Pros: The restaurant was amazing. The food was plentiful and good. The waitresses were very honest in their recommendations of the menu items and very good at their jobs. They put us at ease and were very ...
Cons: The staff in the store were not very interested in answering questions and seemed stand offish.
Pros: Staff was amazing! Beds were comfortable! Resturant had an amazing breakfast!
Pros: Room was clean and TV was good.
Cons: We had a mountainside room at front of building and could still hear the highway traffic noise. Breakfast should have been included with the price we paid.

Pros: The location, the accommodations, the restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: There was nothing we disliked.
Pros: Quiet facility in the mountains, beautiful location!
Cons: The pillows are lumpy and flat. (We usually bring our own when we travel, but forgot this trip,)
Pros: peaceful and quiet night in the mountains
Cons: didn't see any deer
Pros: The location was beautiful! We had a lovely and romantic anniversary.
Cons: Thermostat in room did not keep room cool. Room was too warm.
Pros: Beautiful scenery. Very clean.
Cons: Get rid of low flow shower heads. My wife could not wash her hair because of it. Would like to be able to control the temperature in my room, not be forced to conform to their temp. Not easy to get to...
Pros: The staff was very friendly and made sure that we were taken care of
Cons: When ordering a movie for the kids it didn't work..
Pros: Great property for a weekend getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool and tennis courts.
Cons: The mini golf needs some renovation.
Pros: The sauna
Pros: The whirlpool tub, shower, the room was fantastic!
Cons: It was an aniversary getaway and our room was surrounded by large families with lots of crying kids. The villas were more for families than a 'suite'. Spent too much for what we needed/...

Pros: The bed was super comfy.
Cons: There was a leak in our hall and I had NO hot water for several hours. It was a pain! They were out in the hall pretty late, working on the ceiling. It was obnoxious!

Pros: The room we were given was less than what I expected for the price I paid. It was little more than a Motel 6. The tile in the bathroom was dirty in the grout lines and or stained. The toilet seat was ...
Cons: See above
Pros: Altogether, it was an OK place to stay for a couple of nights. The idea of the resort is unique with small houses around the 'homestead.' Each was identified such as Farm House, Garden House...
Cons: The resort as a whole looks tired. The inside of the unit we stayed in needed to be refreshed. It could be that the area was experiencing a drought, but the lawn looked like it was about to die-out...
Cons: We stayed in the barn. I am not sure if it was because we were in an end room, but it was SO LOUD. We could hear everyone tromping up the stairs, the extremely loud ice machine right outside our door...
Pros: The grounds were pretty.
Cons: Dirty. Run down and not enjoyable. Didn't match the pictures when we booked.
Pros: Heber is a beautiful valley and if you're looking for a quaint long term place to stay, the resort is it. It is a historic, charming place and there are several recreational activities like swimming, tennis, and playground equipment, plus a rec room with a pool table and ping pong. The hot tub is huge enough to swim in and the sauna is just right. However i was a little disappointed because I read about the crater and golf being included in the price and it wasnt. Also the recreational side is casual but it's integrated in with the formal areas. So you may be in your swimsuit and then baam there's a wedding around the corner. Same with the sports, you may be playing tennis in a little outfit and sweating and want a drink and/or ice cream but the restaurant is more formal and expensive. You have to leave the resort for quick cheap food. And toiletries if you forgot them. Overall nice stay if you are an active person who never dresses down and wants to pay $10 for a breakfast omelet.
Pros: The area was beautiful, Lovely grounds and features. very fun cottage and resort features
Cons: Check in staff was unfriendly, condescending when i asked questions about the activity center and my bill rate. Started the trip off on a sour note. Pool and Spa was closed without being notified ...
Pros: We have stayed there off and on for 20+ years. We like Midway and it is always a treat to stay at the Homestead.
Pros: Great little house on the outskirts of the property. We had it to ourselves. It felt like we were all alone in a lovely cute cottage.
Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the toilet ran loudly.
Pros: Loved the crater, historic sites, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We also liked that the pool was open late.
Cons: Aside from the staff working at the crater who were very kind, most of the staff was very rude and unaccomodating.
Pros: I love it's history and quaintness. My 3 grand daughters had a great time
Pros: City cottage atmosphere.
Cons: No microwave in room. No continental breakfast or any breakfast offered. The front desk didn't tell us anything about the available movies at the front desk or the 10% off at gift shop. After I spent money for movies elsewhere and bought over 59$
Homestead Resort features a free ski shuttle and puts you near winter activities like downhill skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing. After hanging out at the outdoor pool or indoor pool, guests can grab a bite to eat at Simons Restaurant, one of 2 restaurants, which serves American cuisine and is open for dinner. A golf course and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms offer balconies and flat-screen TVs. Ski passes and storage are also available.
Cons: TV and Air did not work and no maintenance staff on sit.
Pros: Location in small town where I can also bring my pets.
Cons: My key cards did not work on exterior doors. Had to use front door most of time. Very inconvenient. Staff were apologetic, but problem was not fixed during my four night stay.
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable breakfast had no taste. Won't stay again
Cons: dim lights in the elevator and room
Pros: It was nice clean and the pool was awesome
Cons: The rooms are a little dated. The tv is super small. The front desk woman when we checked in was not very friendly and we asked for a wake up call at 6 am and she called us at 7am instead.
Pros: the breakfast was great and the location was very convenient
Cons: We had family members pay the same price to stay at a WAY nicer place (the Zermatt) so we feel like the price we paid was too high for the quality of the room.
Cons: It took over an hr to check in. First room wasn't clean, second room only one bed (there was 4 of us), and finally another guest gave up her room so that we could have a place to sleep with our ...
Pros: Front desk , room , breakfast
Cons: We stay here a lot and pool hours too short
Pros: Breakfast was hot and good. Orange juice was cold. LOVED the cinnamon rolls :)
Cons: Found an old pizza box on top of the microwave in my room :(
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Cons: Physical location on the intersection of two busy highways, making a left turn out of the hotel wasn't the easiest.
Pros: The view from the room was amazing
Cons: I didn't like that there was an occupant with a dog that barked all night. They should have a wing accommodate guest with dog to where they do not disturb the rest of the guest.
Pros: Convince of the room. Staff was excellent. Room was clean.
Pros: The motel was very clean, the pool and hot tub was clean as well. We really enjoyed the playground and they even have bench swings for the adults to enjoy as your children play. The staff was friendly...
Pros: Nice clean easy access motel.
Cons: They could update the rooms, a little newer TV's (larger) .
Pros: The hotel was not worth the price. Tacky construction and decor.
Pros: Location was great. Restaurants within walking distance Liked having a fridge and microwave in the room
Cons: Water running in the bathtub, wouldn't turn off Bad odor as soon as you walk in (and this was a non smoking room) Cannot contact them by phone. I called for several days, and there was no ...
Pros: Clean friendly staff indoor pool
Cons: Not much to pivk from restsurant
Pros: The property looked like a very low budget place. Very inexpensive for the area. I didn't expect much, because I knew it was just a step above camping. The place was clean enough but very old.
Cons: We ran out of toilet paper in the morning. We went to the office and it was locked, no one was in the office. There was a sign on the door that said to call a phone number but no one answered. We ...
Pros: This motel is centrally located in Heber on the main road. AC worked well. It was quiet, parking is easy.
Cons: We had to call a number when we arrived for the guy to come open the lobby and check us in. The motel room was not very clean, shower curtain all stained up, towels and linens very scratchy, partially...
Pros: when booking the room I advised them that I needed a room on the bottom floor. The guy said there were no requests made and there were no rooms available. When going to our room there were windows ...
Cons: The bath towels clearly need to be replaced, there were no wash clothes and no phone in the room. It says there is internet service, it does have internet service.
Pros: Nothing. This is easily the worst motel we have ever stayed at. Ever!!!
Cons: Only 1 towel in the room for 2 persons. The overhead light in room 106 is a light bulb. There is not enough light in the room. The blinds allow anyone to see into the room when closed. The parking ...
Pros: the beds were comfy
Cons: no staff on premises at all had to call them on phone to get checked in, staff departed premises before we were all unpacked, weeds were growing through a vent that was under the sink on a wall ...
Pros: beds comfortable
Cons: no staff on premises had to call the staff on the phone for them to come and get checked in, then staff left premises right away after check in, hot water was not turned off in the tub and was running a steady stream, I turned it off, there was weeds growing through a vent under the sink, the staff was not there at time of check out either oh and whoever cleaned the room left a partial used bottle of shampoo from the hotel on the counter next to a new bottle of shampoo (impression was they wanted the next guest to use that shampoo)
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Good for the price we paid.
Cons: The smoke detector wasn't hooked up and the dead bolt on the door was broken off
Cons: There was no staff when we came to check in or out, the front desk should be 24/7 and we were highly inconvenienced waiting for someone to arrive in the middle of the night.
Pros: Small and quiet town
