Pros: Good location. we could reached Royal City easily where we have business thing to do. It was also near Nga Tu So. Staff also booked all the trips for us. We were able to leave the backbacks at the hotel when we were on trips. Good laundry service . A lot of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Pros: This place was lovely! Nice and clean but perfect for our stay. Great location near everything that there is to see in Hanoi. We did it all by walking as well, but we like to walk! They also helped us book our Halong Bay trip (Alova Premium Cruise, used them twice now, both times amazing!) The rooms are nice, space is well used, clean bathrooms, beds are comfy, air con works well and some free amenities which is a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. Most of them have a smile on their face I would definitely recommend this place! We returned to stay after our Halong bay trip!

Arriving late in the evening, after a long flight, it was a pleasure to be greeted with such smiles and shown to our very comfortable room. Thank You Mr.Hai for help us book a package tour to Halong bay and sapa fantastic. The location of this hotel was good near Royal City, have alot restauran outside hotel area on and we really felt in the heart of the old town, yet you couldn’t hear a sound from our room. Thank you to the whole team for starting off our holiday so positively.

Pros: When we have just arrived, we tended to buy some snacks and drinks but everything has been prepared in room. Which is very nice. Also love the bathroom with nice facilities and lightning.The bed is comfying and love the well designed room in overall.

Pros: There are many fascinating things to talk about this hotel. Firstly the room is perfectly clean, all things in the room are clean and nicely arranged. You will not get any cheaper 3 star hotel with this quality. The location is good. Good here means is good for trying the local food, cheap and clean food. If you choose to stay in the city center which I did when I arrived at Ha Noi in the first 2 days and booked a hotel in Pho Co area. Nearby this Mely hotel, you will find many things that you will need for your stay within a few minutes walk: convenient stores, hair salon, laundry, banks... and of course the price is cheap, really cheap. However it is far away from the city center but I already compared that if you are going to visit the famous places in Ha Noi, just rent a private car for 1-2 days, the price is cheap and you will not have to suffer from the super hot weather in Ha Noi this season (40 degrees at noon). The staffs of Mely Hotel are awesome. They are really helpful and friendly. You can ask them anything if necessary, booking airport pickup, see off (same price or even cheaper if you book outside), tours information... I would like to say 3 thousand thanks to the staff named Ánh. She is super pretty and helpful. It was my first time going to Ha Noi and there were many questions in my mind. She helped me so much on looking for information, transportation and even arranged a wonderful massage session with staffs from a spa nearby. If I have chance to go back to Ha Noi, I will definitely choose Mely Hotel.

Cons: In the morning, the noise from people checking room and cleaning service is a bit uncomfortable. We even thought that someone had been about to enter our room but that was just the next room being checked.

Cons: - Noisy cleaners with walkie talkies even though you put do not disturb. Nice people but no respect for noise. - Power cuts regularly - Internet cutting out - Expensive cleaning even though next door is cheaper. You should price it similar. - Don’t drink water in the basket even though you get 2 free ones as they charged me even though it was the free water. I put it in the basket and then drank it and they charged me because it went in the basket. - Card machine didn’t work for days so had to wait to pay - Put in room with korean bed (they said it not me) and had a bad back first then they changed my room to a better bed. - I asked for a bath at the start before I went which they agreed but didn’t fulfil this. - Expensive restaurant even though right outside is cheaper and better quality food, I understand you got to make a profit but don’t take advantage of tourists when after a while we can see the cheaper ones outside the door.

Pros: The location was ok, just off the street, and close to shops and eateries. An elevator is available, as well as AC and a fan.
Cons: Just after checking in, we noticed the bed sheets were clearly previously used. So we had to explicitly ask the staff to change them, as well as dusting the cobwebs off the walls. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but it was sprayed with room deodorant; coming back in after a hot day you could definitely smell the smoke. One night (9PM) we were asked to get out of our rooms and take a walk around the hotel, because they had to check the fire alarm system (?!) Staff was chuckling in the background. They didn't take any cards, only cash payment.
