Pros. Recent indoor renovations made for a great stay. From the lobby to the updated suites, the redesign looked great and makes for the perfect choice for business and family. The included breakfast was well cooked and the food, which catered to most tastes, and better than most I've had.
Cons. Housekeeping staff needs to review their own rules. I try to be as green as possible and reuse towels rather than receiving fresh towels every day. The signs in the rooms state to leave towels on the floor to be replaced, and on the towel bars if you plan to reuse. The staff however replaced all used towels regardless of their location. Either remove the signs from the rooms asking guests to be eco friendly, or follow the plan as described. Admittedly, I was a bit frustrated that I tried to be green, only to have my efforts to be wasted.
