The hospitality was great. Friendly staff willing to assist, especially when we had adapter issues. Shuttle bus always on-time.
Thanks for the great deal
Loved there room and all of the complimentary items. Really a great place overall. The breakfast was about $20 for a buffet... However it was delicious
The shuttle drivers where caring, charismatic and comforting. There is one who's last name is Abdullah that caters to his riders and make your short trip a ball.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Good job
Location, size of room, amenities Bed sheets were light. Should have included heavier covers.
I liked the comfortable large bed, the room deified media console and the bathroom. The hotel hadn't received my booking information 30 minutes after receiving my confirmation. The desk understood and got us the room we requested.
Great service. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was nice.
Due to construction traffic, did not arrive at Dulles until 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning and needed to be at airport for flight to Mexico (via Houston) at 6:00 a.m., so I never checked in. Tried to cancel this reservation and was not successful. Because of this difficulty, I will never use Kayak again. Gloria Tadlock
Bed and room
Inexpensive The staff is rude. I had a poor experience with a front desk staff Nov 21, 2015. Her name is Julia. The staff has hair over their badges so their name is not revealed. I ask her her name.
Lobby and front entrance is good Room, Refrigerator is not working they replaced but still it didnt work. No expecting this from 4 start hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff . Free wifi. The construction (fence) by the entrance. Wifi can be slow.
front desk restaurant bar
Close to the airport. Shuttle goes every 30 min Nothing. Reasonably priced for one night layover in Washington
The room was big enough for a family stay. The shower door couldn't close, and took forever to fix it. When you flushed the toilet, the water splashed everywhere.
Very high value Next time we stay in Washington, we will look for a place close to metro
I liked the bed I can't believe a major hotel chain is still charging for internet in 2015.
Location Rooms and hotel in general are in need of an update. Very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Front desk clerk spoke with such a heavy accent that I could not understand a word he said. Got charged $50 for something we did not incur. Listed as a four star hotel on Kayak, which it is not even close to being. (Ritz Carlton Pentagon City, also in Northern VA, is also listed as four stars.)
Satalite tv didnt work. No breakfast. Pool closes too early. Room is hot. No fridge no microwave. No stamps to mail things. Everything was horrible. Tv sucked pool closed to early no free breakfast no kid friendly place to eat. No stamps no fridge no microwave.
Top-notch people. Great room. Only stayed one night, but the hotel had everything we needed, including a fantastic exercise area. 0
Electronic check in/out. Use of smart phone to unlock room door.
The room was well-appointed and nicely arranged, but the bathroom was exquisite, with a big walk-in shower that included a rainwater sprinkler and separate hand shower. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The Sunday buffet breakfast was reasonably priced, though the selection was fairly simple and routine. Wi-Fi wasn't visible in our room. Fortunately not critical for this stay but could be frustrating for a business traveler. The mattress needs to be replaced. No support and sagged toward the center.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were modern and very clean. The staff wasn't attentive. I felt like we were being nickeled and dimed (We had to pay for breakfast and for internet)
The facilities overall were good. Parking was easy and a value the bar area was really nice. The hotel was quiet good value overall The response from the front desk about the safe and the bed in the room looked like someone had laid on the bed and when they had issue requested a room changed however they never got the room ready before I checked in
The hotel is close and looks nice. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Only there for a few hours due to a missed flight. Staff were nice but didn't go the extra mile to help. I was tired and hadn't slept in 24 hours. Getting basic hotel info was like pulling teeth. It would have been nice to have some better late night room service options after being trapped in an airport all day. The airport shuttle was late leaving which was annoying, but ultimately fine since we were so close.
Nice clean and modern
Love the room it was clean and comfortable also the bathroom was so spaces and clean. The pool my kids loved it they where in from the time it open until is was closing time I must say we did enjoyed our self. Nothing not to like.
The service was great and the hotel was so clean! There was nothing. I loved everything
The staff was highly helpful and very nice. The room was really clean and spacious, overall we had a great stay and would come back again.
Staff was very friendly & helpful. I requested a room away from elevators and it was granted. Also recieved a free 2pm check out. Loved the bathroom especially the Kolher square rainforest shower head. Tv signal keep going in& out so I had to use my tablet instead. But wifi is free on weekends so no worries :)
The design and comfort of the room were great. The bathroom was outstanding - very nice change from most other hotels! The cost of the room was a great value. We would stay again at this hotel without hesitation. Our waitress in the Padella restaurant was terrible. We were there around 7:30pm on 9/7/15. She was very rude to me (husband) and addressed all of her comments and questions only to my wife, constantly finishing her sentences with "Ma'am" and looking only at my wife, not me. When we first sat down, her first sentence was "Can I get you drinks?". Before we had a chance to answer, she immediately said to be "Do you want to order the rib eye?". We did not even have our menus yet. I said nor did absolutely anything to cause her "men hater" attitude. It took forever for her to bring out the bill. When she finally did, she never returned to collect the credit card. We were by a window. During all of this time, I saw her spending a lot of time gossiping with someone at a particular table, as well as walking around cleaning up other tables and setting up place settings on tables. We ended up going to the bar to pay the bill. The bar tender was extremely nice. After paying the bill, we ordered two drinks to take up to the room. The bartender did an outstanding job in making the drinks.
Location No food options at night. Our flight landed after midnight and we were told the kitchen was closed and there was no room service. All we were offered (initially) was junk food (candy, etc). After a few minutes of looking in vain for something healthy to eat in amongst all the junk food the desk clerk admitted actually there *might* be some chicken salads left in the kitchen and called someone to bring them out. Now, obviously I can never prove this but I'm convinced that they were keeping these meal aside for staff and that, presumably, leftover fresh food that expires at the end of the day (like salads) are given to staff. Anyway, that's the last time we'll be staying there.
Lobby is beautiful, the rooms clean and spacious. Front office staff was great at check in and bar staff was friendly and attentive.
This was a great location, convenient to Dulles Airport and the companies I needed to visit. A shuttle is provided to and from the airport, and to local businesses to the hotel. The rooms were furnished with "well worn" 60's era furniture, uncomfortable beds, and loud air conditioners.
Nothing. The best I can say is it was dry and the snow was not in the room. Parking lot not plowed, very poor English spoken by staff, noisy families everywhere and my credit card # was used in a fraudulent transaction several days after my stay, at a facility very close to the hotel. I can only assume the # was stolen during my stay when i used the card at the hotel.
Proximity to Dulles Int'l Airport Free shuttle to airport beginning at 5 a.m. No amenities - I needed Tylenol/Ibuprofen badly, and there was no small shop or convenience store in the hotel. Coffee and breakfast not available until 6 a.m. Bare-bones Front desk had sign stating that their representative was out delivering something, and he was out front smoking a cigarette, peering through the window at those who were waiting to be helped.
The hot breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool was closed the first day we were there. The shower pressure is very weak.
Great hotel . great staff.
The staff sucked and the hotel had all kinds of problems, will never stay there again!
Clean. Good free hot breakfast Pool was closed in evening on weekday. Not a big deal. Very nice place nonetheless
It is a great location in reference to the airport and the surroundings. They were eateries nearby and great places to take a walk if you're into that. The rooms were updated and very practical. They were also spacious and I love the options for connecting to the 42 inch TV. The bed was comfortable as well. The location is being developed and there is construction across the street which can be noisy.
Customer service. International guests have hard time coping with U.S culture.
Rooms were big and clean Breakfast has quite some choices of food and was included with the room. Free wifi!!! Location was great not far from the Dulles airport We waited for a while for airport shuttle because they work with Sheraton, so pay attention to Sheraton airport shuttle when it comes so you don't wait forever...
The price was very affordable. The room size was very comfortable with: a bar, separate couch, desk area from the bed. Everything was clean, and by me traveling alone, I felt very safe even to outside and jog even though they had a fitness area. I wish there were a waffle or pancake maker (instead of pre-made pancakes). Breakfast was still ok though there were limited options, also being a Diabetic they should have had sugar free syrup, but at least breakfast was free which was nice.
Staff was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. I had a late check in, I called in before hand to make sure my room was held and not overbooked. The lady on the phone was rushed and said "yeah no worries we got you taken care of" When I arrived same lady said we overbooked you. Then told me to go next door to the Sheraton which was $40 more expensive.
Modern, nice, comfortable hotel, clean, cozy rooms, beds with nice mattrasses, friendly and attentive staff... Amazing deal for the money! Parking was a bit tight, spent some time trying to find a spot
Staff was attentive. We had an electrical issue with the microwave and frige and it was addressed quickly One side of the mattress was well worn down.
everything The fire alarm
I really like the hotel overall. Well located with food close by and even a movie theater across the street. We stayed for 2 nights before we flew back home and loved how close it was to Dulles airport. You can't control traffic flow at the airport but you can make sure you're close enough to it. For sure one less thing to worry about.
Sad to notice that No brealfast included
Free shuttle to airport- though drivers were pushy to get a tip Location was ghetto
Price and location Refrigerator had left over food from previous guest making me question what else the cleaning staff forgot to clean or how throughly they cleaned the rest of the room like the bed... Also the bathroom door could not be shut allowing cold air in the shower and making it less private to use the toilette, I need it to make sure curtains were closed before going to the bathroom since from the toilette seat you could see outside the window!
Room and staff were wonderful. Breakfast area too crowded. Not enough seating. Both mornings, we had to stand to eat.
Very convienient to Reston. Nice clean rooms and relatively quiet.
Indoor pool, breakfast were great! Hot tub out of service during our stay.
The hotel employees were awesome. Maybe upgrade the carpets.
Room was clean and close to airport. Check--in took forever. Clerk forgot to include room number on card. Assigned us a handicapped room for no apparent reason. Clerk only giggled when told of these errors
Some staff memebers were really kind. I did an early check in and the desk agent were really kind. The room was really clean and comfortable. The food was great. It was a peaceful stay. Thank You! I paid for the Full Breakfast, for Wifi and Club Lounge offer and when I was enjoying my breakfast the waitress came to me with almost a $32.00 bill. I had to explain her and the desk agent over and over again that it was inclueded and had to show my confirmation email. They said they dont accept does confirmation emails and had to talk to the manager so they can fix it. It was an awkward experience for me and my guest. But overall everything else was excelent. Just some employees that gave us a hard time. Perhaps next time I would go to another hotel that doesnt have that kind of employees with negative and disrespectful attitude. Also the club was closed and we didn't know until we got there. We had to make other last minute plans because of that. They did try to make it up to us but never got my appetizer voucher they told me they will give me instead.
Amazing breakfast and clean rooms.
Overall it was a good choice for the money. Disappointed that they did not provide free internet. Travelers come to expect this in a fine hotel. The pool hours were inconvenient and not geared to young families. This was partially made up by having the Hilton Garden pool next door available. It was also disappointing to have the Jacuzzi not functioning.
Great staff, went above and beyond my expectations The restaurant didn't serve lunch
The phone didn't work, there was only one towel and two of us. We tried to get an extra towel twice with no delivery until the next day well after having left for the day. Staff were nice but seemed short handed.
We had a late check in and the staff was awesome! They had our room ready. We were stuck on a plane all day and ended up eating at the restaurant- food was great and it was reasonably priced. Room was clean and awesome shower/bathroom amenities. Would stay there again! Also don't forget free airport shuttle
Very comfortable and clean. All other hotels I have stayed in had access for free. I will not stay at this hotel again. The pool and hot tub opens at 5 pm. I was there for leisure, and i would have liked to use the pool and hot tub during the day. I will not stay at this hotel gain.
Stuff is very lude very not nice three star hotel but I think is no star hotel Very bed hotel
The room was very nice and the bathroom was cool. The pool was closed for some reason and I have to go to the front desk to buy drinks
Very professional and friendly staff!
The hotel suite had plenty of room. The room came with everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family. They allowed our dog to stay with us for a very reasonable fee. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone whether it be a one night stay or a long term one.
My wife, our three small children, and I stayed at Staybridge soley for the purpose of proximity to Dulles airport for an early AM flight the next day. We arrived at Staybridge only to discover that the motel shuttle van does not run in the early AM or late PM; therefore, we had to call a cab. We also learned that Staybridge charges $*/day to leave your car in the parking lot. Both were unpleasant surprises but really only minor inconveniences. The motel is very clean and plenty nice and is indeed very close to IAD. Compared to the rates at the Dulles airport big name hotel, for example, this place is a good deal, even with a couple surprises. I'll probably stay there again the next time I have an early Dulles flight.
We stayed two nights of a 8 day business and vacation trip to DC and Virgiinia. Wish I could of carried the suites with me for the entire trip!! Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, kitchen had all the basics, stove, refrigerator, microwave, even a dishwasher. internet pricing was more than reasonable. Only problem I had was figuring out the controls for climate control. Right next to the airport, though a bit hard to find. After a long flight from LA, it was good to just go locally and collapse. Stayed also the night before we flew back and avoided all the DC traffic. Suites provided a big breakfast with fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, waffles, plus all the traditional fare -rolls, cereal, juices, coffee, tea.
we really enjoyed our stay--breakfast were very good-the room with 2 bedrooms worked perfectly for myself & sister-in-laws family with twins--they were really impressed & have plans to stay again
I want you to know this is a great place. Not only do they serve a full course breakfast ( fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, waffles, toast, juice, coffee and yougart) every day, they also serve a really nice dinner Monday through Thursday. All at no extra cost. In addition the rooms are suites. Full kitchen with all the utinsels, microwave, coffee pot and coffee. A living room with couch and chair, TV and computer desk, and a separate bedroom. The staff was really nice. In addition, the Van was available to anywhere I wanted to go withing five miles of the hotel. The drive to the Herndon park and ride was only about 3 miles, dropped me off and picked me up at the end of the day. Side trip to new air museum at Dullas? Not a problem, 4 miles to drop off and pick up at end of day. In addition, there were two computers available for guest use. Also an exercise room was available which some people used. I am recommending this to my relatives. This place was great, clean, tidy and nicely decorated. A many stars place. Jim, Seattle
This was a SHOCK! Superb room King bed, full kitchen, living area, 2 TV's, 2 Phones, Frig/Micro/Dishwasher/Amenities yet a GREAT breakfast Buffet (Hot and complete)!! Keep this quite--- don't want the crowd to find out OR the owners to raise the low prices!
The set up in the hotel was great! Two bedrooms and two baths. Traveling with teenage granddaughters made this a very comfortable situation for privacy and getting ready in the mornings. The beds were not the most comfortable and when I had swollen feet and ankles, the front desk would not give any Ice to my 15 year old granddaughter. She was told to turn on the ice maker in our fridge for ice. I needed the ice immediately. My husband had to go to the desk and request ice. Which he got the ice with a smile. The breakfast was very good and was a good start for the full days that we had planned in DC.
The uograde to the hotel suites were great-but I had to wait an hour after arrival to check in-room not ready and the Office Staff didn
Visited Washington DC with my family of 6 and one extra. The room as perfect for the 7 of us! My kids did not want to leave! We all loved the free breakfast each morning! The staff was excellent! Very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone with a big family!
I was really surprised at not only the size of the room, but also how much like home it felt. Having a full kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, and stove was excellent. The staff was also very friendly and more than willing to answer my questions regarding living in the area.
My son and I stayed here for 4 days when I took him to college in January. The accommodations were fantastic, and I felt very safe, even the night I stayed there alone. The hot breakfast buffet was a wonderful bonus, with new selections every morning, and the availability of coffee and teas at other times was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed for very limited cooking. No oven though, so don't plan on popping a frozen pizza in for a quick supper, unless you like it done in the microwave! Overall a very comfortable stay. We hope to stay here again when we take him back in the fall!
Staybridge Suites was a great place to stay. They have updated the rooms so they are like new. Staff was very attentive to needs and also had a great breakfast. I would definitely stay again
Location Keys didn't work when we arrived at room after long elevator wait. Fridge did not work. Ice maker did not work on floor. AIR CONDITIONER did not work properly. HOT all night! Breakfast omelet was overcooked.
Overall a very good weekend. Well appointed and clean in all the public areas and upon arrival. Staff was very attentive and friendly. If returning to the area, would have no hesitation in another stay. Returned from hot day at the Zoo and National Mall to a room uncleaned. Not the end if the world, but a noticeable miss.
We traveled with 3 girls, and staying here with the swans made them feel like Princess's, the Breakfast was wonderful, so many choices. Swimming area was Great, he was on point to ensure No one got hurt, which sometimes its nice to know that someone is looking out for your kids to have a safe time while playing. Overall I would Love to stay there with the family again. Thank you for giving them a Wonderful hotel. They won't see any other ever the same again
Our lLarge quiet room was much appreciated Staff had difficulty in keeping breakfast items stocked - they kept running out
Couldn't shower before I left because of no hot water. That should at least be the basic. You can mess almost everything else up but really no hot water? Very annoying.
Exceptional service, staff friendliness and room maintenance. I would definitely stay again.
Friendly staff. Airport shuttle. Clean and big room. Nice breakfast. Not too many places near around to do something during the day.
Friendly staff, neatness, Breakfast.
The staff was very nice and the room was spotless. It was also quiet for being outside condo set up.
The staff was cordial and attentive. The room was updated and clean. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lot of moisture in the room and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.
We liked we were convenient on and off highway but without highway noise. Staff could not find our prepaid reservation for 15 minutes on check-in. Staff gave poor directions to room and ice machine; it was like they did not care to be clear enough. Ice machine was small, had a solid metal refrigerator door without handle and was back in pantry kitchen, under a work counter and all they said, twice, was it was "in there." I ahd to go around the room and try several appliances before finding it while the staff was just talking at the front desk.
Closeness to airport. Friendliness of staff. Breakfast area. No elevator to 2nd floor.
Hotel was clean and the free breakfast included hot food. The location was very convenient to the Air and Space Museum at Dulles and only a short drive into downtown D.C. The first room we were given didn't have functioning heat and air. We had no difficulty getting a new room but it did separate us from the rest of our group.
We liked the front desk staff. Very attentive and polite. The room was clean and worked for the few hours we were there (sleeping). Room service was quite overpriced for what we got but it was decent food. The shuttle from airport to hotel was confusing and difficult to locate. Make sure to be clear on where they will pick you up. They didn't stop at. Oth locationa for us so We waited for over an hour but when it finally arrived it was fine.
Shuttle availability to airport. Breakfast offering. Coffee service late in the day.
The room was right where I park It didn't have the walk in shower that was described to me
Great location, and the suite layout is fantastic if you are traveling with kids. Easy to get to Dulles, and the Reston Station metro station is only a few minutes drive. I have stayed at this location several times over several years. Each time I wake up feeling like I did not sleep well. The mattresses (for me) tend to be very uncomfortable (although I can't quite pin down why). However, I assume this will vary from person to person, so I wouldn't let it dissuade you...otherwise the suites have a great layout, and it is quite convenient to Dulles and as a jumping off point to downtown DC.
Friendliness and availability of the staff. Great Breakfasts, good location, easy access by hotel van to town center and metro station.
This place looked like an Aloft hotel on the inside and the beds were typical Hampton Inn: very comfy. Breakfast was great (free), including a waffle maker, and the coffee was good. Could've been $10-$20 less expensive
The front desk staff were very helpful and a shuttle is provided to and from the nearest metro.
Clean and quiet, a very pleasant and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that I had a ride to the airport waiting for me when I needed it - even though it was earlier than their shuttle service normally starts. The location is very convenient to the airport.
The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. A friend was coming in to Dulles airport very early Saturday morning. He was able to take a shuttle to meet us at the hotel. It was a 20 minute ride to DC, and there were plenty of food/convenience store options right near the hotel. The rooms were nice enough, beds were comfortable, and it was very inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area at the time. Walking around the hotel it felt a little old and dirty. But didn't effect our stay. Stay there if you are looking for a hotel near Dulles.
I used the pre-check-in feature sent by Kayak which seemed to facilitate my check-in a bit. The room was spacious with 2 queen beds as I requested. Room faced the courtyard, which was nice. The facility has a workout room and pool which we didn't use, but are nice amenities. There is a small cafe and a good sized lounge area in the lobby. The location is perfect, just inside Herndon with close access to Dulles and, Reston Town Center. Nothing to report here.
Food available late. My PCs and Apple device all could not attach to wifi. I called the front desk who promised to come up and look. No one very showed up so I had to live without. There was definitely a server or Router issue at their end. Don't lie their cage style food bar.
My wife and four children stayed there over thanksgiving from Wednesday till Saturday. We didn't have hot water the entire time. They told us empty rooms had hot water so they took my wife to another room one time for a shower but never bother to try and relocate our room. Each day we called and told them and they did nothing. When we left we told the front desk once again and they said they'd tell the manager and we've called back each day trying to resolve it but the manager is apparently never in. They never made notes on our room or called back. There's a lot more i could complain about with the stay but for a hotel to not have hot water and do absolutely nothing about it is a joke.
Rooms are clean and confortable. I wanted like to have any type of hotel dinners.
We had a great time staying in the Homewood Suites.Rooms were very-very nice and the stuff was very friendly. Food in the hotel was really good. 30-40 min. away from Washington DC. Next time we'll definitly staying in this hotel. A+
The rooms were amazing, the pool is heated and just right for kids or adults, the breakfast had everything we could have wanted and the from desk staff, especially Sam, were extremely helpful and courteous. Nothing, we're definitely staying at a Homewood next opportunity we get
fine hotel; very good price staff not willing to exert themselves to help people get to the airport ahead of time...
The morning shift front desk attendant went well beyond providing good customer service when I attempted to purchase some Gatoraide for a fellow business traveler that had fallen ill the night before. As I mentioned my friend's illness, the clerk waved the fee for the beverage, had the service personnel check on my friend and then provided additional Gatoraide the next morning. Nicely done Residence Inn in Herdon VA. As a business traveler I hoped to have easy access to an on site or nearby fitness center. This location didn't have one but did provide a pass for a local Gold's Gym approximately 3 miles away. I did take advantage of the pass a few times, but the distance from the hotel made it difficult to take advantage of more often due to the time in transit to and from Gold's. Thanks for the free pass to Gold's, but what I really needed was access to on site exercise equipment for a quick 30-45 minute daily work out.
When checking in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing there blew my mind, but it was a very nice stay. While the price was a little much, it was a reasonable value, although not a great one.
The hotel is clean an BEAUTIFUL nicest place I've ever stayed No refridgerator
location, location, location! Ideally located in the Reston Town Center with shopping, dining and entertainment a short walk away. Convenient parking. Room had a tremendous view of the fountain and lighted trees lining the walkway.
Clean rooms and friendly front desk staff. Very comfortable. No room service at all during our 3 night stay.
Very friendly great place too stay Did not have any problems
Comfortable bed nice shower nice pool. A lot of tv channels had poor reception.
I called the hotel directly to ask about parking and Leeza was incredibly professional and accomodating! At check-in I discovered she made me VIP guest of the day. I have stayed in Westins countless times and I didnt even know they had this program! It made my day and I will definitely return to this hotel and other Westins
The restaurant staff - especially in the mornings -- is excellent. Maria and Megan, notably. These are terrific professionals The front desk staff could not manage a Hello or a smile if their lives depended on it. They were smug to a person. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. Unwelcoming. I travel frequently on business and stay in Hyatt's, Hilton's, W's, and Westin Hotels; nice places. I expect to at least receive courteous attention. This front desk team needs a lesson in civility. For that alone I will not likely be back and will stay at the Hyatt next time.
Cleanliness. Expected a glass shower.
Excellent cleanliness, good environment and many more.
Safe, good area, clean and close to where I needed to be. parking was confusing but that is my only complaint. The drive to the Westin was hard to find and the parking was confusing at first, but after I did it a couple of times it was easier. The first time finding it was at night but all the signs are small or things were written on the pavement.
Just needed a room close to Reston Town Center for the Tour de Cure. Room was clean, quiet, well priced and plenty of room for my bike. Can't ask for much more than that.
the rate was reasonable the room not being cleaned and the lack of towels
We rated the hotel very good and nothing too much trouble for the receptioist as our cases turned up at 2 30 am and got him out of bed and likewise at 6.00am we woke him to retieve them for our journey Thanks
Everything No maid service
Clean room. Reasonable price. Staff can not explain where grocery store is. Is not really convenient to access from the airport.
Budget-wise this lodging option is very affordable. The room is furnished with a good-size table for someone who needs to work. I was pleasantly surprised that the room is equipped with a mini kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave and a small collection of kitchenware. No dinning room in the premise so had to arrange for outside delivery. This was a minor inconvenience
