Pros: I could not enjoy as much as I wish
Cons: no water at night
Pros: Modern, clean, stylish. After 6 days of safari tour Kempinski hotel was nice refreshing place to stay.
Cons: Extremely and urgently necessary that Kempinski as high-end hotel and hotel chain transition from small plastic containers for toilets products ie shampoo, shower gel etc to a self-dispensed ones so you can reduce to a minimum the global plastic problem and avoid single use plastics.
Cons: The water works in the shower room very erratic The mix of hot n cold not reliable at all. Needs to be addressed.
Pros: The food was tasty, room very clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Can't identify with anything.
Pros: Safe secure clean very comfortable and overall good service
Pros: This was the third time that we stayed at this hotel. The service was excellent and very professional. The hotel went above and beyond ordinary service to celebrate my daughter's sixth birthday. We were quite impressed. We highly recommend this hotel.
Pros: Rooms, restaurants.
Cons: Some staff is very forgetful and do not follow through with requests. You ask something, then you have to wait, wait, and then you have to call back to follow up, wait, and wait...
Pros: Even President Obama & the Pope have stayed here!

Pros: I liked everything, the staff are courteous and friendly. My room had a great view too!
Pros: The rooms are great and the ambiance is lovely. I also loved the breakfast. The view from my room was quite nice. It was an all round nice experience.
Cons: Nothing really comes to mind.
Pros: Well appointed property, staff and service were exceptional.
Cons: Location. Nothing around in terms of shopping, restaurants, etc.
Pros: Large room, modern bathrooms, excellent club lounge.
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort
Cons: Staff customer service does not match the property especially at meal time. Some one just dumped an open cup of tea at my table while i was not there. They took my order as i entered for breakfast. Just as i was from picking a glass of juice to start with i found a cup of tea dumped at my table. I would never do such a thing to my guest ....not even at my house!
Pros: Tasty Food Friendly service by staff Cleanliness
Set amongst the lush-green abundance of extensive tropical gardens, looking out over the gentle green avenues of Central Park and commanding a panoramic view over the glittering towers of downtown Nairobi, the Serena Hotel enjoys one of the finest locations in the city. Sensitively constructed from ecologically sympathetic materials, the interior dcor of the hotel reflects a kaleidoscope of cultural influences blending Moroccan mystique and a breadth of African heritage into one elegant and harmonious whole.Considered the leading hotel in Nairobi for its standards of accommodation, food, service and amenities. The elegantly designed bedrooms feature intricate timber works inspired by Pan-African designs and most have views of either Nairobi skyline across Central Park or of acacia groves and lush gardens. The main restaurant, Mandhari, offers some of finest cuisine and the Maisha Health Club is the best in the country. The hotel also boasts up-to-date business services and exceptionalConference facilities.
Cons: The hotel was very bad .. no tv ..no internet.... no body can talk him
Pros: The facility is beautiful and has a great sandalwood smell. Staff is wonderful and very helpful making arrangements. Carol makes the BEST cappuccinos! I did not go outside of the hotel without a driver due to security (as per hotel staff recommendations)
Cons: Staff was so friendly but a little bit too much hovering
Pros: it was a very nice breakfast, with a care. Good food, nice seat
Pros: I especially like the ambience of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. The Serena Nairobi has a charm and atmosphere that is often lacking in major chain 5 star hotels. The breakfast buffet is extensive and includes some local dishes as well as standard buffet fare.
Cons: Food service at the Patio terrace is very slow.
Pros: The renovated Nairobi Serena is amazing! One of the best business hotels in Africa. Food is sublime, staff is friendly and competent and the rooms are absolutely wonderful: space, comfort. Could not ask for more!
Cons: NOTHING! Impeccable service.
Pros: Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of room and the facilities in the room were outstanding. The fact that staff remembered our names and room number without being prompted was an appreciated touch and a mark of 5 star service.
Cons: Asked if a taxi could be ordered for us on the first night and were directed to a hotel chauffeur car who charged us four times the rate for the trip we made. Felt this was blatent advantage taking and wasn't a good first impression. We soon learned to arrange taxis ourselves out of the hotel at much cheaper rates.
The Sarova Stanley, since 1902, is a superior 5-star Full Service hotel in the central business district of Nairobi. It boasts of 214 guestrooms including 23 suites and a 1902 club Lounge, all blending luxurious Victorian grandeur with modern comfort, 8 conference rooms with combined capacity of up to 500 people, onsite dining options and the hotel is the starting point for easy strolls to city centers attractions and international organizations and governmentoffices.
Pros: Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Beautiful rich dark woodwork with lots of character and history to the hotel. Staff and security were awesome!!! Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The walls were soundproof. Everything was in good condition with beautiful decor. Good source of hot water for showers. Buffet breakfast with omelette bar was superb! Restaurant and bars were high quality. Spa and exercise area was a nice plus, but I did not take advantage of these services.
Cons: Internet needs improved to be of the same quality of the rest of the hotel ... needs higher-speed internet services. My ability to work on the internet was hit or miss.
Pros: Everything about this hotel is top-notch. Highly recommend it if you are in and around the CBD in Nairobi!
Pros: Exchange bar is stunning
Cons: Rates especially laundry
Pros: Good location if you want to be in the center of Nairobi. Everything was smooth and worked fine! Staff was very nice and helpful.
Cons: Rooms smelled a bit weird. Pretty annoying to have a security check every time you enter the hotel.
Pros: The service and food are excellent Very comfortable beds too b
Pros: a traditional and very comfortable hotel located in the center of business district
Cons: A very expensive breakfast. USD 30 for a full breakfast and USD 12 for a croissant, cream cheese, jelly and cofee
Pros: I have stayed at the Sarova on a number of occasions and each time has been a pleasure. Centrally located, loads of history and fantastic staff and services.
Pros: lots of variety and all fresh
Cons: Only one gluten free bread option and it wasn't great, way to sweet.
Pros: Love the history and old world charm - not many like this around the world. Very evocative of a bygone era. Brilliant Thai restaurant

Pros: Service first class. Staff helpfully and very friendly. Goon very good.
Pros: Opera Patisserie served a very good Cappuccino and Latte. Staff were friendly and the hotel id ideally situated.
Cons: We were given different room to the one allocated to us. Housekeeping wasn't advised on how many guests were in our room and sometimes had gowns and towels for 2 and then only for 1. Turn down wasn't done everyday. Cleaning of the room was only done on the surface, especially in the bathroom. The worst part was that it was raining very heavily and we had to get out of the taxi in the rain instead of allowing the taxi to drive undercover to drop of guests....this was apparently instructions from the Hotel Manager.
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The Hotel could have had a spa.
Pros: The swift service, Express checkin, the team always do everything with a smile. Evelyn and Solomon are fantastic. The hotel is very clean, stunning high quality decor and the food in the restaurant down stairs was amazing and I love the freshly squeezed healthy juices.
Cons: The waiters at the restaurant are not very attentive. They bring food and disappear for over 15mins, if you need anything it can be annoying not to have anyone checking on you.
Pros: Comfortable Rooms
Cons: Food Quality needs improvement
Pros: Professional staff. Cleanliness, amenities, security
Cons: church being held there
Pros: Modern furniture and clean rooms
Cons: Traffic around the hotel was awful
Pros: The look and space of the hotel gives it a boutique feel. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Cons: Prior to my arrival, I had to call the hotel to make an amendment to my booking. I tried the main line 3 times before someone picked up. Having finally gotten through, I needed to be transferred to another line which took another 3-4 mins. For a relatively new hotel, the room felt worn down. Also, when I needed an issue sorted out urgently (my safe wouldn't open with my stuff in it), it took several calls and visits to reception before someone showed up.
Urban, loft-like style blends effortlessly with warm African colors at Nairobi's Tribe Hotel, a pioneering lifestyle property that sets itself apart with atypical angles and an unrivalled appreciation for tribal crafts. Some 900 hand-sculpted artifacts from all over Africa have been gathered here, capturing the diversity of the continent and evoking a sense of splendor that is raising the luxury hotel stakes in the continent. Spread across three wings in the heart of Nairobi's diplomatic district, a soaring sunlit atrium links the Tribe's 137 guest rooms and suites. Inside, cool granite and stretches of dark Indian slate temper earthy combinations of cumin, sandstone, and brown-sugar hues. Architect Mehraz Ehsani continues this balance by using authentic Kenyan materials in the public spaces. These include the Kaya Spa, which takes its inspiration from the country's sacred forests; the well-stocked library; the rooftop bar; and the heated pool, surrounded by waterfalls and gardens.
Pros: Reception was friendly and room was nicely set up and the staff took us through all of the room features.
Cons: Room a bit small for two people and a child.
Pros: I enjoyed everything about Tribe hotel. Excellent service overall. Professional, kind and very helpful staff. The location is perfect, it’s very close to the shopping mall and not far from everything! The food was very testy! I would say my stay was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing! There is nothing to complain about Tribe Hotel.
Pros: We loved the SERVICE! Thanks Tribe!
Cons: Nothing.....our stay was perfect
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful.
When there were problems, the staff found a solution.
The room I had was quiet and very well laid out.
Cons: Water was brown and intermittently didn't come on (hot).
Pros: The room and garden are lovely. Wi-Fi access is free. Desk staff are helpful. Sunday buffet brunch is very popular. The hotel is near a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants, a supermarket, and many modern shops, and you can walk safely to it.
Cons: Service in the restaurant could be much better. Each day at the buffet breakfast it was very difficult to get coffee. I requested it as I entered and sometimes two more times before I got the first cup. To get a second cup of coffee, I had to get up and find a waiter. Most hotels of similar level have waiters who walk around with tea and coffee. At dinner, an ordered glass of wine is not served right away but some time after the food has been served, and after another reminder. There is little evidence that a supervisor is watching over the service or over the restocking of buffet items, until the guests request a bowl, plate or other item.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Helen, kevin, vincent. All good and friendly. Reception also very collaborative. Food quality very good.
Cons: A little expensive specially extra bed in room was way too expensive
Pros: The place is clean and stylish
Cons: The food was horrible
They couldn't make common fried rice
Lack of variety on menu
Pros: New, and on an excellent location. Hotel staff are very thoughtful and nice. Hotel rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Lounge, bad and restaurant are a good place to sit and relax. Had to pass a few gates and security personnel so I trust it is secure too.
Cons: Unfortunately at the time of staying pool, spa, gym were still under construction. Expected to be open in November 2014. Hotel offered free head and shoulder massage in the lobby to compensate which was very nice.
Pros: Rooms r big clean comfortable Staff were nice and welcoming
Pros: The staff and the hospitality. Everyone was so eager to assist.
Cons: The pool area is to far away. Also the water both evening and morning in the shower was not hot but lukewarm.
Pros: restaurants in the hotel
Cons: The service at this hotel is absolutely haphazard. Some evenings they do the turndown some evenings they don't, the same for water, tea, minibar, etc. It seems the staff there have no protocols for service delivery and they do things out of memory, and then forget to do things... it was really unpleasant. Also, the front desk never answers the phone!
Pros: Everything was excellent!!!!!!!!
Pros: True five star service with amazing contemporary art theme. And super secured environment.
Pros: Rooms are excellent
Cons: Not many guests as before
Pros: Great service value for money the best choice in Nairobi.Clean, quiet, safe design hotel in a great location ( riverside drive)
Pros: I stayed at your dusitD2 hotel in Nairobi for 8 days. thank you very much. everything was perfect. Hope to see you again.

Pros: Italian Night was amazing, and great value for money!
Cons: The Roasted Veg and Halloumi sandwich took a long time to prepare and was not very tasty.
Pros: I have stayed in the Fairview for more than 30 years and it is still marvellous. I would not stay anywhere else in Nairobi.
Cons: Service at the Pwani pool
Pros: I have stayed at the Fairview for over 35 years and it never disappoints. Some of the staff know me (older staff members have now retired) and I am always treated with great respect and kindness. The breakfast menu is quite unbelievable. I will always stay at the Fairview.
Cons: The service at Pwani pool is very slow now.
Pros: Feels like you're in a little oasis in the middle of Nairobi. A pleasant environment with the trees and pool setting. Reception staff are very reactive and a shout out to Linda for fast sorting out a small problem.
Cons: Price could be :)
Pros: The ambience and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The had some good sense of humour like Godfrey and Dominic who were at the pool side bar.
Cons: The rooms were quite cold and there was no way to warm yourself. May be is because of the season. Can they also have some slip ons in the rooms.
Pros: The reception staff were great. So helpful, making sure that our stay was comfortable. We were traveling with my elderly mother in law whose mobility is restricted. We were given a later checkout to allow extra time to get my mother-in-law ready which meant we had a leisurely breakfast with no pressure.
Cons: The live band at the pool area could be heard in my room,. It wasn't so loud but the thudding bass was a little annoying
When you stay at Windsor Golf Hotel & Country Club in Nairobi, you'll be in the suburbs, within a 15-minute drive of Moi International Sports Centre and University of Nairobi. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Nice Scenary
Cons: basic like ...Kettle ... Iron Box ... Small Tv Mattress Hard .... not enough plugs for phone and Pc charges .... This Hotel never been upgraded to today standard ... Was attending wedding could not iron my clothes unless charges ...
Pros: The grounds are beautiful, and the view of the golf course is magnificent.
Cons: - The TV is outdated so it is difficult to operate. Had to call for help (from reception, from housekeeping, from ICT), which came 45-min later. They refused to give me instructions on the phone. - The room service was terrible. My order was mixed up. They supplied ginger nut cookies instead of crackers to eat with cheese!!! They never replaced them in spite of my complaining. They served me with visibly dirty grapes. - There is no hot water kettle /coffee maker in the room, which is a basic appliance nowadays even in the simplest of hotels. The guest relations officer said 'matter-of-factly' that they do not provide them. - The rooms are dated, the wooden floor creaks too loudly, bathroom tiles are stained, so they do not look particularly clean. They are in dire need of renovation. The bin had not been emptied so it had used shower gel bottles and tissues from the previous client I suppose. - The room rate is about $100 higher than other nicer, newer hotels in the neighbourhood e.g. Trademark. - The staff are not responsive to customer complaints. 2 of them said that they had heard similar complaints from other clients before, and that management was aware. They seem immune.
Pros: Staff.. so polite.. even if query / help is not related to their department.. still they tried and helped me
Pros: Beautiful property and golf course, $50 weekday play for hotel guests. You have to walk but a caddy was only $15 and he was great.
Cons: Room was very sparsely decorated, TVs didn’t work and were not fixed even after the engineer came down to work on them after I called twice to ask for help with them. Wifi was spotty and kept dropping the connection. Beds were uncomfortable and aside from 6 dining chairs and a love seat were the only furniture in 1200 sq feet. They wanted $6 to wash any piece of clothing and after a very dusty safari it would have been nice to be able to get some clothes clean. We rented a cottage for $450 per night, I saw no additional value over getting a regular room other than empty space. Housekeepers walked in the room several times without knocking or announcing themselves. They call themselves 5 star but service wasn’t even close. For example when I called the desk to ask for help bringing our bags back to the front a staff member came and took two small bags leaving me to walk a LONG way with 3 bags and my twin 3yos. Food was mediocre at the restaurants, breakfast was included but not at all impressive. No kids menus anywhere. Service was very very slow and staff showed no initiative at all to make anything a nice experience. Restaurant on the golf course was best of all the restaurants. Service there was very good.
Pros: Quiet pollution free
Cons: Antiquated rooms, no air con, old bathroom from the 60's. Really just a golf club with expensive rooms attached. The TV & channel availability is also last century. The WiFi works well everywhere which was a bonus
Pros: Location and the distant look of the hotel and golf course
Cons: The hotel was once very nice but us very dated now. Needs some TLC. Too many cats at breakfast verandah area. Waitress staff for service to the rooms was extremely poor.

Pros: Perfect room and comfortable furnitures. Elegant design and decoration. They provide free transfer from the hotel to the airport.
Cons: Nothing on my mind.
Pros: You don’t want to get and snarled and I will be traffic so staying at this hotel can be a big timesaver. It’s only four months old beautiful.
Cons: I couldn’t find anything that I didn’t like at this hotel. The food was great too.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable with a very nice window view.
Pros: Professionalism of the staff and their customer service from the time I was picked up by the airport shuttle to the arriving and staying at the hotel
Cons: I tried to contact Mariott Bonvay as my membership was inactive for some reason, however have had no response which was disaapointing as my stay cannot be credited or the matter resolved,
Pros: Location meets for travellers for airport connection. Did only use the roof top restaurant - nice environment with a nice atmosphere, friendly personnel.
Pros: Very well located to avoid city traffic, convenient and comfortable

Pros: The property is beautiful ...the staff is untrained and incompetent !!!!
Pros: The hotel as whole was good.
Cons: Check out time being 10am
Pros: The bed was one of the most comfiest hotel beds!
Pros: High quality of service, silent and profesional in every detail. Amazing cusine.
When you stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Nairobi in Nairobi, you'll be in the business district, within a 5-minute drive of Central Park and University of Nairobi. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Planning an event in Nairobi? This hotel has facilities measuring 30460 square feet (2830 square meters), including a conference center. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Our room was absolutely beautiful, it felt like a presidential suite. The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had to lay in. The customer service was really good, every evening you will get a knock on the door to see how everything is and you are given a chocolate.
Pros: The apartment was spacious, was well maintained and comfortable. Good central location and well suited for what I required.
Cons: There were a few small niggles. The shower temperature fluctuated while you showered. The internet speed was erratic, else all was very good.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. They did not lag in getting things done and were always willing to lend a helping hand. The hotel itself is extremely clean and the room and bathrooms are spacious.
Pros: Excellent facilities - clean and nice open air area near the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent as was the gym.
Pros: the pool is great
Cons: room service menu is a bit old fashion and not really attractive
A haven in the city, this Nairobi hotel is ideally located for business, next to the Parliament building, walking distance to Kenyatta International Convention Centre and the government hub. This hotel is the ideal choice for discerning business travellers boasting an award winning Indian restaurant - Bhandini, a dine by the pool restaurant, coffee shop and bars.Explore attractions close to our hotel whether it is handmade African artifacts at Maasai market or the beautiful Nairobi National Park.
Pros: Liked the outdoor heated pool. Peter, the driver who picked us up from mombasa to Nairobi express train station and took us to hotel and after 3 days took us to airport.
Cons: having to move from a club room (which was extra 72 dollars a night) at 1.15 in morning after we arrived that evening, because air conditioning would not switch off. We were first offered heater and blankets which seemed incongruous to us!! Not having any refund for poor experience(other than a complementary breakfast) and being downgraded as not being eligible for club, as we no longer wanted to pay extra rate after we complained to duty manager about our bad experience and nearly sleepless night. No recognition of IHG membership shown. Not having our room serviced on day one Not having any towels or water left in room on day 2. Restaurant not being able to supply glasses of house wine as advertised on menu at dinner time. Being given double measure of gin when asked for single and barman not acknowledging his mistake and still having to pay for it There being no proper inside bar to relax and get drinks - only bar is outside (so can be cold ), and has huge TV screen which shows football and this is very intrusive. Same bar is also advertised as cocktail bar given false impression it is a separate bar. Being given wrong bill at end of stay, that included the extra 72 dollar per day charges, and having to spend time sorting this out. Gym is tatty and old in stuffy basement area. Overall hotel is in need of renovation - very dark and dingy and décor brown and beige. Certainly not 5 star compared to other Intercontinentals we have stayed in.
Pros: Location is very good
Pros: breakfast location Alice waitress
Cons: Check in was horrible. They had me checking in with a different person and it took them ages to correct it. How that name got on as the person I was checking in with is a mystery. If I did not have my confirmation number I am not sure they would have let me check in at all.. They also over charged me on my Visa and asked that I pay again when I checked in.
Pros: I was to check in at 2.00pm while arrived at the Property 5:00am, and the lady at the reception was very kind and facilitated for me to have the room for a early check in without any additional payments.. The security at the hotel was top Notch it felt like being locked up in a 5 Star Prison, but i also understand the need for the same in lieu of the Security concerns in the Country
Cons: the hassle to walk in and walk out from the hotel with all the security checks made the experience bitter
Pros: Every thing was excellent
Pros: I informed the hotel in advance that my wife was suffering from food poisoning and had been unwell for days. They phoned to check up on her wellbeing every day and provided us with complimentary fruit, as well as an upgraded room. The level of kindness and attentiveness went above and beyond what I expected, with one member of reception, Jacqueline, particularly attentive.

Pros: Food. Staff. Location.
Cons: 1. Somebody knocking on the door at 7.40 am on a Sunday morning to ask if we had any laundry!!!! 2. Checking-in process very slow, around 10 minutes, especially when you take into account all my details were provided when I booked online.
Pros: The Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and rooms neat and clean. This is one of the best places i have stayed at in Africa.
Cons: The Spur restaurant next door was not to good but no reflection on the Hotel.
Cons: food and location
Pros: Enoch, you are a superstar, your flexibility with my booking aided my recovery from an injury. You were very prompt and communication was 1st class. Great customer experience. Close to JKIA, mall nearby, staff are super friendly.
Cons: One of the reasons I stayed here again was the presence of an xray machine. This made me feel safer. Unfortunately it was not working during my stay. My personal items were moved in my room by housekeeping a fews hours after checkin - the night manager is aware. This is my 2nd visit and the cleanliness could be better i.e. room and hallway to rooms.

Pros: Upgrade to a superior room.
Cons: Security harassment of female guests. Low bed height...
Pros: The room was comfortable with standard amenities. The view was better than usual (not a parking or another building).
Cons: The food was ok. As a vegetarian, I don't expect a lot in Kenya. I had essentially two choices--vegetarian pizza, and pasta. There might have been a sandwich. I shouldn't complain, while the choice was limited the quality was good.
Pros: Amazing breakfast is served at the hotel.
Cons: Restaurant prices are expensive. I ask the staff for a favour, they did not help me.
Over the years, Fairmont The Norfolk has been refurbished to give it a modern touch while preserving its traditional charm. 170 guest rooms and suites, a heated outdoor swimming pool, health club, tropical landscaped grounds, and a range of restaurants, including the Lord Delamere Terrace, a popular rendezvous for international travelers and local regulars, Fairmont The Norfolk is undoubtedly Nairobi's gem.
Pros: Beautiful historic hotel with inviting garden that creates a very peaceful setting.
Pros: Just stayed for an overnighter before heading to the Mara. Comfortable clean and nice gardens. A great start to arriving in Kenya. Breakfast was great and staff friendly
Pros: The ambiance of hotel is superb, the gardens with the flowers simply immaculate. It was difficult to believe that the hotel is on the middle of Nairobi, but you could not hear the noise of the hustle and bustle of this teeming city.
Cons: I was disappointed when on checking out today, I was told I had to pay more for accommodation, while, on checking in on Sunday, i had paid for the full 7 days stay, for the full amount indicated in booking.com. But this was sorted out and I did not have to pay extra. But it was a bit unsettling.
Pros: Very lovely and helpful staff, great food quality in the restaurant, beautiful garden
Cons: Hotel with history but unfortunately also with the need of rooms renovation. To compared to other hotels from Fairmont chain Norfolk is little bit behind
Pros: We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon, and we loved everything about our stay. First, this is the most historic hotel in Kenya, having been built in the colonial era, when Nairobi was still a small town. The hotel makes sure to remind you of its past with photos, and artefacts like old automobiles and agricultural tools, all beautifully displayed. Second, as this was our honeymoon, the hotel made sure we were extra well treated, with some flowers, champagne, and other romantic attributes in our room. It won't be available for all guests, but it shows the eye of detail and care, as I only indicated our honeymoon in the comments of my reservation. And third, the hotel has a wide array of services and food and drinks options, including a drinks terrace at the garden, a pool in the back, and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It was a joy to stay here, probably the best pick in town if you are willing to pay a little more than a usual hotel price.
Cons: If there is one criticism, it's that we asked the hotel staff to provide us with a regular taxi, and instead they tried to set us up with a hotel taxi. I didn't appreciate that the staff wasn't honest about this. In the end, we decided to walk to our destination.
Pros: Very stylish and polished hotel. Great facilities and restaurants.
Cons: It’s central Nairobi so may not be the best place for those looking to walk and explore.
Pros: welcoming present, wonderful garden and nice scenery

Pros: I'l come back here whenever I'm in Nairobi
Pros: Nice gardens and breakfast area. Very clean and nice on site shop
Cons: In the end it was far from where I needed to be Rooms were clean but the same price as more modern appeal so changed
Pros: Comfort room & Bathroom
Pros: This little gem is a beautiful and well-preserved old-school hotel, with courtyard full of birds and flowers. The breakfast is to die for.
Pros: We enjoyed the breakfast. We walked to Westgate Mall and went to the movies there and ate lunch there several times and also visited Shoprite for snacks and other items
Cons: We would have liked a little softer beds.
Pros: Breakfast is great always
Cons: All good
Pros: Overall property
Cons: Less of vegetarian breakfast/ meal options
Pros: Peaceful oasis in the middle of Nairobi. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice place to read poolside.
Cons: Windows in rooms could be bigger and rooms could have more natural light.

Pros: Nice ambience, beautiful pool facing rooms. Spa was really nice and the staff were really helpful and friendly
Cons: Noise due to the renovations
Pros: Very comfortable beds!
Cons: It's under construction - expansion so a lot of noise. They should say before you book.
Pros: All hotel staff, including housekeepers, security guards and drivers, was warm, kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely come back!
Cons: The food at the restaurant was very good, but I found it a bit expensive. I would also love it if there was more variety of desserts for room service.
Pros: The room and the meeting rooms were comfortable so was the food.
Cons: The shower is too close to the toilet hence the bathroom tends to get a bit messy as you shower.
Pros: Veranda and clean facilities
Cons: Staff checking up on me, calling and knocking and even coming in room
Suggesting I should not have a guest
Pros: The food was superb
Pros: Not alot. Some staff nice.
Cons: Would not recommend. Reception staff very rude. Offensive in fact, shame as nice hotel felt uncomfortable and a bit of a nuisance. Said I'd pay bar bill at end and boy came up to room to demand bar bill was paid before I could order room service needless to say didn't order room service as angry. So went hungry. Disappointed end to a great safari have previously stayed at their Whitesands hotel 2ould not stay again at any of their hotels.
Cons: breakfast, security
Pros: The staff are extremely well trained I don't know why this hotel is not starred as luxury. I enjoyed all bits of conversations with the people who worked at Sarova Panafric.
It sits in a quiet neighbourhood right next to Uhuru Park a 250 KSH (Uber) taxi ride away from Westlands, and within 10 mins' stroll (only during the day though) to Central Business District which has supermarkets for any daily needs. The complimentary breakfast is hearty.
The hotel provided for me a quiet getaway from the busy daily life, while offering all conveniences at hand. Value for money.
Cons: There is nothing I found to be lacking from this hotel. The parent hotel Sarova Stanley has a great authentic decor from the old colonial times, but it can be visited from Panafric.
Pros: The hotel is too noisy die to the renovations. Guests need to be warned of this prior to making a.booking.
Pros: Most staff friendly and professionally
Cons: Rooms were not clean , especially the bathrooms sheets not changed while there and water boiler went out had to take a shower in cold water and staff seemed not to care and did not offer a sincere apology or explanation and hotel was booked so no other acccomadations available. Restaurant food not the best, menu the same all week Service was poor nor friendly and took at least an hour or more to get food and anything else asked for we had to wait for and received usually when we no longer desired them. My son ordered ribs and it was very fatty and we complained but all they was stated was the cook would be notified. Ordered hamburger plain when receiver after an hour of waiting it was brought with everything on it . Took back and waited over40 min we cancelled it and manager said it was almost done to please take it , inspire of us telling her we no longer wanted it and tired of waiting .
Pros: The Hotel was up to standard in terms of cleanliness, staff were very helpful
Cons: The noise from the ongoing construction starts by 7am. Quite disturbing especially if you are not an early raiser.

Pros: Hotel only one week old, so some staff a little unsure but overall a superb new hotel just minutes from NBO
Pros: Location very close to the airport. Staff was superb and the food in the restaurant was tasty. We enjoyed our visit.
Cons: The pool was too cold, but otherwise, the hotel was perfect for us.
Pros: Clean and comfortable room, the bed was super comfy! Great location, 10 min to the international airport. We just needed a night before our flight back home, so this was perfect!
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Pros: Great service friendly staff.
Cons: Everything was perfect.
Pros: Excellent location though a little far from town. Staff very nice!
Cons: We were there on business for a week. In the laundry room they only have one washing machine and one dryer. Would be great if they had several. When I went there the last night before leaving we found a lady doing laundry. She had just started a load and had three more to do. We ended up packing all our dirty laundry to do the next week on holiday.
Pros: Nice location, closer to the airport. Wonderful services and staff. I appreciated the restaurant too. The people who accompanied to our hotel room , they were very caring. Bravo
Pros: The location was convenient to the airport especially if your schedule is tight and the Nairobi traffic can be stressful. I did not have the breakfast. But compared to say USA, it was too pricey in my view at over 170USD for a night in Nairobi.
Cons: Not much. It offered all it said it would offer. And very well.
Pros: - location was very good - coffee was amazing - everything quite new
Cons: - pool was under construction, we were not notified ahead or during check-in. but this was one of our main reasons for booking. only when asking again they offered a complementary transfer to Crown Plaza for using the pool there. - ATM is mentioned as service within the hotel on booking.com. That’s not correct - the next cash machine is approximately 1km away in a shopping mall.

Pros: all in the hotel. excellent
Cons: when two people in a room so why sending things for only one and have to ask all the time.
Pros: Location. Is nice but has not been refurbishe'd or redecorated for many years.....
Cons: Overpriced and old facilities.....tourist trap. ..
Pros: Probably one of the best in Nairobi. Clean, friendly, nice space, real warm water for showering. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Restaurants quite pricey.
Pros: This was one of the best hotels I’ve visited so far, they obviously have everything thing you need as a solo traveler. Great location, great services, great restaurants, the cat show was the highlight of my stays, the dinner at the African restaurant was amazing, their spa center was very nice. I highly recommend this wonderfully hotel.
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: I tried booking directly to the hotel.... It usa shame it didn't work.... But booking.com worked well for me.
Pros: The park, the swimming pools
Cons: The quality of the rooms. I Think the hotel needs renewal or a hefty (50%) decrease in room costs
Pros: The grounds are scenic and well maintained.
Cons: Some of the staff were nice but others were rude and seemed demotivated. Rooms are very dark and bathrooms outdated. We had two guests join for breakfast one morning and we found the cost not worth it, they were charged $36 each.
