Nothing. Received call 32 minutes before time to pick up car. Agent stated that they did not have a car for me but I could call another Enterprise location in another city. No further assistance offered except to say he was sorry. Enterprise were never see or hear from me again. Second time with bad experience with Enterprise.Cons:

Not getting jacked for a rock chip in the windshield that was there when we picked it up. Didn't notice it until after leaving as it was raining. Wasn't caused by me but I was told that I was responsible for repairs. Don't rent from these jerks.10.0 Wonderful
