Pros: The staff have excellent personalities and are very committed to customer service
Cons: The bathtub requires resurfacing. Also the hotel should not allow commercial vehicles or flatbed trucks to park blocking common walkway. There was a flatbed truck backed in blocking the common walkway all 3 nights we were there. I did report

Cons: The bed was awful. You could feel every spring. We barely slept at all. The room wasn't particularly bad, it was just the most awful bed I've ever slept on in my life. Fred Flintstone would have been cool with it, though.
Pros: Staff was pleasant

Pros: Very nice and clean.
Cons: We were far from our destination but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. The hotel was great.
Cons: The breakfast area was too small

Ice machines were broken, elevator comes with a free massage (LOTS of shaking between floors) , no fridge, no microwave, some rooms still have the bubble TVs. Pros: Close to the location of my event. Security staff was pleasant and open the doors for us each time we approached the building
Cons: Room was too cold and could adjust the temperature. Housekeeping never came to clean the room. Had to ask for clean towels.
Pros: The price
Cons: The casino full of smoke is not a smoke-free environment looks old and dated no weekend entertainment rooms outdated carpet dirty on the floor in the and I saw several roaches
Pros: The facility was fairly clean. The waitress staff at the restaurant, the guards, and cocktail waitresses were friendly. Some front counter staff were very helpful and kind. Wonderful maintenance staff.
Cons: Our room was SO hot. Once we were finally able to check in (about 2 hours after the registered time) we went to an 85 degree plus room. We decided to turn down the air and go to the casino to get out of the hot room. We returned about 2 hours later to a still 85 degree plus room. We called the front counter and was told maintenance would be called (she was very rude about it and acted like we were interrupting her day). We waited uncomfortably for another hour, it had been a long trip in and we wanted to rest. We called back down and was told she would call again. (Still rude and short with me). I asked if there was another room we could switch to and that we would pay any extra cost. She informed us "Naw, no rooms, you just have to be patient". Again, we waited and again still no maintenance. We left a note stating we would be in the restaurant and to call us if they needed us to maintenance. we arrived back to the room and still it was still miserable. I called again, this time getting a very pleasant woman who said she would call right away. By now, it is after 10 p.m. after about 5 minutes, 2 wonderful men came in and fixed the air in less than 5 minutes. They said it happened a lot in this room. They also told us that they had only received one call about it and they were there shortly after. The rude front counter girl never called them snd we sat in a hot hotel room on and off for almost 7 hours while she was repeatedly rude and telling us to be patient.
Pros: The staff
Cons: Room was not clean.
Pros: The lobby was beautiful.
Cons: The room was very small. No microwave, dirty spots on carpet.
Cons: The room overall.
Pros: The staff I felt with were ok
Cons: Well, there was duct tape holding the stairs.. My first room the air didn't work so I had to walk alllllllll the way back to the front desk. The lady a the front was nice about it. The second room the carpet was stained really bad. It had an odor and the bathroom had cobb webs There was no iron /board I had to call the front desk to request it
Pros: Personal care products in the room without testing on animals! Quiet location with a huge free parking lot, excellent value for money, easy access to Clarksdale juke joint festival. The buffet was great, with a lot of vegetarian options.
Cons: No communication with hotel prior to stay possible
