Pros:a clean, very nice car. Bigger than expected, which proved to be very useful.
Cons:The guy at dropoff was not friendly and made faces when I did not know what kind of car Sequoia is
Pros:Check in and Check out were excellent. Nice, fast and easy. The Jeep Cherokee we got was brand new.
Cons:We ordered a Toyota 4 Runner (or similar) and got a Jeep Cherokee. A Jeep Cherokee is not even close to a 4 Runner. A 4 Runner has a third row plus it is longer with more storage space in total. This vacation was a lot of driving around the Teton's and Yellowstone, about 1000 miles total. We had 5 people, my wife and I along with our 3 teenage daughters (15,15 & 17). The kids were jammed in the 2nd row for long periods of driving and the luggage barley fit when we needed it too. The Hertz desk personnel offered a Chevrolet Traverse but at an additional $30/day. This actually is an equivalently sized vehicle and I don't believe we should have been charged more for it....thus the bait and switch.

Pros:Staff was friendly. Pick up was slow because two planes landed at jac at same time. Drop off was very quick.
Pros:Nothing. We cancelled the reservation because of high price and then they moved the car pick up from airport

Cons:The person on staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed annoyed I was there to pick up my car. My car was wet inside like it was cleaned with a power washer and not dried out. It also had a lot of hail damage.
