Pros (+) The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It is the only hotel close to my family.
Cons (-) Pool was broken/closed which was something we were counting on for the kids. They missed a day of cleaning our room. The fitness center machines didn't all work and couldn't get the TV working. Room was ok. Overall, place could have been cleaner. My family has been staying here for years and it just seems to have been going slowly downhill.

Cons (-) Air Conditioner wasn't great. Breakfast didn't look worth eating and wasn't fully stocked at 6:30 when we were leaving so we skipped it.
