Great day but pool closed at 7:00--No lifeguard--Many disappointed children. Billed as Breakfast included but Choice #1 was egg,coffee,toast. Bacon $2.75 extra. Choice #2 Waffle,coffee-received 1/2 of Waffle.Choice #3 ??. Hotel had only one person serving which made a bad situation worse. Took 1-1/2 hr. For bad choices. Should not be advertised as Breakfast.

We needed special services because we were using an oxygen concentrator and had other handicapped needs. The room we had was perfect for us. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We loved the breakfasts with a wide window of time in which to eat and 24 hour access to coffee, water and juices. I thought it was a great idea to have USA Today newspapers available in the lounge rather than placed at each door. That's a waste of paper. I would stay here again in a New York minute and highly recommend it.

It was often very chilly in the lounge and breakfast area. The air conditioning was turned up way too high. Maybe because the area isn't used to temperatures in the 80°F range or maybe because we were from Arizona and are used to warmer temperatures. Whatever the reason, we found ourselves going to the room and keeping the air conditioning off there.

This hotel has a convenient location for getting to a variety of local attractions. Upon arrival we found a tobacco smoke smell in the bathroom which Steph addressed promptly. The Sunday breakfast attendant was very good.

The beds are a bit soft and the pool is not very inviting, Additional handicapped parking spaces at the rear entrance would be helpful for those with ambulatory issues.

The complimentary breakfast was terrible! You could break a tooth on how hard the eggs were!! Sausage was boiled and gross. Even the waffle and pancake makers didn't work right. Definitely go out for breakfast!

This is my worst experience with best western so far. There was water running through a hole in the ceiling in the hallway. I asked for a room with king size bed and was told there was none available. The queen size bed room we got had an unmade bed. I had to ask for another room. Turns out, there was one with a king size bed. The bed was clean. Every other piece of furniture in the room was worn out and plain dirty. Same about the shower. No window in the room. Do not stay at this hotel. Although it says best western, it can be more accurately described as a motel. The room for one night cost me $200! And I got this...

This particular location does not have any signage on their building, only on the driveway that is shared with other buildings, so it was difficult to know for sure I was in the right place. Also, the heavy curtains didn't close, so there was no blocking sun or ensuring there were no prying eyes.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast provided was fresh and had a great variety.

The mattress was WAY too firm for my liking.

At first glance, Adam's Mark has a pretty entrance complete with a fountain and colorfully lit interior. Parking, while not included, is $10 per night. It is located within walking distance to the metro Church street station.

The actual hotel rooms are dimly lit and shows sign of age. The bathroom light flickered intermittently. Worst of all was being awoken at 2am by an antiquated PA system due to "unexplained technical difficulties". The night staff was unprepared to handle the situation as guests wandered aimlessly outside. The morning staff adamantly refused to compensate us for the inconvenience and only begrudgingly offered to waive the parking fee for the night. Not worth the cost and headache.

The hotel was a great place to stay as family & friends gathered for a wedding. The staff was so accommodating & friendly. We liked that it was easy walking distance to restaurants & local downtown shopping yet in a quiet neighborhood. We plan to return.

The bathroom was very nice and large but lacked a bathroom fan so I had to wait for the mirror to un-fog before I could get ready.

The bed was soooo comfortable. Was in town for a concert and after walking back to the hotel it was so awesome to just be able to crash in that bed, turn the tv on and fall right to sleep. Lotta great bars in the area for food. Wanna watch the bills game go to Bada Bing. Good food, cute waitresses, 1 block away, get there early it gets crazy. Anchor bar is very close also, worth the trip.

Pay $20 per night for self parking across the street.

everything except the annoying rattling in the walls

we stayed in 2 rooms. Both had constant rattling inside the walls. Originally I thought is was small animal but found out later, on windy days, the wind finds its way in the side walls. The sound must be the wires. It was so bad we all bought earplugs for the 2nd (last) night. I informed the front desk when I checked out. They are well aware of the problem. I guess it's a common complaint but nothing they can do about it.

The bed was very comfortable, the rooms spacious and clean, excellent breakfast and evening happy hour. Very nice pool/spa area and the fitness center actually had a decent selection of weights and cardio

I liked how seemingly clean my room was.

I didn't appreciate that during the middle my check-in the front desk woman took a random phone call about "potential cancellation" . The call took awhile and she didn't even apologize for the wait. Plus she said my card would be "on file" IN CASE of incidentals...she didn't inform me that she was swiping my card for $75 !!!!! plus another charge for 15. When I called they said it will take at least 3 days to credit my account. I like transparency when I lodge.

The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to downtown. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

Parking is limited due to its location. It's all paid parking or street parking unless you want to pay for valet parking through the hotel.

Parking is by valet at extra cost. I called in the morning, as instructed, to ask for my car. They told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we came down to the lobby, they had forgotten to get the car and apologized. Then next morning, I called down again for the car and it still seemed that they hadn't retrieved it when we arrived the lobby. On another note, I told them that the shower light bulb needed replacement and requested firm pillows since the down pillows flatten into a pancake. The bulb was not changed and firm pillows never delivered.

This Hampton Inn is right in the center of Downtown Buffalo with great bars, restaurants and sights within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the rates were generally affordable.

No big deal, but there was no mini fridge in the room, so we could not preserve leftover food or keep drinks cold.

Very easy check in/ check out, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Nice pool and hot tub area.

My toilet was clogged with the previous guests waste. The silverware was obviously dirty. The towels looked used and re-folded. The vexing came off the mattress. As I came down for the free breakfast, I saw a guest spit out the eggs. I looked at the low quality food, opened up the pot lid for the oatmeal and saw the ladel filled with a runny mucous like liquid. I closed it and chose to go to breakfast someplace else. I will NEVER recommend or stay at this property again. I will be contacting Marriott's CEO and will send him a letter return receipt requested.

My room had a recent mini upgrade (new bath tile). Bed was good.

Overall facility is straight out of the 80's. Overall needs and upgrade, but caters to the Niagara Falls bound crowd, so probably fine for most. At $105/night I guess I can't complain.

The staff were very responsive and I appreciated their level of care for me and my family.

The only thing I did not like was that the air conditioner broke in my room. We were moved immediately and placed in an equally nice room though.

The front desk staff and management were friendly and eager to help any way possible. Dinning room staff was friendly and had breakfast and evening light dinner on time and of reasonably good quality. Housekeeping was very good and always tried to accomodate us with service at our convenience. Facilite is well maintained and includes an indoor pool, fitness/workout room with good equipment and conveniently located computer room for guest use. The only minor change we didn't care for was elimination of in room TV movie purchases---although they do have free DVD movies available at the front desk.

The rate was rather high, but it specified 2 bedrooms in the suite whereas the other listings did not.

Hilton Garden Inns always meet expectations; clean, good restaurants, everything you need when traveling. We always try to stay at Hiltons if possible.

Everything. Great price, great food, great room and comfortable, relaxing, excellent pool and spa. I would reccommend and i would stay there again. Even though we did not need the airport; it is right across the street, but you would not know it.

The fixtures and fittings in the room were poor and in need of repair. The "continental" breakfast was also lacking.

The Inn was so easy to get to. I called from the airport and within minutes, I was picked up by the shuttle. Every employee was friendly and helpful.

The room was in horrible condition; it's old with worn out furniture, terrible bathroom with threadworn towels, stained or soiled carpets, lumpy small bed pillows, and the bed smelled stale.

Pool and amenities were nice. Room was cleaned daily. A crib was provided for our young child.

The bathtub didn't drain water fast enough. The tub would fill while one was showering. I didn't like thinking about what was clogging it and thus what I was standing in. I chose not to give our baby a bath but instead held him up in the shower.
