Convenient location. Clean and well maintained car. Friendly service. Only suggestion is to make its precise location clearer: during off hours, you need to use the security phone to call the security personnel so they will open the door, and then you proceed up one flight of stairs toward the back; there are no signs.

This location claimed in writing on the rental agreement that their office is "...located on the first floor (of their building). The front door is always open, there is no need to use an intercom." However, when we arrived, the door was not open, there was no way to find an intercom code; just their placard with their phone number next to the closed door. Within a few minutes, someone came up to the door and it wasn't until we saw the "Go" logo on his shirt that we realized he was the representative. He did not introduce himself, but after we all realized what happened, he was very professional and efficient, and we were soon on our way. Upon returning, we were a few hours earlier than our original return time as we had overestimated to allow for any unseen issues. Again, the door was not open and nobody was there. We had to call the phone number and were still not let into an "office". That said, the dispatcher was very quick, did speak English (we were in Poland) and called us back shortly to let us know a representative would be there within 30 minutes. The representative was there within about 15 minutes, and again, very professional and efficient. All this is just to say, customers renting from this location should be made aware that this is not a garage with an office, so they do not experience the confusion that we did, particularly in a foreign country where we did not speak or read the language. Also, the cars are not housed at the location as one would expect. Apparently they are brought from another location as needed and parked on the street outside the "office." None of this is particularly a problem, just that customers need to know what to expect. A big plus, however: this location is very convenient. It is far easier to access than going all the way to and from the airport!

Was charged for damage that existed on the car. I had pictures to prove it. When I went to point out the car had damage, no one was at the counter, or anywhere to be found.

Cons:

I ordered a Mercedes Benz through kayak for a specific price and called ahead in advance to make sure that I would receive the car. The worker told me I would as long as I had a reservation, but upon arrival, I was told to contact budget because there must've been a problem with the reservation, and they told me to contact kayak. All of this was a big hassle, and I just got a different car instead. I'm unsatisfied and won't be using kayak anymore.

Everything except that they asked me for an International driving permit when i was getting the car. It was not specified when I booked the car. They got me to buy 50$/day insurance because I don't have international driving permit.

The address listed in the confirmation was not the address for the pickup point at the Rzeszow airport. The signage at the drop off point was very poor. I walked around for 20 minutes looking for a place to drop the keys

I had received a car with a faulty engine. The car was brand new but somehow the engine would shut off while I was driving and then turn on 5 seconds later. This was not just a fuel efficiency feature but rather something wrong with the engine. Other than that the car was fine to drive but would recommend get a slight used car as there could be problems with new ones.

I cancelled the trip . It was the worst experience ever . The car Rental location was in unsigned area of the Town in kind of warehouse with dirty wedding gowns and stack of empty plastic bottles. The website I place the order did nit have option for automatic car. I cancelled with option free cancel elation on website , next prompted screen indicate that cancellation cost over 56 USD.Your company in Poland is terrible like the worst example of kind of Russian mafia companies

I had a good experience with Routes this time. It took 10 minutes to be picked up at the rental center even though it was 1 in the morning. The car was great and when I brought the car back they dropped me at the terminal.

This was a scam. Deceptive marketing with hidden fees and predatory practices on the consumer. I canceled reservation onsite , didn’t take the car and will never use them or affiliate rental companies. I will never recommend them.

Online your able to pay with an American Express Card. When you get there after a long flight and a a long drive from Mimai Airport to get there....they tell you we do not accept American Express cards. Mr and two other customers went through the same thing...there was a lot of upset people in the same boat...yelling, arguing. I will never use them again! Stop accepting American Express online for carwiz!

Pros:

The car was excellent, fun to drive and arrived in great condition.

Cons:

It took about 20 minutes between completing paperwork and checking the car. Also was charged full deposit for damage to the tire and slight damage to the rim- I accept full responsibility, but take care when using this company/method for renting.
