Jackson hotels near Jackson Hole and Greater Yellowstone Visitor Center

Pros: Hotel is decorated with beautiful art features everywhere. The room had high quality linens and beautiful granite countertops in the bathroom. We had a king room with a large window seat that was perfect for reading at.

Cons: the only thing missing would have been bath robes and a wine opener in the rooms.

Pros: Very comfortable and modern amenities. The most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had. Overall this place was a great value for the money.

Pros: The location is excellent- in the center of town. Parking is easy in the hotel lot. The restaurant is fabulous, and the bar with live music is fun. It is like being at a resort. We were pampered with chocolate on the turned down bed, robes and slippers in the room and luxurious soap, shampoo and lotion. We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at The Wort!

Pros: The atmosphere of the hotel is awesome. The location of the hotel is awesome. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. The Silver Dollar Bar & Grill is good.

Cons: We were there at the this same time last year. This year it seemed that they may have been short handed or something. The service wasn't as good as last year. There were a couple of nights there was no turn down service. The last night we didn't have enough towels. One night the room service menu for breakfast the next day was never picked up (it was out by 8:30 p.m. the night before). Service in the restaurant was extremely slow on occasion (like no waitress appeared for 10 mins or more to even take drink orders). Also, there were days that the food wasn't quite as good as others in both the bar and restaurant.

Pros: The staff were great. They didn't have the king bed we had reserved the night we got there, but were able to switch us to one the next day--needless to say the first night of our stay was rough and we couldn't sleep well because they gave away the bed we ordered, but the staff were very helpful.

Cons: It was clean, for the most part, but we did have a rat in the walls and ceiling of our room that kept scurrying around at night and woke us up a few times.

Cons: We stayed in Jackson at another hotel earlier in the week before our reservation at the Wort. We happened to eat at the grill restaurant in the hotel and the service was awful. Our server took our appetizer before we were finished and tried to take a half full drink of mine away. We didn't receive our entrees until an hour after we were seated with a 35 minute wait between the appetizer being taken away and the entree appearing. When we asked if our food was coming the staff was unhelpful though our food appeared shortly thereafter. I have no problem with a kitchen running behind or an order being forgotten, but it is not okay to not acknowledge the issue. They took 20% off our bill but given that the food was mediocre at best, we left very dissatisfied. We plan to come back to Jackson Hole but will not be returning to eat at the hotel, nor would we reccomend it.

Pros: Location is very good and the hotel has charm. Keurig coffee makers in the room are a real plus.

Cons: The lighting in the room was not adequate. I was charged on my Amex card $100 per day for incidentals at check-in which I thought was highly unusual. We had no charges but several days later I have still not been refunded. Staff was only average.

Pros: Due to an error on my part our reservation got messed up. Management fixed it for us with no penalty. Excellent service!

Cons: Front desk staff exhibited less than professional customer service skills. We requested twice to have in room ice maker fixed and no one ever redponded or checked back with us.

Cons: Great restaurant but we were not made aware it was shutting down for “off season” when we checked in. We got food the first night and that was all.

Pros: The location is great and the bed was very comfortable. I love the happy hour at the bar. My room had a good amount of space.

Cons: The breakfast was pretty lame but I just looked at it as a bonus. The separate shower/toilet was very dark and in my room a little beat up with parts of the wall patched but not painted.

Pros: The decor was beyond spacious was fantastically western. The staff was extremely hospitable. Once in the room we never left, it was that luxurious! The room had a soaking tub that was to die for! The room had two king beds and still plenty of room. It was also incredibly quiet. Amazing location just off "the square."

Pros: Beautiful property with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very nice for couples. Nice location for walking to the city center.

Cons: The carpet in the room has a huge bump indicating the carpet was not laid correctly. This is an accident waiting to happen. The breakfast was mostly sugary carbs and yogurt. Would like to see hard boiled eggs and fruit for a healthier option.

Cons: Parking was tight but we were in our new truck traveling from Idaho so it is a full size Ram 2500, she's a beast and can be hard to park anyways

Pros: Everything was incredible, It was my wife's birthday weekend and they helped me so much. Answered mail after email for months, help to make sure her suprise cake was in her room. Complementary shuttle and every staff member were amazing!!

Pros: This inn has individual cabins, many by the creek that runs through the property. Excellent atmosphere. Outdoor lounging by their firepits. Right across from the elk migration path. Walking distance to Jackson square. Super friendly staff. Shuttle service

Cons: See above. If I hadn't had guests with me, I would have refused the rooms and had a talk with the manager. I have really travelled a lot, both in the US and internationally and have never had a room or suite misrepresented before. I was trying to stay someplace special as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law. What a disappointment.

Cons: Shower didn’t have good pressure. Keys needed to be rebooted frequently. Didn’t feel informed beforehand that most of the attractions and stores would be closed when we arrived. Spa and restaurant were closed entire stay.

Pros: I loved the location, and the area. Jackson is such a fun town, and the Ranch Inn has a wonderful location- it is close to everything. The staff was extremely helpful, and they were good help with the weather. The rooms were also exceptionally clean.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the view from our window was the parking lot. Even then,.\ that is being extremely nitpicky. Even then, you can upgrade to a room with a better view.. everything overall was great.
