I had an excellent stay at the Laylow. It has a great location, has been renovated, and has a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got coffee there a few mornings and had some great meals at the restaurant. Thank you!
The Laylow Hotel (Marriott Brand) is a hidden gem in Honolulu. It’s a stones throw to great restaurants and shopping and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff there are awesome . This is likely because their Assistant General Manager - Ben - spends time in each Department. I saw him at the front desk, the valet, and by the pool. I’m sure he probably spent time in the restaurant as well. He appears to be an active wonderful leader which likely trickles down to his staff being awesome too. We would definitely stay again!
