Pros (+) The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I asked to change rooms & they did that for me. 5 stars for the staff!!
Cons (-) The lounge was open on Saturday night when we checked in. It was SO LOUD!!! On the third floor I could still hear music pounding & party go-ers hollering until the wee hours of the morning. No microwave or fridge in our first room. That room was dirty & smelled bad. I asked to move to a different room- it was better. It seemed a bit cleaner & had a microwave & fridge.
