Pros: Bed was amazing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality was great, the breakfast delicious with lots of homemade goods. The view of the river, from our bedroom and balcony, was lovely. The place was very clean with lots of nice touches.
Cons: Although the bed was very comfortable, the fitted sheet kept slipping off the corner of the bed. The bathtub was quite high off the floor so getting in and out of it was difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the view from our room, the sunrise was surreal, the breakfast was delicious and we loved the calmness. It was super relaxing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely B&B overlooking a beautiful lake. Our room had a little balcony from which we had a lakeside view. Everything was meticulously maintained, very clean, and nicely decorated. The timbered construction of the building was gorgeous and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the designing and building it. The host and hostess were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nicely presented and delicious, complete with egg cups, freshly baked muffins and cornbread and a big plate of fresh fruit. We did not have enough time to enjoy the kayaks on the lake but would love to come back and do that another time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect Location. Home cooked food. Friendly hosts and use of the lake
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view over the lake is stunning! You can kayak or just sit at their pier to get a beautiful calm feeling when the sun sets.

Cons: Mot much, even the dog was engaging
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the water view and the fall colours! Great hosts, made us feel so at home! Delicious breakfasts; clean, comfortable accommodations with lots of rustic character and plenty of windows to enjoy the beautiful views! Very peaceful.

Pros: I used Trivago to book. I noted that I could not do stairs, so must have an elevator or first floor room. When I arrived I had been assigned a second floor room/no elevator. When I stated my concern to staff, I was changed to a 1st floor room, an upgrade. I really appreciated this.
Cons: Neither the snack machine nor the drinks machine worked. Fortunately, when I notified staff they made both items available to me through their bar source at the vending machine prices.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was newly renovated and appreciated that everything felt clean and new.
Cons: I stayed there enroute to Nova Scotia during the Covid pandemic so might be particularly critical to distancing and hygiene (more than usual). The bed was comfortable but it wasn’t made up neatly when we entered and looked like someone might have sat on it. It’s odd that there was no bedskirt or cover for the box spring and the mattress cover and fitted sheet was not large enough to cover the mattress which makes it feel less hygienic when it probably was. There were some stains on the bathroom counter too although rest of bathroom was spotless. There were apparently only 7 guests that night we checked in and you’d expect to be placed in separate corners even if only that floor was open but we bumped into another guest staying in a suite right across us (less than 1m if you meet each other at the door)! We didn’t have a bad stay and as mentioned probably more particular in such times.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is my favourite hotel in Fredericton. Amazing service, always spotless, and extremely comfortable.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Loved the hotel.
5.8 Okay
Cons: When we got there our room wasn’t ready after we were given the keys. We had to go back downstairs and get new keys to a new room. Minor issue but the way the front desk clerk greeted us and spoke to us wasn’t great. It was insanely loud all night, kids running around and being noisy after 11pm, I called front desk 3 times to complain and nothing was done about it. The bathroom door doesn’t close all the way, it’s on a slider so when you’re using the bathroom you can literally see what’s going on in the room, not very private to say the least. A fire alarm went off in the middle of the day from someone pushing the alarm button in the elevator so everyone ran out and stood outside but no one came to tell us what was going on, so we just stood there waiting when finally I went up to ask if it was safe to return and they looked at us odd like I had 3 heads and said “yea of course there’s no fire” like we should have known this ....Breakfast sucked, they were out of everything, they had no bread, bagels, eggs, or bacon left. Was very disorganized and staff seemed distraught.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the hotel, the cleanliness, the functioning Internet, the good hot breakfast, the pool, water slide, the game room for the kids.
Cons: The check in and out was extremely slow, not enough staff, and the staff was not really that happy to be there, the front desk ladies had messy hair-dues (morning hair) and weren't that friendly.
6.7 Good
Pros: Everything was clean, it was awesome except for the staff
Cons: I booked a room for my daughters birthday party and had my fathers credit card, however they wouldn’t let me check in until he physically came to approve it.. Which is understandable but it’s just like where’s the customer service? I was there to have a kids birthday not to party
9.0 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: It was in a great location, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Our room reeked of stale smoke, even though this is a non-smoking hotel. We came back to the lobby to let the front desk know that our room smelled. She brought up an air purifier right away. She was helpful, but the air purifier did little to nothing for the smell.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The front desk staff when we checked in was great. He arranged for a cab to be there for us the next morning.
Cons: The comforter on my daughter's bed had blood and dog hair on it. The washroom shower and floor did not appear to have been cleaned either. The person working the breakfast room wasn't keeping up with basic things like replinishing the silverware

7.0 Good
Pros: The antiques and furniture were interesting. Its a lovely Victorian home.
Cons: WE expected the Superior Queen to have a sitting area for viewing TV. The walkway and parking in back was very icy and no sand had been put down, walking to the car was very slippery. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing outstanding.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, comfort and beautiful old building and furniture.
Cons: The staff were not very personable. You could tell they were employees rather than the owner. They had no interest in developing a rapport with their customers. They were polite and civil. For example when we first arrived and parked, the guy clearing leaves on the drive completely ignored us. All it needed was a smile and Hi!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast and the location are the best.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff
Cons: I didn't like that you have to drive up by the mall and do an illegal uturn to get back into City motel parking lot from regent street. Also wasn't a fan of the window not being able to open
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: The bathroom was clean.
Cons: There was construction on the stree where you enter so had to circle the area of Fredericton for an hour because we could not figure out how to enter. We called to cancel and they said we would have to cancel through the vendor we booked through but were unable to do so. Place looks in the inside somewhere people enter in a horror movie.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Room was badly in need of repair, especially the bathroom. Air unit was cut into the wall and would blow over one bed not two feet away. Breakfast was a very small selection with toast and cereal and yogurt to eat. This was very disappointing. Overall a disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Pros: Price
Cons: Lack of upkeep in the rooms - baseboards coming apart from walls, damaged wall plug covers,

Pros: Good price Breakfast included
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bathroom was clean and in decent condition. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Cons: The parking lot surrounding the building was like a gravel driveway in a private residence. Badly in need of repair. The person in the room next door had their pit bull tied to the door and the dog barked during the night. The breakfast was not really much. Some dry cereal and some yogurts.

Pros: The price was awesome for off season and breakfast was included! A huge plus when traveling with a family on a budget.
Cons: Rooms were quite small, but still worked for us.
