Pros (+) Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. We slept well and enjoyed our stay.
Cons (-) There are potential noise issues here depending on neighbors and room location. We were lucky on both fronts, although the view from our window certainly left a lot to be desired.

Pros (+) The staff was the best part of the stay - so accommodating with all requests and generally pleasant. Was also kept very clean in both the room and common areas. Loved the convenience of the in room fridge as well as the fantastic balconies.
Cons (-) If city noise bothers you, perhaps choose another site. I was on the 18th floor and could hear the street traffic very clearly. However it’s a city, so that should be expected. I live in a noisy area anyways so this was ok for me. The pillows though were soooo terrible. Flat awful things. Really, they were the only bad part of the trip.

Cons (-) Checkin agent didn't recognize status and would have not given us our breakfast vouchers if i had not asked, that also promoted the offer of two free waters based on our status (gold). Breakfast was the same both days. Also a bit surprised that the only asian influence to breakfast was plain white rice. I would have thought that there would be some other asian influence to the buffet.
