I misordered for the wrong weekend. They fixed the order and had a vehicle available. Great car only 2k miles clean fresh and very comfy for the 6 hrs each way trip. Definitely a 5 star deal. The folks in the office were polite and super helpful. Thanks guys.Reviewed May 14 2024

The car rental did not work out. I would not recommend. We arrived about 40 min after pickup time and they said they no longer had a car for us. They offered us an electric vehicle or to pay more for a truck. We took the electric vehicle and the minute we got I. The car and turned in the AC the whole car smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to cancel the car because it was not drivable. And had to go rent a car elsewhere. Terrible experience. And they wasted 2 hours of our day.Reviewed May 14 2024

We waited an hour to pick up our car after arrivong a bit early and it seemed uncertain whether we would get one at all. The seemingly only person working inside did not try to organize or direct the room of 10+ people waiting at all. Then, they were snippy when questions were asked and we attempted to sign in to ensure we'd get a car in the order we arrived. Might be fine for a long trip because of the price, but don't rent if you need to be elsewhere at a certain time or just for a weekend. It's not worth the wait.Reviewed May 13 2024

I completed my pre check in as it said “avoid the line” and just pick up your car. I already pre paid for the car and when I got there, I showed them my Apple Card via my cell phone as I do not have a “physical” card. They would not accept me not having a physical card even tho it was pre paid and my card was charged—— and I pre checked in! So I had to make a new reservation while I was at the counter, made me run late to my meeting and I had to pay 2 times for a car rental! I will never use them again.Reviewed May 13 2024
