7.0 Good
Pros: I did like how the staff treated us
Cons: The facilites could be better, although the staff was always willing to help
7.0 Good
Pros: Good place clean. Nice location. Enjoyed the stay.
Cons: No way to get meals. Restaurant closed.
4.0 Okay
Cons: The lights not all working in the bathroom
5.0 Okay
Pros: I liked how comfortable after time it was. I dare say that it was even cozy. My 2 male friends and 1 female friend with me were sharing one room due to limited resources and it was hard to stand all together because of how small the place was. Still it was cozy. And staff cleaned our room everyday, when I thought it would happen only once. There were also a Franprix store in front of the hotel.
Cons: Many things. How small it was for 4 people, how unclean a bathroom looked. How it didn't have a proper table and chairs. We had a small table and two chairs, as far as I remember (for 4 people, may I repeat). Bathroom was filled with black spots and cracks. The view was of another hotel's balconies or just a residential building. The bathroom wasn't soundproof and everything was heard perfectly. Also lock on a bathroom didn't work, which was a problem. Not only sounds from a bathroom were heard perfectly, but from the outside too. Everything that happened in an aisle between rooms was also heard. The room itself looked unclean, because of old furniture. Also staff we had didn't speak English. Everything is for a price. Gladly we had free Wi-fi for 3 days, but then it was 3€ per person for a day. We managed to get ourselves a discount but still considering the conditions we were under, I childishly thought Wi-fi would be free. You won't find anything normal to eat around the territory. Our only option was a nearby store with basic groceries. I wouldn't come back to this place but it will be remembered as a cozy stay in my memories.

Cons: nothing positive to say about this place, poor & the room was smelling tabac. The staff was uninterested. and they asked me to call directly them to book the room that it would be cheaper for me the next time. now i payed 102euro instead of the price at booking 86 euro
6.3 Good
Pros: Few Meter to the Bus Stop. Easy to get there and away to motorway.
Cons: Equipment was not much and very basic. Missing air conditioning was minus! We took no breakfast because it was very little and did not look nice and a bakery and coffee shop is around the corner.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location. People at the reception were nice.
Cons: The room needs more plug. It will be a good idea to have a minibar or fridge in the room. The bed was noisy.
7.1 Good
Cons: Breakfast was a little pricy for a continental style
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful when I needed secure parking.
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good

8.3 Excellent

Cons: It is slightly different from you might expect :) still very nice, just enjoy
6.0 Good
Pros: the location is great, and the house is clean
Cons: the room was very small with only a small window
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was an empty accommodation (no other people). The booked room was way to small. We received a free upgrade to a bigger room with four separate beds. Room was clean. Central space was ok because nobody else was there
Cons: We booked breakfast. We received ONLY two baguettes for two days breakfast with four persons. Only Jam available nothing else. This was a big disappointment. Dishes were not cleaned.
6.7 Good
Pros: The host is charming.
Cons: There is a communal eating area and toilet. The room did not feel secure. The property is old and the fittings not very well maintained. The shower needs replacing in my opinion, as did the bed. The room had no storage space for clothes.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I did'nt have a breakfast
Cons: the place was damp and the towels were old. The walls were dirty and things were broken.. There were no mosquito nets on the window
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the place. comparing to all hotels this feels like friendly home. Love the peaceful atmosphere and facilities are very clean! Don't expect modern hotel with many staff in here, this place has a touch of arty vintage charm. so many interesting details, like a museum. The owner is kind and charismatic person. staying there soon again .
Cons: only thing I was missing is toilet in my room, but assuming other rooms may have one.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The property owners are really helpful. Although the property is bit far from Central Paris, I would recommend the place just for the owners. Thanks for all help extended
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful super convenient location and place is very interesting. Place is clean and would do travellers without big expectations.
Cons: Stayed in this place three times and each time it went worse with breakfast. I don't mind cooking my own, but at least i could be provided with the products. Last time i stayed three nights with my friend, whom i convinced to book there too and was very embarrassed. For three nights I was given dry baguette and half jar of jam. Don't advertise breakfast if it's not there! Also I don't like rooms without windows. I personally couldn't sleep without fresh air. Note, there's also no individual toilet in the rooms.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was helpful. Check-in was open one hour early, due to earlier arrivals and expedited to allay closeness in the lobby.
Cons: Near enough to CDG. Shuttle shut down for several hours was not helpful. Had to take a taxi to get there during that time period. Difficult to understand where exactly to find the 'free' shuttle. Due to pandemic no food available in the area. Vending machine fare was uninspiring.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Toilets should be renewed as well as room furnitures Room corners should be cleaned from dust.i have to be also fair saying that may be something has been forgotten due to covid19 restrictions
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: There were no towels in the room, the receptionist was very unprofessional, I had booked the free shuttle and I had to call them 4 times so I can find out where the pick up location is. They didn’t help me at all, he even shut the phone at some point and in the end I had to take an Uber. When I got there I could barely hear what he was saying and he looked so bored and all the time he kept his head down. Bad facilities with inner noises also. Very bad service in general. I wouldn’t recommend
7.0 Good
Pros: This was during the Cover-19 period. Measures were in place but all in all the service was appropriate. My stay was comfortable and clean. Beds are really good btw. and so are the showers. Very strong showers!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent and were so so helpful to my brother ...I have to say a credit the staff were in this hotel from the very beginning to the end
Cons: Very little
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Affordable , Nice and clean, continental breakfast is great!
Cons: Everything
4.0 Okay
Pros: The concierge was friendly and helpful and so was the other staff.
Cons: Very small, dumpy place. The shower was 1/2 m2. The bed filled up the room 70%. The Comfort hotels in the US are mid level price and convenience. This was far, far below that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free airport shuttle and friendly staff
Cons: Lack of resturants in area
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel is nearby CDH and has free shuttle to/from airport
Cons: The shuttle bus runs on specific hours only and has some short (1 hour) breaks in the morning/evening, and 1 long break (12:30 - 16:00). So if you plan to use it: plan accordingly. The shuttle bus leaves from CDG area between 2D and 2E terminals: rather confusing to find. Do not go to terminal 3. The hotel charge additionally some municipality tax: 1,8 eur. I paid it by cash: gave 10 eur. Later I have discovered they gave me change in coins, which were not all in euros: some coins was in Zlots!! Somebody tried to enter my room twice during my stay: in the evening and an around 2 AM at night: I tried to call to reception: they did not pick up the phone. So lock your room! The room is very old, needs renovation. Bathroom is very very small.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: The Restaurant was closed under construction and I didn’t t know that before booking. Since it’s by the CDG Airport it’s very far from paris(city) and I had to take the RER B TRAIN to go find decent food. Also the shuttle is not 24/7(
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The price
Cons: Ac didn't work, which front desk tried to lie about, room needed serious maintenance, I couldnt even call the shower a real shower, airport shuttle only took 5 people & 14 were waiting for a ride, ended up paying for Uber anyways, no food aroun
1.0 Poor
Cons: The hotel staff were not experienced and it was taking a whyfor them to check the guests in. They also were rude on interacting with people. Overall the customer service was not good.

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, multilingual staff, and an elevator. Free self parking is available onsite.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were helpful and polite, the hotel was close to restaurants and a supermarket across the street. Felt safe with the secure door and the window shutter
Cons: There was no kettle, an immensely loud alarm went off early in the morning, there was no hot water from the sink when I wanted to shave. The walls were thin and one could easily hear neighbouring guests
1.0 Poor
Pros: I didn’t like anything
Cons: Everything! Everything was dirty, old and with terrible smell. The staff were very arrogant, specially MOUNA. A very disrespectful woman, that said she didn’t speak English and started to speak in french with the rest of the staff. Unfortunately for her I understand french and heard she called me shitty client, and told me to go f*ck myself.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast included. Handy for the exhibition centre with shuttle drop off for 7 Euros The Campanile was good for dinner which is next door.
Cons: Prison style room, pod bathroom, very noisy due to lack of soundproofing. No Lift so I had to carry luggage up two flights. It's almost a metal shell not unlike a container, so very cold! Fine for one night stays but not beyond! It is simply somewhere to crash but way overpriced for that!
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Close to exposition location
Cons: Nothing - really horrible from a bad roadtrip movie where somebody will be murdered....
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Shower a little small
7.0 Good
Pros: Was not far from the airport
Cons: I got mixed up with the other hotel Villepint and had to go through the parc des expos at night . Really sketchy situation
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly, and I was greeted with a nice welcome and I was sent off with a nice good-bye.
Cons: I was very upset because this was advertised on Kayak as having an airport shuttle. They do not have an airport shuttle. The staff suggested getting myself a taxi, but I decided to go with Uber since it was cheaper. I still paid over €30 both ways to get an Uber to and from the airport. I booked his solely for the airport shuttle and I did not get it, and I was very upset.

Warm welcome by Pauline, dinner was great with ready-made tasty dishes (I had a Tomates Farcies). Breakfast take-away was great too. 7.8 Good (48,661 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Welcome to the ibis Paris CDG Airport hotel! Conveniently located 2 minutes' walk from terminal 3 and 8 minutes from terminals 1 and 2 on the CDGVal (free shuttle). The hotel is right next to Roissypôle train station, enabling guests to leave their car in our undercover car park and reach the Villepinte Exposition Park in 5 minutes or Paris in 30 minutes. Rooms for up to 5 guests. 4 restaurants, a bar and snack service are available.
7.1 Good
Pros: very convenient location for airport. huge place with food options- it's like a little village
Cons: day 1 went well, day 2 was awful. I returned to the hotel late afternoon and the elevators didn't work. The staff told me it would be a few minutes. 40 mins later I saw a man being escorted to his room on the "emergency stairs" I was escorted later up as well. Back in my room- then the power went off for more than 1/2 hour which meant I could leave my room, but not re-enter because the key card wouldn't work. And the elevators didn't work. the power went off 3 more times in the next few hours. I also didn't have hot water, so they were trying to find me a different room- that finally happened at 9 pm. the first room he took me to, the key didn't work- even his security key. the second room did work, but the bathroom smelled like sewer. Very excited to be leaving this hotel- but concerned the power will go off when I'm in the elevator on my way to my flight. Added anxiety no one needs. Staff has English speakers, but many who don't and they are being asked to deal with a lot of issues- I feel bad fo them
7.5 Good
Pros: It was open during the covid mess and we were able to get some rest!
Cons: It couldn’t be helped due to pandemic, but no food available
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Have stayed there before and it was great
Cons: Could not get into the country because of bans on Entry. Only got coupon not refund!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient! The little cafe downstairs was fantastic
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Directions to hotel should distinguish between the Airport shuttle train which is fast and convenient and the Airport Hotel shuttle bus which is neither.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and location next to airport.
Cons: Everything was very nice.
5.4 Okay
Cons: A strange thing happens every morning. All “do not disturb” signs are taken off from the door latches after 8am-ish by housekeepers. This was my second stay and the same thing happened again. It is not a coincidence. This is modus operandi The housekeeping lady would barge in without knocking. Then appear surprised. She would then flash the “do not disturb” tag and tell you in crude French to put the sign on the door which she has in her hand. No apologies. May be this is a way to get guests out of their beds, and out of the hotel. Very, very strange modus operandi
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Room and shower were on the small side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Air conditioning was great, especially with the heat wave when not a lot of other places had it. It was a very nice place and the staff was really friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Budget Hotel (no frills) conveniently located within airport area. The hotel is served by a small shuttle train leaving from Terminal 2E (follow the signals CDGVAL) that will take you in 5 minutes to a plaza where all airport hotels are located (Roissypol). Plenty of transportation to city (buses and trains from Roissypol). Tiny rooms , essential, clean and functional (good enough for a night stopover). Very Surprised by the great choice of dining for a no frills property (3 Restaurants in the lobby) although during the Covid19 pandemic only take away food was served. Lots of vending machines. A satisfying experience for the price paid. Personnel extremely efficient upon check in. Value for money, recommendable for budget travellers transiting CDG. Hourly rates also available.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet comfortable rooms. Location is great, just a few steps from the train to the terminals. Great selection of restaurants with fantastic staff. We stay here every trip!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, perfect location and very tidy and beautiful place.

Cons: It was very dirty !
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast were Okay.
Cons: The skinny lady at the reception were sulky. The room were below standards.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I liked absolutely nothing. This was the worst hotel accommodation I have ever stayed at. I am currently in contact with their management to rectify the situation and receive compensation for the heartache and anxiety this place gave me.
Cons: 1 - Staff - housekeeping consistently ignored the ‘do not disturb sign’ and would barge in my room every morning. They would also chatter and speak/laugh loudly and congregate near my room. 2 - drug use, smoking, unclean. 3 - Rude reception 4
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location. and price. It is great if all you need is a bed and a bathroom!
Cons: The fact that the shower head in one of the rooms we rented did not work properly. Also, given the size of the bathroom, it would be nice to have an extra towel or floor mat to soak up the water on the floor once showers are done. The other thing is that there are no restaurants close by, at least that we have found. Parking can also be an issue.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Bad location and small and dirty.
Cons: I park my card there just about 5hr my car was broke into and stole all my luggage I have no close to wear and they doesn''t care. When I told them what happpen.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I spent a night in this hotel but it was satisfying. I didn’t except an airport hotel could offer such amazing hospitality. The mood pad, which you can control tv, lights, curtain with it, was the highlight of my stay. It was fun to have color changing light bulb as you set different color for different mood. They also offer free movies with great collections. The staff was friendly. I broke the weight scale and hurt my hand, and the staff helped me really well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The modern design, The soap :-), the pillows
Cons: the rooms were a bit small ...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed at citizenM after a long trip with my 6 months old baby. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the large window. Food options were good, they were even able to accomodate food restrictions (had GF items on the menu) I'd definitely stay at citizenM again.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We love this place The rooms are great and the ambience of the place is terrific although with the restrictions this time it was not much fun. But it was open and Meals and drink were still available so it was still a very good place to stay

6.8 Good
Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.

When you stay at Première Classe Roissy Charles De Gaulle Paris Nord 2 in Roissy-en-France, you'll be connected to the convention center, a 3-minute drive from Aeroville Shopping Center and 8 minutes from Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Guests may use a train station pick-up service for a surcharge, and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
6.3 Good
Pros: Value is good for the price
Cons: I was charged a reservation fee which I was told it will be returned once I paid at the property. The fee is still not reversed, so pretty much I paid twice for the room. I told the receptionist the transaction was already on my card and was assured it will be reversed since it is only there to hold the reservation. It has been two weeks and I still haven’t received any news from staff, although I emailed them.
7.0 Good
Cons: Roms had no tooth paste, no brush. The working table is too small and the light above it is somewhat inconvenient. I would appreciate next time if I received briefing on how to regulate temperature in the room. I had to figure it out myself on day 2.
2.2 Mediocre
Pros: 1. Accommodations - actual bedroom size was appropriate and good for cost. The internet worked but was very slow. The television was operational and had no problems. My bed and desk were neat and made and there were enough towels and linens.
Cons: I have no idea what people were taking (for those individuals who rated this property above one star), as this was the worst place that I have ever stayed. I have stayed in many budget accomodations and every single hostel I have stayed in is better than this hotel. I would stay at a hostel within Paris versus this. Below are the reasons: 1. Location - my primary reason for staying here, as it was close to the airport, but au contraire my fellow travelers! This hotel is actually about a 15 minute drive to the airport and there is no other way to get there - so even thought the hotel is cheap you must tack on $20 USD for each ride between the airport and the hotel. Remember the shuttle does not run at all times and so when it is not available, you have no other option. It is cheaper to actually stay in Paris and take public transit to the airport. 2. Shuttle - always running late, only stops at terminal one. 3. Accommodations - the bathroom is TINY. It is about 2 square feet total and that INCLUDES THE SHOWER. You essentially are showering with the toilet. My room was not clean and there were pubic hairs on the toilet (ew). The internet worked, but was very very slow. I could not stream music or video on it. 4. Staff - upon my arrival my room was not ready yet. It was 1 pm and my check-in had been noon. They asked me to wait in the lobby and did not apologize for the inconvenience. They then told me the room was ready and when I unlocked the door and walked in the manager and cleaning staff were still inside, which obviously startled me, again - they did not think this was strange or apologize, just said, "the room is ready!". Chinese tourists.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was absolutely fine . Nothing exciting but it was cheap , clean and free shuttle too and from the airport. The restaurant was just across the street was very good .
4.0 Okay
Pros: Close to CDG with shuttle service, and comfortable bed.
Cons: Tiny tiny room, with even smaller bathroom and shower.
6.0 Good
Cons: Room was smelling after cigarettes when we arrived.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: It was not comfortable. The room was small. The shower was impossible to use. The bed was horrible . I will never stay there again. The breakfast was ok for 5euros extra. The shuttle bus to airport was 5 euros extra.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Staff not friendly. receptionist Carla was playing and laughing loudly with another employee, but when she came to talk to the guests she was rude. The bathroom dirty (floor, sink, shower and toilet with usage marks). The same receptionist didn’t like that I showed the dirt. I politely asked her to look at the condition of the bathroom, but she was not very friendly. She couldn't able to say "thank you" or "I'm sorry for the condition of the bathroom". Unprepared to deal with the public. I understand that it will be the first day back to the hotel's operation and I changed of room without a problem, but she being friendly would make all the difference.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Complete plastic bathroom. No hairdrier, no shampoo, no bar soap. No coffee avail. Unless you bought breakfast.

Open 24 hours a day, the hotel offers the new concept hotelF1 #OnTheRoad and its new Cabrio rooms with shower and WC. Soundproofed rooms. Free WiFi, parking available during your stay, and all-you-can-eat breakfast served from 5:00 am.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room and toilets+bathroom (outside) were very clean. Airport shuttle available for free A bit of grass around the group of hotels for a walk with the dog evening and morning (watch the drunken drivers leaving the restaurant/hotel bars opened late in the evening)
Cons: Staff was afraid of dogs (mine is trained and was muselled and leashed, of course), so she (and her manager) absolutely refused any physical help although I was carrying 3 suitcases plus bags plus the dog (refused to open the front door for me, refused to open the sas for me or help with the luggages to get to the elevator). I had to borrow a luggage carrier from the hotel next door myself. You can't have your breakfast with your dog downstairs (reception area) but you can't have it in your room either (buffet)... I think it's best you either stop pretending you accept dogs or you start acknowledge what it means (no, they are not all pocket sized, yes you do need to hire staff who is not afraid/paralysed by the sight of dogs or train them...) Room is tiny Way farther from the airport than expected (do factor a good extra 30-40 min, traffic depending)
9.1 Excellent

Cons: Better to have attached restroom
8.2 Excellent

Pros: Thank you for giving me breakfast at 9.45 am due to the coronavirus emergency situation. Very nice room. Super clean. Much better than I expected. Had to stay 2 nights due to restrictions with trains and it was a good experience. I found a beautiful park nearby for the daily walk allowed for health.
Cons: breakfast hours should be expanded to 5 am to 10 aml

6.0 Good
Pros: 15 minute's from the airport by bus Ok staff. Good soundproofing but only from outside. Ok beds.
Cons: 3 toilets for about 30 rooms on each floor. Not nearly enough. Price to high for what they offer in my opinion. Inner walls and doors not soundproof, noisy couloirs.

Cons: Toilets wasn't clean enough and hotel did't offer no towels.
8.0 Excellent

Cons: room old, worn, poorly isolated, noisy, and COLD
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Most advertised amenities were out of order (hot tub, sauna, steam room). They never lifted the credit card hold, in spite of room being left in the same condition as when we checked in.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location and shuttle service.
Cons: air conditioning was terrible in room had to request for two fans just to make it somewhat comfortable. access to pool area was not good at all up and down back stairs to enter no handicap access and changing area not clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived at CDC Airport at 11pm after 17 hours flight and were happy to find a reasonably priced hotel near the airport with a free shuttle. The hotel was quiet and adequate for a good night's sleep.
Cons: Hotel was a bit faded and could use an update. Our room had only a single bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth for the 2 of us. Continental breakfast was overpriced so we skipped breakfast at the hotel.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I liked absolutely nothing. It was the worst hotel we ever stayed. Really dirty , the room was smelling really bad, the walls were really dirty, in the bath tube had hairs, and they gave us 1 towel for 4 persons. The staff was mean, and unprofessional
Cons: Everything. I do not even know how they could be name hotel because this was is a motel. Dirty, unprofessional staff and mean, smelling cigarettes in the halls, no towels...
5.0 Okay
Cons: The beds were too small and not confirtable at all.

Cons: It was too far from the main paris but the good thing was we fount a very cheap train to city
1.0 Poor
Pros: No Breakfast was given although it was mentioned and the location of the Hotel is way farther from the center of the Paris and hotel has not meet up our expectations fully. We will never recommend this hotel for stay to anyone we meet in the future who is willing to go to Paris.
Cons: Bad Smell and it was under construction and not even hygienic to live in . In short, this is a pathetic place to stay.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: The room was too strong smoking smells…
5.8 Okay
Pros: The staff members were nice and helpful. They really tried to make things better and called our taxi in the morning. One of the cheapest options when we made our reservations. Accessible by foot from the nearest RER station if you don't have heavy luggage. Take a taxi otherwise. Pizzas and texmex can be delivered to your room.
Cons: Needs renovating (it's planned but in the meantime, not so nice). The room was cold, the heater didn't work. A staff member brought a portable one that had seen better days and was supposed to.be fixed on the wall. Not very safe (that staff member was very nice and helpful though, he just didn't have other options to offer). The daily cleaning is done correctly, but it needs to be cleaned thoroughly once in a while. Strong cleaning product smell as well (likely requested by the hotel to appear "cleaner") Hard beds (not in a good way) It's also very secluded. No way to move around by walking to go the nearby town (restaurants, pharmacy...etc) as you would need to cross a dangerous Road. No bus connection to the airport.
7.0 Good
Pros: Large parking. Close to the motorway entrance. High speed internet.
Cons: Dirty walls in the room, Damaged radiator, but working.

Pros: This is not a 5 ⭐️ hotel. It's ok for one night sleep. The front desk looks like any no star hotels. Breakfast over priced. It was my first and last time at that hotel.
Cons: You should change the star ⭐️ category for that hotel on your website.

Pros: Flew from Australia on Cathay and collected car from Renault. This hotel hit the spot - slept well and had a very good breakfast. The staff called us a cab with great efficiency. Overall a good experience. Will use again.
Cons: Had to find dinner at another sister hotel a walk away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Located a short shuttle ride from the airport-perfect first stop after an international flight!
Cons: All good!
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The only good things were the gummy treats in a jar at check in and the fact that the rooms were suites and had a couch bed for our daughter to sleep in.
Cons: The bathrooms were horrible. They were like stepping up (literally) into a trailer park bathroom. The bathroom were all plastic and smelled like a porta-potty. It was shocking and smelled so gross. The room smelled so badly of smoke as well.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room.
Cons: That breakfast was not included
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Not as advertised at all not even 1 star.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very spacious and neat. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport. Only complaint is that it stops at Terminal 2 only. I would like it if the shuttle stopped at Terminal 1 also. Not a complaint, but just a preference since I had to take the train to go to Terminal 2. Other than that, I had no issues at all staying at this place.
Cons: Not Applicable
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The family suite had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations.
Cons: Our flight was 2 hours late and there were very few food options (microwave only). There weren't food options at the other hotels nearby at 22:30 While looking for other food options, other hotels nearby had better lobbies for kids (foosball, ping pon
