Pros:
I had to cancel and go elsewhere.Cons:
1) Being told that the insurance goes through a third party and even if you cancel the rental you DO NOT get your money back!! That was bullshit! I am still waiting to hear from that company about it and it's been 2 damn weeks now. 2) Being told that you have to have a credit check to rent before they do it and drop your score down would have been good to know as well!! I ended up renting a car from Enterprise and I had NO problems! They explained everything up front and even gave me a discount because my anxiety was so high over the problems with Hertz.2.0 Poor
