Pros. We will definitely stay here again. Comfortable and reasonable hotel with a great includes breakfast buffet, nice pool and hot tub, and very good service.
Cons. The heater in our room didn’t seem to be working right but when we mentioned it to the front desk they sent someone down right away
Pros. I like that the hotel is animal friendly
Cons. There could have been a air filteration system in the bathroom. While taking showers the bathroom steamed up quite considerably.
Pros. When we go to Halifax it is the place we love to stay, it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, we love swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub, it's great to have breakfast and parking included. The location is great, centrally located. We recommended it to my brother and it is now their go to place in Halifax
Pros. This hotel is ideally located. Easy to drive into downtown or the water front. Also, just a short drive to explore the small coastal towns. Decent breakfast as well as a nice restaurant for dinner. Service and staff are excellent. Front desk associate, Matthew, was wonderful. He spent over an hour on the phone to straighten out an error by our booking company that nearly left us without a room. He even got them to give us a refund. Such a pleasure to receive such superior service!
Cons. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic a busier times.
