Equipment was out of order in the fitness facility. Pool was closed the whole time with no explanation why. The elevators were the tiniest I have ever seen in my life. Staff was accommodating with early check-in as well as holding our luggage after check-out.

Cons (-) The first morning we were woken up to the cleaners trying to get in our room multiple times with the key, it wasnt even 9am, (we were moving to another room the second night so we had to be out of there not until 11, we had two reservations for the two nights due to a free night and both nights were not booked in same room) the second morning,again, woken up around 8 to someone saying they were th...

Pros (+) Clean and modern rooms, close to public transportation (Skytrain and buses). Lots of food in the area. Staff was excellent from front concierge to the maid service. Pool and gym were nice, public restrooms were well maintained in the fitness area and they provide extra towels.
Cons (-) No safe or microwave in the room and no breakfast included. We would have liked at least one kids channel (Disney/Nickelodeon/Cartoon Network). The majority was news or movie channels which is difficult to censor for children.

Pros (+) The location i believe is great. Not in downtown, but in Vancouver center. Which was great for us. Just a 5 minute walk to the nearest sky train station.
