Could have been better. Mesage on dashboard said one tire was low -- personnel should have seen that. Had to go in and get them to put more air in! Car wasn't washed and the windshield was full of bugs. Had to clean it myself. Personnel thought it was my privilege to rent from Hertz -- not the other way around.Reviewed May 4 2024

Hertz scammed me – I selected a date on the website, they booked me for a different one, and didn't allow me to change or cancel the trip they wrongly scheduled. I ended up having to book another one with a different company at the airport.Reviewed May 3 2024

Some issues with not being able to call in beforehand to confirm details of the reservation. Also with not being able to check in and go directly to my car when I arrived, like it said I would. Also with both the phone system and website saying the location I was picking up from was closed when my flight touched down, which was luckily not true (flight arrived after midnight). Also the car’s language had been set to something not English. Also the electric car’s battery was down to 10%, so I had to find a manager and be given another one. Got home around 3 am, instead of 1:30. But in the end, it was overall a good experience. The car I eventually got was good, the manger lady who helped me sort things out once I brought it to her attention was good, and drop off was easy.Reviewed May 3 2024

The charges i saw in Kayak and what Hertz charged me at the site was different. I did pay for CDW at Kayak, however, Hertz asked me to pay that again. It was very confusing. Appreciate if Kayak can advice why i was charged again by Hertz.Reviewed May 2 2024
