We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful The hotel was just a little too far out of Paris city
the food was excellent, well presented, and wait staff and kitchen personnel were very helpful. the carpet in room 501(my room) and the hallways were soiled and quite tired.
Confortable bads, easy to get to the center of Paris The carpet was not clean and not vacuum cleaned.
bed comfortable...appreciated coffee making facility
Nice, clear, quiet Little far from center
Nice staff, Rooms are fine, Trainstation to Paris centre within 10 minutes walk Price breakfast too high
The underground parking was great and secure in a city this near to Paris and was definitely worth the money. The room could have been a little larger as we were with 3 and a baby bed, but is was not bad regarding the cheap offer we had and it was for only 1 night ikn our case
Staff very friendly and helpful. They give us directions to get out of Paris.
The staff was very helpful and very friendly The hotel is very far from the rer station, it was a nightmare with my luggages. Then the rer station is very far from the centre of Paris, it took me 2h to get to my business meeting!
The location though not in the centre of Paris was easily accessible by rer was picturesque and quite. Had a market right outside the hotel on a Saturday. The room was very large and clean and had some toiletries in the bathroom for guests. A/c in the rooms. Staff friendly and helpfuly, mostly. Breakfast was expensive. Our mini bar fridge was not working and was never fixed even though we requested it to be. Also Safe in room needed to be reset by the mgr which never happend even after it was requested.
value for money
Good budget-priced no-frills hotel with basic amenities, not in the centre of Paris but with easy access.
Nothing The hotel was horrible. Dirty, staff didn't know how to run a credit card, lobby was locked when I returned in the evening in the scary town, dirst room, trash on floors in hallways and laundry linens piled high when I stepped off the elevator. Horrible!
Fantastic check-in staff, reception open late, excellent bar and restaurant staff. Room was well proportioned, warm shower. Noisy guests talking in corridor in the early hours, TV did not show many channels, had a slightly run down feel to the place.
Convenient location to our family. Not too far from airport. Close to bus and train. Could have liked restaurants closer to the hotel ;-)
Location to RER Station, Reception and bar staff friendly Tried double room bed sheets clean but blanket soiled, toilet seat insecure.Returned to reception to request move to room with 2 single beds again blanket stained mold spots on ceiling both rooms require decoration and good clean. Annoying noise coming from Bathroom sounded like coming from plumbing when other taps turned on in other rooms
It was close to Vincennes, the horse racing arena The staff
Hotel stuff was nice to us and the hotel is not far from Paris. There is an RER station near the hotel.
Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad. No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Brand new Hotel with a very Chic attitude. We didn't stay in paris Long enough. At least 3 nights is needed to get a sense of this Beautiful City.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommended and great price.
Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite the fact that there was a staff member behind the bar. I asked if we could take a bottle of beer ( in the refrigerator ) to the room and the staff member made it clear he didn't want to answer the same question more than once. I've been to Paris many times and I don't recall a midnight curfew for alcohol. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they hadn't marketed the 24/7 canteen so heavily. The service was essentially hostel service.
very clear, friendly staff, nice rooms shower kind of tiny, no parking space other than paying, not even for the first hour in which people come loaded with luggage and have to choice but to pay for the parking.
Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks Great staff service offer to contact taxi but high priced just to CDG 2 A
We really appreciated how clean and functional the room was, a very small micro-studio but designed well with clean countertops, a very clean bathroom, and easy to use controls for blinds/shower/tv etc. The large bed and towels were very comfortable. It was also helpful to have a casual restaurant/bar onsite, we had everything we needed after a long drive to the airport. The computer check-in was new for us and confusing at first, but the attendant was extremely helpful with all of our questions.
I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was coming from vacation and I had spent most of my Euro's by the time I was checking out of hotel.
Very modern and clean. Good service and in-room amenities. Free wifi...and easy check-in-check out Walking distance to the Airport price was a little higher
small room, but clean, modern, and convenient location
Hands off but fully available approach to customer service. Fully digitally connected as well as humanly connected. The staff is always available and extremely friendly. Fantasic rooms with great digital access on both entertainment and communication/internet. This is in my top ten hotels ever. I have been travelling for over 25 years worldwide. There was nothing I didn't like excecpt maybe the price of the brekfast buffett.
Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesitation staying at a citizenM hotel again. Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.
Very close to cdgval, efficient and clean. Many dining options but basic food. Rooms are very basic.
Ibis is conveniently located near the RER and the CDGVAL, very accessible. It is quiet, rooms are clean and decent price for one night's rest, before heading back home.
Easy, convenient access to Charles de Gaulle airport. Free wifi. Rooms are small but use space efficiently, so there was enough room for everything.
Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area. room shower smelled mouldy.
The beds were great and the staff were helpful Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.
Shabby room. Waited over an hour to check in. Never received the wake up call I requested. Almost missed my flight.
i cant really say as i was there for a few hrs b4 my flight back home to australia...but overall i had a few good hrs sleep well since its close to the airport the noise of the planes were pretty loud
Old and dingy. I thought from the reviews and pictures it was new, but the place was pretty rough.
Efficient staff The suite was not 5 star based on the Australian 5 star rating. Note only one robe, fittings in the bathroom need seeing too as well as some varnish
Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Vrey clean nice atomsphere. The hotel shuttle service (Blackline?) is really bad. If travelling with luggage it will be a nightmare for older or infirm persons. It is however free, so can't complain too much.......Nowhere quiet to have a meal.
The bartender that night was great. The lady at the front desk when I first checked in was very nice and helpful. The shower was nice. It's close to CDG. I had requested a late checkout when I booked the hotel, and they told me that was possible, but when I checked in, they had no record of my request. I ended up having to pay 25€ to upgrade, which would also get me free breakfast in the morning, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The next day, I got a call at 12:30 telling me that checkout was at 12:00 and that it was 10€ per hour to stay later. I told them I'd already paid for the upgrade last night. They looked around and found it and apologized for the confusion. Then as I checked out, they told me I had to pay 26€ for breakfast. I had to go through the whole thing all over again and show them my receipt before they sorted it out. Rooms were run down. Heat was on one temperature only, and adjusting the thermostat didn't help. I had to open the windows it was so hot. Food was mediocre and over priced. The menus they gave us were old, so the food was actually 5€ more than it even showed on the menu, and it wasn't good. (And they didn't tell us about the price difference until they brought the bill.) This hotel is in no way a 4 star hotel. There are tons of hotels in that area close to CDG. Stay at one of those.
Both dinner and breakfast, particularly the latter, were good. Personally, as a Cordon Bleu and now living in France, I would have preferred something more specialised, not just Steak and Chips however good it was - and it was. I am not sure if it was the hotel to blame or only the driver of the shuttle but I ended up at the wrong terminal and had to walk for 40 mins to get to the right one. May I suggest that certainly the Millenium, maybe all the hotels at Roissy, should keep a list of which airlines fly from which terminals. I was travelling by Air Transat and should have been taken to Terminal 3 not 2a.
Original price was honoured by booking com. Good accommodation for the price.
No free internet
The hotel is very convinient to reach from the Airport by using the black bus. it stops right in fornt of the hotel.Nice breakfast.
Hotel functioned well, was clean and reception staff were helpful. Bar was very poor - highly priced and staff not really suited to the role. Communication not their thing.
While the room wasn't the prettiest, the bed, internet, and shower were all fantastic. For my 8 hour visit before an early morning flight, this is what I needed. I wouldn't stay here for the decor! but for a budget place that meets all the essentials near the airport, it's great.
nothing The price wat to high and we slept with all the painters in the hallway we had to jump over the paint cans and it smelled. We could not move in the room the beds were to close to each other and that all for $250 / a night.
Fabulously convenient location--just walk out of hotel and into Charles De Gaulle airport. Elegant decor. A surprisingly delicious dinner in the restaurant with friends. A good breakfast. I think the room as a little hot. I was too tired to try and fiddle with the thermostat so perhaps that was fixable.
Location and price nothing it was all good
once found (they were still putting the signs up in the terminal, very convenient place to stay. it was surprisingly quiet. stained carpet, small rooms, cant open the windows for fresh air, to the extent that it was a relief to get outside the next morning
We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.
When needing being close to the airport it is very convenient.
been connect to the airport and to the train station
Room was very clean with all of the necessities. Very good location if coming in on SNCF train or on plain. When first arrived was given a room that the guests had not yet checked out of and it had not been cleaned. Hotel quickly gave us another room but we were disturbed we were given a key to someone else's room and had access to their baggage.
Really liked the hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Great staff and "inside" the airport. The shuttle to the airport is right out the hotel. 5 minutes and you're in the terminal 2. The price was a bit high.
the hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful and room was the best i stayed in during my week of bussiness
At airport Convenient Breakfast good Carpet dirty Bathroom mildew on tiles Air freshener too strong
A good choice for an overnight stay when leaving CDG on a morning flight. Excellent restaurant
Excellent location, virtually 20 minutes to gate. Very nice staff at reception and quick check-in. Would appreciate if extra blankets are provided. Can be quite cool at night. A/C did not seem to heat up sufficiently.
Proximity to Airport The Air conditional didn't work Speed of the internet connection was really poor
Location was great. Very quiet rooms. Our second room had numerous small problems. I'm sure if I contacted the staff it could have been corrected. But sometimes, you just want to go to sleep.
It´s location, easy to walk there and easy to walk to the next flight. Room service was efficient. The service in the restaurant. They told me to wait for a while to attend me. After 10 minutes waiting I left.
Generally up to Sheraton standard. The end. Shower had no pressure and temp fluctuated. Needs to have power outlets near the nightstands.
The special offer that made it possible for us to stay there, the positive attitude of the staff, the excellent breakfast included in the price, the spacy and beautifully and practically equipped room, the welcome gift. Because our arrival at the airport by plane was late, we didn't want to risk not to get into central Paris by public transport that late evening/night due to delays, therefore it was essential to stay at a hotel as close as possible to the airport - like this one - to continue to the airport early the next day. Nothing special.
The quick service and the convenient location
Location is superb as you can walk to all halls in terminal 2 without having to take a shuttle. Some equipment begins to date. It is time for Sheraton to do some upgrades.
Only the location Smoking room, but even the bedding smelled! Made us wonder if it was even washed. Restaurant staff were rude and uncooperative. Served a glass of wine from a .75L bottle then told us they had no .75L bottles to sell us - only .375L bottles. Waiter couldn't understand our confusion andade no effort to try. Poor.
Convienience - right in the airport Shower was inoperative and only one bathsize towel, until I requested more.
We loved everything! Very comfy room (Club Room), with a bathroom with shower and bath separated, spacius, minibar, tv, a veeery comfy bed and pillows. And the location! Superb! The hotel is inside terminal 2e at Paris -cdg . If you have a conection, as we had, you have at your feet the airport itself, the tvg and Trains from and to Paris/Europe. From the main entrance you can see the gare downstairs. The restaurant is very good, the staff couldn't be better. next time we'll stay there and take the train to and from Paris. Just perfect! The automatic minibar and tray in the room. If you simply touch it, you're billed automatically. I don't like this "modernity".
We had a 7am international flight. Their first shuttle was 5:15 putting us to airport at wrong terminal at 5:45. Had to take a taxi. Wish i had stayed in paris central. I stayed at an airport hotel for their free shuttle service but ended up taking a taxi...
The buffet at the hotel's resturaunt was quick, tasty and convenient. We stayed at this hotel only to catch a very early flight. It was very close to the airport. Minor items only like no tea kettle and s shower head that would not stay up.
The staff were really great. And the Room was nice and quiet. Everything was great.
Free wifi. Free airport shuttle. Friendly staff. Near a walkable town/neighborhood. Nothing negative to say. It was a nice overnight rest stop before heading to the CDG airport.
Decent hotel. Clean, safe, friendly desk clerks, convenient to CDG airport, which is why we booked it. The Golden Tuplib uses 2 twin beds pushed together in lieu of an actual Queen or King sized mattress. This is not as comfortable, due to the seam and rigid area between the beds. This is a common trend in European hotels, and it is lamentable. Have they not heard of larger mattresses? Do they not experience the same discomfort?
The fact that we only had to stay here one night. Gross.
When in transit, and not enough time for Paris, this colony of moderate cost hotel chains is convenient. You can walk into the village for dinner, sleep and leave next day. That's what they do. Clean and quick. No taxi wants to go tot he airport for less that 25 euros (7km). UBER is 7-8 Euros. There is a free bus to the TGV/RER station in terminal 2G, then you take Navette N1 or N2 to your subterminal.
The shuttle from the airport to the hotel pases frequently and is a short ride. The room was great, clean, and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would come back.
Clean. Good shuttle service. Close to the airport only takes 10 mins to get there. Space age tablet room control was more of a gimmick than functional
Nice staff, good rate, not fancy but adequate` I asked for a morning wake up call that never came which caused me to almost oversleep and be late for the airport.
Only its location It was very overpriced. It was also a very poor quality room and very small. We have stayed in much nicer rooms for 1/3 the cost.
Comfortable bed and shuttle service to the airport. The room was very small, difficult to move about with four pieces of luggage.
staff was not very competent food was expensive and mediocre
Very nice service in the Hotel I had a old room with bad wallpaper and a very used bathroom.
The closeness to CDG, which made our start on Saturday am so much less stressful. When we checked into the room, there was no coffee, no sugar, no milk available for us to make a drink. There was only 1 set of towels visible, the others were in the wardrobe, but had not seen these.
You don't hear one sound there, not from outside, nor from hotel inside. It was great for rest.
Transport to the airport, great beds
The free shuttle bus to the tgv station I felt the staff could have been more friendly
The general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and prompt to arrive. My sister and I wanted to eat breakfast at the bar in the hotel (since breakfast was listed on the menu as a possibility) but it was strangely not open and we had to find food somewhere else. Otherwise, there was nothing we didn't like.
Proximity to airport. Great place to stay if you have an early morning flight. The service in the restaurant was painfully slow, and the food was not worth the wait.
The hotel was fantastic, having extremely comfortable and relaxing rooms. There was a very nice tub and shower, with a very plush bed. The facilities were also fantastic, with a nice pool area. The bar is directly downstairs as well, where you can have them uncork you a bottle and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. What a great refresher on a long trip! Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Nothing.
All of the staff were very welcoming & helpful. Especially Sandrine @ the front desk who was nice enough to upgrade our room & give us a late checkout! All the other staff were equally accomadating. The hotel was clean quiet & well maintained, it was a nice preflight stay.
concept and design, I like it. flatiron, hope there is one.
easy access to airport and free transfer no resturant
the design of the room , the Staff was mostly unkind, very unprofessional , Brakfest was the whorse i have ever seen !
clean, excelent, good breakfast
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room large and clean. Free shuttle bus to CDG, You can then get a train or bus into Paris. I didn't realise before booking there wasn't a dining room? I wasn't expecting to have to go eat somewhere else. There are 2 other places to eat and the food was good.
Spacious and nice layout, equiped with microwave. Very clean and quiet. Hard to get a live receptionist thru the phone.
Nothing absolutely nothing the service was poor TV and internet did not work and staff at front desk was aatrocious. See above
the room was overheated and the staff wouldn't care and they were rude.
Modern and clran.
The staff at this hotel is the worst I have ever seen,
rooms, staff, very far from city center, no transportation access near it,
Nothing special It is located not at the terminal but in 15-20 minnutes away by shuttle bus. It is not clearly mentioned that actually there are 3 different Novotels there and you need to carefully check which one is the right one.
The hotel was extremely comfortable, we especially appreciated the 'Wellbeing Centre' - gym, pool, sauna, steam room, etc. It was a great way to end a four week Eropean tour and prepare for 24 hours travel to Australia. As we were checking in, the desk clerk efficiently offered information about our departing flight the following morning (ours was an overnight stay in preparation for an international flight). She confirmed the terminal for us and that the flight was on time. While the airport shuttle bus isn't specifically the hotel's responsibility, the route it takes is rediculous if one seeks terminal one. We spent over 50 minutes on the bus and even began picking up new passengers and returned to a stop immediately beside the hotel before getting to terminal one. The desk staff should be encouraged to advise guests heading for terminal one that the route is impractical and that they should either use a differnt shuttle bus (if an alternative exists), or take a cab. The actual distance from the hotel was under ten minutes, but we took over 50 minutes on the bus - and were late for our flight as a result.
easy to live even with a 21 month baby The service maid is knocking at the door at 9 am, we were sleeping, they should check before if the people are at the breakfast or not. The shuttle system is very poor, why don't you stop at CDG 2B ? long run on foot through CDG
A nice evening meal at a reasonable cost Price of beer in the restaurant was rather expensive
Friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, convenient to airport. Loved being able to walk to the little village for dinner.
Clean no-smoking room, comfortable bed Having to pay for the shuttle to fair ground maison&object
Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return!
Shuttle bus driver was very helpful. Attractive lobby. Business type hotels are sometimes not particularly friendly to the ordinary traveller. This was the case at this hotel. Internet access cost 5 Euros for 15 minutes ( in the lobby) Many hotels I find give this as a free service now. Room was clean but not exceptional.
Location provided goos access to CDG airport, hotel was clean, modern and with good services; front desk staff were pleasant and efficient
the room was very good. (soffa and bed) it is the kind of room that can be used as an office out of office for a couple of days The internet connection (wirless by orange) did not work on my mobile device.
practical, good basic room
After a long drive I stayed for one hour in the Sauna witch was very good. It was a pitty that the drinking water in the Gym was empty.
Ease and convenience to CDG airport. Good restaurant. Pillows were too small and soft.
Professional service and good facilities + convenient location Old restroom
Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also thef friendly, relaxed atmosphere in the bar.
Good shower Hotel did not receive notice from Booking.com with my reservation until late in the day of my arrival. Promised shuttle to cdg airport (every 15 minutes to af terminal) did not come between 7:40 am and 8am, causing others to miss their flights.
Convenient for early morning flight. Modern bright hotel. Large bedroom
Shuttel bus to exhibition ground. Very bad language skills in the restaurant and you shall not expect to receive what you think was ordered. The shuttel bus driver could not speak english and sometimes the route is different which can be a serius problem when not told.
The food at dinner time was very bad and poor and the breakfast was also not the best one.
Rooms were warm and comfortable. Proximity to CDG was perfect. The restaurant was surprisingly excellent! The price of breakfast was too high. We instead went to the local McDonalds.
Food options for Breakfast were very poor. There was hardly any food meant for vegetarians
the shuttle service, the free internet ,the rooms decor etc were great
closnest to airport
healthy foods, new clean big and stylish suits, free movies , 15Euros with taxi to Exhibition Center, lovely staff, well equipped fitness room, what else to be! oh may be a a sauna! it may not be the right choice for people want to enjoy Paris but definitely good for Villepinte Exhibition Center related stays.
lovely room and bathroom facilities; quiet; near village centre; free internet no cups, plates, glasses or cultery for snacks or own food
location No resturant, no free wifi
Comfort of the room
Location is close to airport and exhibition center. Parking possibility with security. Breakfast: only some fresh croissants. For the rest some sandwiches in plastic pots (quality very poor). On top there is not enough space (tables and chairs) for the breakfast. Empty minibar in the room. Bad smell at toilet. Television not functioning. Empty soap not refilled.
The room was large, comfortable, immaculate, and very beautiful. I would stay there again because of the beauty and size of the room and the underground parking was a "godsend" because we were exhausted and had to repack all our luggage and it was pouring rain. There was only one coffee packet in the room and the hotel DID NOT!! have anymore. Not good when you have to get up at 6 am after a 2 week vacation driving all over France. Unfortunately, we only left the maid 2 euros because we felt it was her responsibility, however a female staff member was not at all helpful in trying to find us another coffee. Couldn't they get one from another room? We were very upset about this, and frankly, I don't know if my husband would stay at the hotel again because of this.
The hotel is located conveniently to Paris CDG. The hotel is comfortable and the prices are reasonable. The shuttle to the airport runs on time. The value for the money is very good.
It seemed efficient
Convenience to the airport and the great shuttle service. Enjoyed and early dinner and the buffet breakfast before our flight out Tuesday morning. No
Being nickel and dime for internet. 9 Euro extra if you did not book through Marriot.
Size and cleanliness of the room
Close to the airport, shuttle was convenient and free to the terminal.
Convenient close to CDG although you sometime have to wait for the shuttle, which is supposed to come every 20' Lobby bar; lively and with good food
Lovely room, excellent bed and bedding- luxurious.
The shuttle bus do not go to each terminal of the airport, it goes to the tgv station and from there we have to walk a lot (very hard, specially when we have many bags).
The friendly greeting, comfortable room, excellent breakfast.
The bed, size of the room, the executive lounge, restaurant and the breakfast. internet should be free at least for gold and platinum members
Location close to Paris CDG Airport Hotel rooms, particularly the bathrooms need refreshing. Windows are inadequate for a hotel close to an airport (soundproof insufficient). Price of wine glasses too expensive.
That it was near the airporti in a City I did not want to visit due to lack of time and that I had free transportation to the hotel and back to the airport The personnel at reception were great. The personnel at the restaurant were not so great. And unfortunately I was coming back from Portugal where the prioces were a lot lower and the personnel was so kind that the difference was too notorious.
Helpful staff, well maintained, great breakfast. You must pay to use the computers to get online.
Next to airport yet in a small quiet village. Some airplane engine noise
Village style My room next to the exit door and the joke of the reception
Very comfortable hotel, nice rooms, big bathroom. The owner, Mr Jerome is very kind and helpful. As the hotel is in the countryside, it is important to have a car to get there, possibly with a GPS.
The owner picked us up at Charles de Gaulle AP and drove us to the hotel. When we arrived the room was ready, clean, and comfortable. There was a nice dining room and a salon where guests could mingle comfortably. I would really classify this as an Auberge with nice gardens. TV and Internet available at no additional charge. The owner was friendly, informative and helpful. You need to have transportation to go to a restaurant. When we were there there dinner was not available that evening in the hotel. Transportation to hotel was 10 euros to the hotel and 15 euros back to AP. It's not clear that that is an extra charge.
Very comfortable converted farmhouse. Friendly and helpful owner. Great location close to CDG airport without any noise.
Staff, setting, accomodations were all great. Bit difficult to find because of airport/road construction and I do not see that lessing in the future. Not insurmontable and can be interesting.
The accommodations and environment were terrific. What an elegant, countryside place! Access at the unattended gate was difficult, especially because I did not have a phone. The owner might consider wiring the intercom to ring his phone.
1. The attention to design details and the elegance and comfort of the rooms. 2. the helpful owner and staff. 3. the proximity to CDG,and yet the utterly rural atmosphere. 4. the dinner and conviviality of the guests at my stay.
This is an actual working farm whose owners were very hospitable.
Staff's helping behaviour none
Great convenient location to CDG train station and Roissy airport. Room good size, clean and bed comfortable Nice, quiet and relaxed atmosphere Toilet tank made strange noises every 20 minutes or so ALL night.. Water temperature in shower fluctuates between cool and warm and cannot be regulated. Water pressure weak in shower Strange display - amenities "missing" in bathroom - sewing kit box is empty, Q-tips and shoe shine cloth just sat on tray without boxes... Executive Lounge food needs improvement.
No internet in The room and no water to drink
Beautiful hotel closest to the airport.
Nice room and bathroom. It was nice staying there before an early flight. They had a shuttle that took us to the airport. We enjoyed a bottle of wine in the bar. Nothing
Overall great place to stay. The shuttle was a bit hard to find at CDG - but once located all went well. If you want to use the shuttle - locate where the TGV station on level 5 is - that is where they pick you up. It is a 3 min ride to hotel. Nice pool for the family - a hard thing to find in Paris.
Enjoyed the Executive Lounge and room size. Shame that there is no shuttle to Terminal 3. I know the terminal is close, but my 80 year old mother had a difficult time getting from the hotel to Terminal 3.
Great location next to airport for last night in Paris. We always stay at the Hilton to ease the logistics of returning home in the US.
Easy access to terminal 1 & 2 None.
Food was REALLY expensive but we didn't have choice. 2 burgers 2 coke 59 euros. And it took for ever to get that to the bar Close to the airport
Hotel is excellent in all aspects no free wifi in the rooms. free airport shutlle need to be run to every terminal
The hotel is easily accessible from the RER CDG terminal 1-3 (second to last on the RER B)...it's so close you can actually use the luggage carts in the terminal to push your suitcases (and kids) to hotel. There is also usually a stockpile of a half-dozen carts just outside the hotel on the way to the station from other travellers who figured this out. The airport and hotel are in zone 5 of the metro, so if you get a day pass that includes zone 5 you're all set for a day trip into the city on the RER (30-50 minutes depending on the train and destination). The hotel breakfast was rather pricy, and you can get cheap pastries and coffee in the RER station for the whole family for the price of one breakfast. There is a hotel shuttle that picks up at the 5th floor of RER terminal 2...which has a number of logitical issues: 1) If you have a cart, you need to use the elevators...which usually have too many people waiting for them while they service the floors you're not on. 2) if you are being dropped off by the shuttle, don't expect carts to be available on the 5th floor. I had to go down the stairs to get a cart on the 4th floor, then carried it up to the 5th floor, loaded up several bags, waited 10 minutes for the elevator, then decided it would be faster to carry the bags down to the 4th floor and reload there. It was faster than waiting for the elevator on the 5th floor. 3) the shuttle can only hold a certain number of people, and even if it runs every 15-20 minutes, it's possible during peak times that you might have to wait for a third shuttle.
Great location. The airport train station is very nearby and that's probably the best way to get there unless you have a lot of luggage, in which case there is also a free shuttle. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The restaurant had a very limited menu and all of the food was very overpriced. Also, there was no hot tub.
