7.0 Good
Cons: Everything except the cleaners... no one change our sheets, for 7 days or clean the room
4.6 Okay
Pros: The view, coffee and fresh orange juice.
Cons: Hardly any of the gym equipment worked. The food at the restaurant, and cafeteria is pretty poor as is the wine. The whole place needs to be freshened up, towels are so over used which adds to the sadness of it all. The pools are nice and the rooms aren’t bad although our VIP suite had the strangest lay-out. Beds have springs in them and not that comfy. No towels at the pool, you have to collect everything from reception, leaving a deposit. Our stay wasn’t terrible but for the money paid and the four star Hotel it pretends to be we were disappointed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Chckin easy,Staff helpful. Clean throughout. food excellent choices. Nice view od sea and mountains.
Cons: Leaving
4.2 Okay
Pros: Good for children
Cons: Very overpriced also the description is very misleading as it was supposed to be an apartment which it wasn’t it was a suite and had only a microwave, fridge and sink but with no plates or cutlery or cups or glasses or anything. So if you wanted to cook anything you couldn’t. Also had a hob which was disconnected and didn’t work. We asked to change apartments as the first one had no bathroom door. The second one was very noisy and was too noisy to sit out on the balcony as it overlooked the restaurant. The staff at the reception desk were unfriendly and unhelpful as were the restaurant staff who seemed clueless and didn’t even know what drinks were available. This is the first restaurant in Spain I have been to where you can’t order a glass of wine ( had to be a bottle) there was no play area or park suitable for our toddler and the baby pool was dirty and full of hairs. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pools were fantastic, always sun beds available and lots happening around the pool to entertain kids and grown ups. All the staff were great especially the animation team however there are very few English people at the hotel so limited opportunity for the kids to hook up with others...having said that there was a lovely Spanish/french mix and the influence on the restaurant is evident. Restaurant food was very good value
Cons: The rooms are fairly basic but cleanliness was good...but the beds are quite uncomfortable
7.5 Good
Pros: Availability of many sport activities, room size, low additional price for half pension, and excellent custom-ordered omelettes at breakfast
Cons: Coffee quality/taste at breakfast was very bad and no availability of coffee machine for the room although a cooking place was there. Food quality with strong deviations: very good salads, grilled meat/vegetables, pancakes, gazpacho, .... but terrible pastry, cooked eggs, spaghetti/penne, ... Many massage types offered at the spa, but no adequate professionals for the specific techniques. Too much extra costs for most activities. In a 4 star hotel I would expect towels at the fitness studio, not having to bring them from the room. Low creativity from animation personnel, a dart competition with 20 persons take too long and each one throws almost never. Similar situation with padel championship.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, walk on coast nearby

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This small hotel is very clean, the staff very pleasant, and just 50 metres from the harbour in a charming little town. The breakfast was good and there was real coffee. The hotel has its own restaurant and the food looked very good indeed. The hotel is only 100metres from the train station and there are excellent and safe beaches and small coves. The town is clean and safe and a welcome escape from a busy city. The Ebro Delta is on your doors step with rice fields and nature reserves. If you like fresh fish this is the place to come.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our room was big, and it had a fully-functioning airconditioner, which is a life-saver during the summer months. The location is fantastic, because you are right in the middle of the action, and we could see the fiesta celebrations from our window. It is literally right next to bars and restaurants, but you can't hear their noise. The beaches are just a short drive away, and there are lovely little towns to visit, especially those which are near or along the Ebro. It's a bargain if you think of the size and comfort of what they offer you.
Cons: Everything was great, except for one thing: the WiFi is very weak. That is an issue if you have kids whom you have to entertain. As we all know, there is no greater disaster than a teenager who cannot update his/her Facebook or Instagram feed.

Cons: Nothing
