Excellent staff, going the extra mile
Pros: The staff at check in was excellent; helpful lady on duty with a couple of queries beyond the car rental business. Also at drop off, they gave us a lift to the train station (unusual for travellers) and ensure there was a train scheduled before he left.

Great staff
Pros: Waiting for me even after multiple airline delays. The staff at Comiso office were great. They were there waiting for me. Very friendly and professional.
