Pros. I liked the fact that it was on Kuhio and close to everything in the area. I stayed for 1 short night and picked this location primarily because it was cheap and I wasn’t spending my whole vacation here.
Cons. Murphy bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Room is pretty congested once you pull the Murphy bed out. The doors that hide the Murphy bed didn’t fold all the way when opened, so when I looked to the side while sleeping saw a bi-fold door panel. The bathrooms are decent.
Cons. When I got there the check in was closed I slept on the street ...still trying to get a refund..
Pros. Room was clean
Cons. The staff, very rude. $250 deposit that I won't get back for 2-5 days?!?! Where was that KAYAK? I sure didn't see it when you advertised the hotel. On Yelp there was numerous complaints about that. Both women at desk were rude, didn't attempt to tell me how to get to my room, I asked where elevator was she said "its over there pointing with her head while she was looking at her desk".
Pros. Location to beach and restaurants was good

Pros. That the room was clean and that we got everyday a clean bed and clean towels. It was also nice that we were able to cook food if we wanted to.
Cons. The mattress was too old, it was very soft, my husband and I rolled to the center of the bed the whole time. Way too much noise in the night from the disco a couple of yards away from our bedroom, this woke us up every time and kept us awake for quit a while. The fridge made a lot of noise, which woke us up also from time to time, the fridge was very small. Our first night we had to sleep in another hotel because the hotel was closed at 10 pm. Not so handy, normally hotels are open 24/7, so we had to pay this night 2 hotels since the Kuhio Banyan was already paid for.
Cons. The hotel charged me an additional $15 per day for "hotel fees" that were NOT mentioned anywhere on your website. I traveled alone and was on a budget and this was very disappointing. I don't mind paying whatever the price is as long as I know ahead of time when I book it online. I don't expect to be surprised by hidden charges after I've already arrived and have no other place to go. This is false advertising and I regretfully will not be using your site again.
Pros. Good price, good location, very nice staff
Cons. The toilet made a weird screaming/crying noise all night.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't have parking, the street parking is free after 6pm but at 6am its not, I had gotten a ticket because I didn't get up on time to feed the meter, and the meter only holds up to 2hrs than the time expires. Other than that love the staff, the setting and hospitality.
