Pros (+) Loved that it was more like an apartment than an actual hotel room - with our own washer and dryer, and also our own WiFi. Plus a gorgeous view! :)

Pros (+) King size bed. Decent view of ocean. Kitchen. Washer and dryer.
Cons (-) Not very clean, covered in dust, had many allergy issues. The toilet did not function well, it did not flush half the time and it ran constantly. No bathtub. Uncomfortable bed. The room smelled musty. One of the outlets did not function. Parking spaces were tiny and made getting in and out of your car extremely difficult. No Beach (eroded away).

Pros (+) If on a 5 star rating systen Id give 3.5 stars . The room gets a 4.5 as the bed was to soft or would get 5 . The grounds are limited as theye just dont have any sq ft and the beach is wiped out from previous storm, I like the one time cleaning fee and no house keeping unless requested .I really like the washer dryerr in room . I will try to stay here again next year .
Cons (-) Bed to soft - Grounds are very limited - No sandy beach within 1/2 mile - No bar - Pool area should be demolished and new infinity pool and Bar built .

Pros (+) The room/condo was pretty nice. Nice to have a kitchen and access to BBQs. For a week it was nice to occasionally cook our own meals. I think the price was also really good compared to other options.
Cons (-) Beach has been washed away so you have to walk down the road a bit. (In truth not a big deal. some of the worlds nicest beaches are 5 min down the road and we went there more often anyway). The little "restaurant" thing on the property wasn't very good.

Pros (+) I liked the view from our balcony.. very peaceful and beautiful scenery
Cons (-) I didn't like the bath tub, it just looked stained and not clean.

Pros (+) Washer and dryer in unit. Nice kitchen cabinets. Covered parking available. Nice breeze with all the windows open.
Cons (-) Pool bathrooms were out of order the first day. First morning, the septic truck showed up just below the windows we had open and blew diesel exhaust and waste fumes through our room for 30 minutes. The towels felt like sand paper. The sea is washing away the pool cabana and deck, so there's plenty of "caution" tape to look at. I was pretty upset about the surprise $140 cleaning fee - there was zer...
