Good heating.
Cons: Room booked was not as described. I had chosen this hotel as it had a bath but on arrival, this was not the case. Very noisy room - woken several times by people outside and early rubbish collection.
Pros: Good location, good Room, Full size bath tub.
Pros: Location is very good and the room was very clean.
Cons: The bed might be too small for two.
Pros: Very clean and rooms comfortable
Cons: No response to emails sent regarding arrival time. Checkin reminiscent of Fawlty Towers. Breakfast not available which is not a problem except we had a 31 km walk over mountains the next day and we’re told cafes would be open from 0530. There was NOTHING open except for one coffee shop which sold croissants. Again not a problem had we been told be we were left in a potentially difficult situation purely because of incorrect advice.
Pros: Location Room was big enough and with balcony Courtesy
Pros: Excellent accommodation, very clean, very comfortable, very friendly staff, lovely shower, great location. I was in Cercedilla for 3 days for hiking and it was great to come back to the Hostal restaurant and have some amazing food and excellent wine. It’s close to a stroll through the village. But if you want to start your day early you have to walk a few yards to the only cafe that opens at 7.30 to have coffee and breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Maya.
With a stay at Hotel Rural Las Postas in Navacerrada, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort and De Pino a Pino Navacerrada. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: staff very helpful and friendly
Pros: Staff is super nice and attentive
Cons: Rooms could be updated
Cons: The room was very cold.
Pros: Very friendly and attentive staff. Good restaurant. Room was comfortable and warm.Plenty of space.
Cons: We had a bit of trouble finding it, but staff were very helpful when we phoned them to say we were lost.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, quiet peaceful surroundings, a short walk (10m) to shops and restaurants. Very good value for money.
Cons: The window didn't open very far which might affect the air circulation in the room: it was a little bit hot. Then again, it was the middle of August so maybe that's a better explanation. The fans in the room work well and keep the room fresh.
With a stay at Habitaciones Premium Finca La Casona in El Espinar, you'll be 15.8 mi (25.4 km) from Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial and 13.7 mi (22 km) from Valley of the Fallen. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: I liked the location. If you fly into Madrid (landing 2100-2200) and want to head north west, it is a great spot for spending the night, arriving like 2300 and having a good nights rest before continuing your journey the day after. Rooms spacious, free parking, very decent breakfast for eur 6,00.
Cons: Some issue with the hot water when shovering abt 0830, but a few big groups were also in. At 0945 there was plenty. No real food option at +/- 2300 unless you sautered into the village (15 min walk).
Pros: Comfortable bed. Very simple room. Clean and comfortable. Grounds are being worked on so it was noisy when I stayed but I imagine it would be a tranquil spot, well off the main road, when work finishes. Basic Spanish breakfast.
Pros: Quiet location, pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast buffet.
Cons: No elevator and room on second floor. Bed was very hard. Restaurant had no choice whatsoever. Dinner was a cream of vegetable soup, fried meluza served with a very basic salad. Several choices for dessert. If you did not eat fish there was no alternative.
Pros: The room was clean and modern. The hotel had a restaurant on site.
Cons: The restaurant was crowded and very noisy and it was more like a holiday camp atmosphere.
Pros: The hotel has a nice and isolated location - the area is a bit out of the city which gives you nice views, calm surroundings. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but not very rich. It is nice place to come for a longer stay.
Cons: Breakfast was ok, but for coffee and other hot drinks you should always ask staff (?). I do not get why. English is a challenge in the hotel.
Pros: Clean rooms
Cons: Swimming pool full of green water. Need a car if staying here
Pros: good value for money and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Cons: room was dated and information was not clear about pool being closed. staff did not explain about any of the facilities that the hotel offered that I read about. facilities in room are basic.

Pros: Close to motorway, large room. Great breakfast
Pros: The included breakfast was excellent not only buffet but menu of bacon, eggs etc etc to order all included. Evening meal excellent too
Cons: The bed was rather firm but my preference would be memory foam
Cons: Dank, dark, dirty, over priced hotel Old nasty bead spreads and furniture
Pros: The room was a good size and comfortable Gardens were good And the parking exerlent
Cons: Spotlessly clean
Pros: Good location just off motorway and near petrol station. Good parking too
Cons: The main restaurant was closed but the alternative cafe was excellent
Pros: Nice and spacious rooms, free parking on the spot, kind and professional staff. Nice view over the mountains and village, if you are given a room on the backside.
Cons: Rooms are a bit dated, they would need a refurbish. Absence of complimentary tea, coffee and water, something a 4 star hotel should offer. Location is practical if you have a car, otherwise the hotel is quite far from town.
Pros: Nice view Courteous staff
Cons: Twin beds No books or games available in the lounge... Location
Pros: Welcoming, nice staff
Pros: receptionists were very polite
Cons: it was very dirty dust everywhere all on the corners and they had cigarettes marks on the blanket. shelter quality but hotel money.. i paid €79 for a night on the weekend and i think it was to much for that place
Pros: Nice clean hotel. Secure parking for motorcycles
Cons: Air con didn't work well, restaurant seemed closed, or at least not active at all.

This hotel has facilities measuring 3229 square feet (300 square meters), including a meeting room. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Cons: No aircon even though website says there was. Extremely noisy at night as there were schoolchildren staying on every floor. They were running up and down the halls shouting and banging doors until after midnight even after reporting to reception several times. Woke our 2 year old a number of times. Staff didn't speak English very well.
Pros: convenient location. Staff
Cons: the bed was way too old
Pros: Placed in a double which linked via internal door to anotroom and was woken at 12.15 by two lively Irish lads coming back from a night out. Not their fault totally hotels. They moved next night to an inferior room than what we paid for but by then had lost the will. Note no tea or coffees making facilities in the rooms. Buffett breakfast awful. Give it a miss.
Cons: See above.
Pros: Good coffee, plenty of food options walking around, nice location.
Pros: Nice location and the breakfast was fine. The room was clean.
Cons: The furniture is old, although comfortable.
Cons: No refrigerater
Pros: everything ok
Pros: The room and bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good location from the town and only 15min walk to the train station.
Cons: Very noisy overnight with children shouting, talking and running up and down the corridors until about 1am. It would be better if other guests were placed away from school groups as my friends at the other side of the hotel did not have the noise. Plenty of breakfast but the coffee unfortunately tasted like instant coffee.
