Pros (+) Overall a very good weekend. Well appointed and clean in all the public areas and upon arrival. Staff was very attentive and friendly. If returning to the area, would have no hesitation in another stay.
Cons (-) Returned from hot day at the Zoo and National Mall to a room uncleaned. Not the end if the world, but a noticeable miss.
