Pros:staff was wonderful and the facility was very clean.
Cons:The wifi did not work very well in the room. The gentleman at the front desk tried to help. I never could get online with my laptop in the room so I needed to go to the lobby.
Pros:We went to Knoxville for a UT game. There were 3 of us in a room with two queens. We had plenty of room and had a great stay.
Pros:The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:The cleanliness of the room was nice. The breakfast was suitable.
Cons:The three ants my wife disposed after mashing them were a little disgusting to endure. The bed pillows were small.

Cons:Consistently missed replenishing supplies such as soap and lotion.
Cons:The staff was new who checked me in. However, he asked me for my credit card again although I pre-paid for my reservation. He was telling that I needed to pay again and it wasn't until he asked the manager for help, who told him to give me my keys. Other than that, it was a relaxing stay. If you have an important event or bar/medical exam and need to book a hotel, maybe try a different hotel that won't give you problems the night before.
