Room was dusty. There is no daily housekeeping. You only get it once. They should mention this on their website when booking. They gave us a view of the chimneys. We asked to be changed to another room and they said they were fully booked. The person at the reception was not the nicest. The second night I spoke to the manager and she kindly switched us.
They do not clean the room during your visit. Do not relenish coffee bar, soap, towels, do not make bed although they may strip your bed as they did mine!!! Said due to covid ( over 2 years), you do not get service. Motel 6 gives more service than this Hilton!
Pros. Room was INCREDIBLY small and not as nice as I would expect Hilton’s to be.
Cons. Paint on walls were bubbled and messy. Cords carelessly stretched around the room looking disorganized. Bathroom needed refinishing, caulk was black and just seemed dirty.
Pros. Beautiful decor. Elegant feel. Super comfortable bed.
Cons. A mint on the pillow.
