I arrived after a full day of flying across country and was exhausted. The woman handling my rental had already chosen a car which would not have been my preference. I arrived at the counter by wheelchair and explained that I needed a car with a more upright seat. She disregarded my comments and said to check the car and come back to the counter if I wanted to switch. At this point, handling my bags and walking with a crutch, this was an unrealistic expectation on her part. I managed to use the car, but found it painful getting in and out of it.Reviewed Oct 22 2021

Pros:Price was good and the car was nice and clean.Cons:When I dropped off at JFK Airport, I was in dire need of a restroom after driving across New York and getting stuck in traffic. The woman at the desk didn’t want to give the code to use the restroom. I guess that will teach me not to have White Privilege.Reviewed May 1 2021

Pros:The disinfectant sticker and smooth pick up.Cons:The pickup location was unable to get information on other locations one way vehicle selection. I had a busy day and was trying to find a vehicle in a location closer to my work. Drop off location was under staffed and some what unprofessional looking. The vehicle had scratching, some plastic missing from the body, and dirt around the passage door on the interior (making me question the disinfectant sticker).Reviewed Aug 1 2020

Wonderful experience.Pros:Pickup, dropopff easy. Car worked fine. It also helped that small airport experience meant I didn't have to shuttle somewhere way off somewhere in the distance. That was a big plus, but says less about the company than the fact that the Harrisburg, PA airport is small.Reviewed Nov 20 2017
