I arrived after a full day of flying across country and was exhausted. The woman handling my rental had already chosen a car which would not have been my preference. I arrived at the counter by wheelchair and explained that I needed a car with a more upright seat. She disregarded my comments and said to check the car and come back to the counter if I wanted to switch. At this point, handling my bags and walking with a crutch, this was an unrealistic expectation on her part. I managed to use the car, but found it painful getting in and out of it.Reviewed Oct 22 2021
