Shulltle service, despite due to late check in had to leave at 6 am, instead of 6:45 am. Either way better than leaving London at 5:00 am on Express or subway, or paying high cost for other hotels near Heathrow. Staff helpful and friendly.
Paying 4 pounds for poor WiFi connection. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Extremely small bathroom, but better than shared.
Convenient to Heathrow terminal 5, via the free 423 local bus, which operates outside of the free hotel shuttle hours. Clean room. Airplane landing noise til midnight, after it is quiet
Shared bathroom, but it was clean.
location and free shuttle. Also, staff was very nice
have to pay for wifi and a bathroom bathroom is very dated and dingy. beds are very uncomfortable
Who talk loud u can here hem, but if all are quiet its a great place for this price in a very interesting location
the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide assistance when i needed help with my computer, needed to get in touch with my sister in the states and needed to order food. the free shuttle to the airport was beyond helpful, especially since there was a tube strike going on . . .
The pubs/restaurants in the area close down pretty early so I had to order out.
Cheap close alternative to event venue, very warm room. Staff polite. Very close to terminal 5 for travellers on a budget.
This is a budget hotel - the room was a good size, but basic - narrow beds, single glazed - so you can hear the planes! There was no hand basin despite it being advertised, but I got a twin room instead of a single, so it balanced out.
Staff good, room good and the options for breakfast basket etc seemed convenient though I did not take advantage. Good value for an overnight near Heathrow between flights, taxi service useful, morning shuttle good.
Proximity to Heathrow and free airport transfer
Location and transport to terminal 5 Heathrow
Dirty old carpets
Proximity and access to LHR
Toilet and shower too small
Not much would not stay there again
No service, room very small and no lounge to sit in.
Casual attitude; low price.
Although close to Heathrow, difficult to get there; unreliable hotel shuttle and costly taxi fare (15 pounds plus tip); very small room and tiny ensuite bathroom.
Close to airport.
The transfer Shuttle made things a lot easier.
Sited right under the flight path of aircraft, but still acceptable
