Pros (+) Great location and great service. I was staying with my family. We were very comfortable and had relax. Breakfast was delicious, too. I want to stay this hotel if I have a chance to visit Kyoto again.

Cons (-) We had booked a room for two. The bed was what is called "full" in U.S.- adequate for 1 adult to sleep comfortably. Room and bathroom were tiny (even by Japanese standards) - looks nice outside in pictures. For the price, sure there are better hotels in Kyot
