Pros (+) We needed special services because we were using an oxygen concentrator and had other handicapped needs. The room we had was perfect for us. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the breakfasts with a wide window of time in which to eat and 24 hour access to coffee, water and juices. I thought it was a great idea to have USA Today newspapers available in the lounge rather than placed...
Cons (-) It was often very chilly in the lounge and breakfast area. The air conditioning was turned up way too high. Maybe because the area isn't used to temperatures in the 80°F range or maybe because we were from Arizona and are used to warmer temperatures. Whatever the reason, we found ourselves going to the room and keeping the air conditioning off there.
