The man at the front was beyond nice & accommodating. The bed was comfy & the heater kept us warm. We were in town to explore Zion so weren't looking for a 5-star hotel. We definitely enjoyed our stay and got a few nights of good sleep.
Great value. It is close to Zion and was nice and clean.
Close to zion 35 minutes, room clean: fridge n microwave in room. 1 of 3 pillow-very flat needs to be replaced. Contenental breakfast-pastries no variety-cheap product.Apples only,no oranges.
Great bed and pillows, nice large room. Good location to go into town and Zion NP is roughly 40min away, nice drive there. Free coffee in room Microwave and bar fridge in room Shower was a tiny trickle I thought breakfast was included, if I wanted it I had to pay extra $5 Dated bedding Small bathroom
Close to Zion Terrible Wifi connection
Hotel was overbooked and manager was rude.
It was...available. Grungy and overpriced. Might as well stay in Springdale.
Great price. Large room. Helpful staff.
It is of the cheapest places to stay near Zion National Park. You can have waffles, toast, or 2 cereals for breakfast. Some fruit or a healthy option would have been nice.
my room and the lobby had an overpowering smell of curry and all my clothes had the smell of curry when I left the hotel
What you get for the price is great - clean rooms, decent beds. The pool is in good condition, and breakfast is adequate at the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Location is good. 35 minutes to Zion. Beds ok. Pool was out of order. Room smelling bad. AC super loud.
Dish network was nice. The lobby smelled horrible, making the breakfast in the morning unappetizing. The rooms were dingy and the bathroom in our room was so gross. So much dirt and grime in the corners. The toilet seemed clean, but the rest was pretty disgusting.
Cheapest in that area, staff are very friendly, has a refrigerator and microwave in the room, 30 minute drive to Zion National Park, and UTV Adventure tour is 20 minutes away. Beds are hard and linens were dirty
I liked how friendly the staff were, The breakfast was delicious. I would stay again. Had a hard time finding them because the name was different than what the actual name is. I had on my reservation paper Comfort Inn, not Quality Inn. The first night, we walk in and there is a gatorade bottle on the floor, and urine around the bottom of the toilet. The rest of our stay the room was kept clean and toilet cleaned.
Great staff Clean
We were there one night. The staff was kind and the room clean. It was a good location to be in the town of Hurricane for a race. Breakfast had many options. It was a pleasant room for the money and met our needs. The shower was hot but the water pressure not very strong. When we left our room, there wasn't a staff member at the front desk so we left the keys on the desk.
Nice sized room with fridge/microwave in the room. DirectTV and coffee maker also a plus. Complimentary breakfast every morning. All of these enhanced our stay.
Close to Zion, had great ac, refrigerator and microwave. Feels old, no elevator, windows hardly opened.
Staff was very nice and helpful, everything seemed clean. Bed and pillows were just so so, entrance to the room was really weird I felt like I was going to walk into the wall as soon as I entered the door. Farther from Zion than we would have liked.
Bed was amazing. Room was big but definitely not quiet. Continental breakfast was sub par. A guy with no shirt, a lady with no shoes, the hotel staff should have asked them to be properly dressed, this is a health dept violation. Despite these things I will stay here again and was comfortable. I've asked for a receipt 3 times and still don't have one. I want to make sure I wasn't charged for anything extra, guess I'll watch my bank account instead of relying on them
The staff was friendly at all times, rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Would stay again.
Easy to get to zions NP Needed change to use their dryers but there's no change machine.... Not a big deal
- We changed rooms 4 times because they were just not clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and even under de covers in the beds!! There was still water in one of the baths which we didn't mind until we also found hairs in the water and hairs in the bed. And also in one room the carpet definitely wasn't vacuumed. Terrible! And it was to late at night to go on a search for another hotel. So finally the fourth room was clean enough for us to stay in. And all we got was a O I'm sorry after the first two moves. Never staying in a Best Western again.
Price was too high. Very small room.
The beds were a very hard.
Room was clean and very nice. Staff was friendly. Room was sort of small. Breakfast was packed and not very well restocked. Trashcans were overflowing.
The temperature in the room was hard to get comfortable. Not to mention that someone left our window open that when we first arrived our room was freezing. For being a new hotel the bed was uncomfortable and didn't seem to be new bed. The fitted sheets kept coming off mattress due to not fitting properly. The doors slam for all guests that is very disturbing. The TV channel selection was very limited. The breakfast food was not that great.
Brand new, hot pool and spa! I highly recommend it.
Overall the hotel offers all things necessary. The location was a little further from Zion National Park than I had expected or would have liked.
My wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will highly recommend this hotel to our families and friends. Absolutely nothing
Location was convenient and price was great for the area The closest restaurant is 5 miles away.
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was awesome. I came for a funeral in Hurricane. I stayed in the hotel room with my daughter and two little grandbabies. I always stress about whether a room will be clean and bed bug free. I was told by my Aunt that every HolidayInn Express she ever stayed in was nice so I gave it a shot. It was worth it. I checked over the entire room and all was well. It was nice to stay somewhere we could be comfortable and not afraid of the kids being on the floor. The TV shows available to kids was lacking a bit. The shower curtain in the bathroom is too small for the whole tub area The tub is awesome, but it would be helpful if there were two curtains or at least a bigger one.
this was a very positive experience. and I clearly recommend a stay here. the hosts made us feel like family. they went out of their way to make our stay a great one. we had a lower level of the home to ourselves that included a full kitchen and family room. there is only one bathroom to share with the other guest bedroom.
Great location off of highway; near food and amenities. I was a younger, solo, female traveler arriving after midnight. While I felt ok, I didn't feel 100% comfortable at this hotel.
Not too far from Zion. Fridge and a microwave. Large room. Nice bed and pillows. Located near a lot of food, gas, and other shopping places. Needs some detailed cleaning. I.e. Corners were dusty.
Only supplied Soft Pillows. Need to have give option between Soft and Firm.
Breakfast was good. Had a lot of Choices and all were fresh. The exercise room lacked equipment. Was a disappointment.
Price and location We were in room 225 . Apparently the main air conditioning unit is above or very close to that room because it was very noisy all night.
Not much... close to freeway we reserved through priceline. During check in they wanted to charge us again. When we went to our room there was still trash from previous people. The room had a stale order. It definitely is an older property. The swimming pool basically shares parking lot with gas station and food place. Would never go there again
Lobby staff was very kind accommodating. Pillows and sheets were clean and nice, bed was comfy as well. Everything I could ask for.
