The agent at the Cedar Rapids airport (CID) was early for her shift. None of the competitive companies showed up on time. Cheers to Her!!!! The staff at the drop off site near Allen Road in Peoria were friendly, efficient-- great team.

Super easy pick up and drop off.

Cons:

My vehicle was clearly used by a family before us. When gathering our personal items we found old chips and toys shoved under the seats. Not to big of a deal. But thought it should be mentioned.

The car itself was fine for what we needed but we paid double what we were quoted due to undisclosed fees. Overall, won't be doing it again.

Avis left before I arrived at 1130. I called Hotwire and they said they talked to Avis people next day at location, but impossible because they were closed. So I got gouged by Hertz. Will never use Hotwire, Kayak or Avis again
