friendly staff no elevater - difficult for seniors
This is second time I stay at Green Country Inn. The room is small but very clean. The bed is comfortable and service is good. The price is reasonable. clean, comfortable, relax, and good price.
Price, cleanliness and comfort Small bathroom
Parking lot was well lit. Definitely not as rated at 8 stars. Cold tile floors. Mattress was like a trampoline. Didn't even consider getting under the sheets. Bedding looked to be from 1986. Baby sized bath towels. Like drying off with a bath mat.
The beds were wonderful, much better than the Super 8 we stayed in the night before in NM. N/A
ugh what a dump. Needs a major make over. Has a great location and facilities but it is dirty and hot. Beds are too soft, rooms too hot, food non-nutritious and everything is dirty and distasteful. Ugh what a dump!
My husband and I stayed there in Oct.07 and again in sept.08.Yes, its an older motel, but is clean and staff was very nice! It's very pet friendly and has a great area to walk them. The rooms are large ,clean and comfortable, if somewhat worn. The only thing lacking is a fridge and mircowave in room. A good value and we will stay again.
We were in town briefly for two days during the summer heat wave. The AC in the room was not at all working, nor the fridge- plus the carpet was nasty! We asked for some maintenance or a room change and the woman working the desk could not be bothered more! After a protest from me and my party we got to change rooms. Much better AC, but no little fridge. The TV connection was so bad, it didn't matter if we had free HBO- we couldn't watch it. The woman from the staff that helped us before was accommadating for the rest of our stay.
! Shower tub very very slow draining. No hair conditioner or lotion. Only one coffee packet. Did not maintenance room only replaced towels.

the location of where i needed to go throughout the weekend the doors for the halls remained open 24/7 and it made the hallway really really hot and dirty with bugs being able to come in

The proximity to the destination I was visiting. Over priced for the amount of sound and the fact that the exterior wall was paper thin. There is a bar located on the property and there was fighting at all hours of the night. At 5:30am we heard every person exiting their room/starting their cars.
It is convenient to my plans. The room we were in was close to the bar. Both nights people were outside our room talking and screaming from 11:00-2:00 a.m. I did call the desk and they took care of it one night. If the bar is open to the public, they should not put people there.
The front desk clerk was the only thing nice about the whole place. There were different varieties of dead bugs all over and housekeeping did not replenish toiletries. Won't stay there again, especially for $--- a night! That was highway robbery for that room with that kind of service.
This is our 3rd stay and it is great! Clean, nice, welcoming! We just like it there
This hotel was fun! The pool was nice and the rooms are clean. The staff was helpful. The free breakfast good. It's in the middle of no where. I wish they would open up the sauna. The out side has some trash floating around, but this is misleading as the inside was very clean.
I loved the courtyard. Our room looked on the courtyard. Breakfast was good too. No
We had an inner room and the fountain was amazing.
Comfortable and clean rooms. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was nice every morning too. We only used the pool once but the big open area is very inviting and I wish I would have had more time to relax and enjoy. Nothing, it was very nice for a small town hotel.
The staff was very nice , the bed was very comfortable . The hotel was suppose to be redone and opened back up in October , the bathroom had falling down ceilings , mold in light fixture & cracks in the floors. We had to be moved rooms because of smells.
It was in Henrietta. The room was humid and the air conditioner compressor dripped constantly. I had to empty the Ice bucket several times from the drip. The front desk person was kind of snippy when I asked for a room that didn't open up to the outside as I travel alone.
The pool itself was clean but the area around it wasn't. You can tell they're trying to make it nice they just aren't fully there yet The area around the pool wasn't clean lots of dead bugs and dirt. The construction was mostly exterior but their construction area/site is very messy. The interior room we had was very bright at night despite closing the black out curtains. Finishes not e
Location close to the interstate. Room we were given was way in the back next to construction in process. There were many flies in the room and seemed to be coming in from somewhere. We didn't know there were inside access rooms off a beautiful center courtyard until breakfast.
Great location w friendly staff. Moved rooms 4 times. 4th room was ok except the door didn't fit the facing properly leaving a huge 2 inch gap between door & facing allowing alot of light in.
The staff was very friendly in person. The hotel is pet friendly for a small $10 fee. The room smelled musty, the air conditioner/heater wasn't working properly, very outdated (Sheets had holes, bedding cover had holes that had been obviously repaired), no bathtub (Shower only) and the breakfast was horrible. Wouldn't stay here again.
The staff was very accommodating and friendly! No. I liked everything about this hotel for the rating, price and location.
Clean and nice hotel In the morning reception people was unfriendly.
Clean room and friendly staff, but the mattress was a bit too hard. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast items were surprisingly quite good. The mattress was too hard. I had a hard time getting to sleep because of it.
The hotel was very close to my destination, and reasonably priced.
Great facility - very clean and well kept. Most of the staff was very curteous and helpful! Only problem I had while here was the intial girl at the front desk - extremely rude! Our needs were taken care of, however she threatened to 'teach a lesson' to another employee by making her pay the difference of a room type change previously arranged.
The pool This hotel took reservations knowing that they were going to be out of water the water was out over 24 hours. Management compromising that you would be on soon finally at 8:30 at night when they told us that there would not be no water till the next day.
Breakfast was subpar. Bananas were not ripe. Pineapple was rotten.
Room was clean. Staff was more than friendly. Breakfast was good. No, not really.
Rooms are not too small. Looks nice and clean. Air cleaning machine in room. Breakfast has warm eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Pool was green whole stay, biscuits at breakfast were hard, they did not attend to the breakfast bar like in the past, bathroom door did not close, bed was the worst I have ever slept in.
Staff was friendly and helpful Room was not maintained, felt dirty, came close to leaving and going down the street to the Holiday Inn, which by the way, had a lower star rating, which is why I chose the Days Inn instead. Would not stay here again in the future. Needs to be rated a 1 star hotel, if that.
